About: I am primarily on this app to be of service to our dog training clients when they go out of town. I am sometimes available to take other pets, but not always. I understand that each animal has their own personality and quirks. I am able to care for pets of any age. I have experience administering medications as well. I work full time at a dog training facility. I spend most of my free time taking care of animals. I am able to bring pups to work with me during the day, so I can potty and let them run around on my breaks throughout the day. I will either bring your pup to my house or go to yours! Whatever your preference is. I do have two dogs of my own, both are friendly to all different types of pets. We also have a cat, so my dogs know how to behave around them (not chasing, bothering, etc.) As I mentioned above, I work at a training facility and will be able to bring your pup to work with me instead of them being home alone during the day. I have lots of experience crate training dogs, and can help continue or start that training for you.

“Elisa took care of my 2 old cats multiple days. She followed the instructions I left and went beyond that with extra effort. She reported through Rover each day she visited and included pictures. “Shyanne is so incredible, and I couldn't be happier that I found her! She took amazing care of my girl and gave the cutest updates and pictures. My cat loved her check-ins, and I was able to travel worry-free knowing she was in good hands. She was diligent about checking each time on recent health concerns. I also came back from.my trip to find that Shyanne had also taken the trash out. She definitely knows what she's doing when watching our most loved family member.”

About: I have approximately 17 years of experience working with animals, starting from their earliest stages. I’ve cared for puppies as young as eight weeks old, often providing shelter and socialization until they found their forever homes. Throughout the years, I’ve raised and trained a few dogs of different ages, developed a deep understanding of their needs at every life stage. I have extensive experience with senior dogs, including administering various types of medications and health aids with care and precision. Above all, I am patient, kind, and full of positive energy. Happy and healthy dogs are my specialty, and I take pride in creating a nurturing and joyful environment for every pup I work with! 🐶 I currently work part-time as a flight attendant, and I believe the absolute best way to spend my free time is by playing with and walking your beloved doggos! 🐶 I also adore cats—honestly, all animals—and would be honored to care for any pet you entrust to me, providing plenty of love, stimulation, and attention. Caring for animals is one of my greatest passions, and I have so much love to share. I prefer morning and evening walks, but as the seasons change, I’ll be available for more midday care as well. Whether it’s a playful outing or a comforting visit, I’m here to make sure your pets feel happy, loved, and well cared for! I have a fully fenced backyard in the Northend and two friendly pups—one biggie, one smalls—who are always by my side and ready to keep your fur baby company! 🐶 If your dog prefers solo time or doesn’t always play well with others, no worries—I’m flexible and happy to create a personalized experience with plenty of one-on-one attention and fun activities.

About: Hi there, fellow dog lover! I’m Cynthia, and I’m so glad you stopped by... I live in the beautiful North End of Boise and have been pet sitting for years, caring for everything from high-energy pups to wise old senior dogs and plenty of cats, and occasionally horses, and small animals too! I grew up around Saint Bernards, so I’ve been wrangling big dogs since I could walk. Our house was kind of a magnet for animals in need....strays, rescues, you name it. We never turned them away and either kept them or helped find them forever homes with family and friends. That experience shaped how I care for animals today...patient, flexible, and with a lot of heart. I’m comfortable with pups of all ages and temperaments, whether they’re anxious zoomers or mellow seniors who just want a calm presence and some TLC. Whatever kind of care your best friend needs, I’m happy to help with drop-in visits, walks, meds, belly rubs, you name it. Also, please ask me anything if you can't find it in my profile! I'm happy to discuss extra services that you or your pet needs to feel loved, safe, and happy while you're away! I'm a hiker, mountain biker, and love long walks! I am recently retired early from the tech industry and now have time to give back to my community and neighbors! I'm available 7 days a week, and for overnights if needed and if the fit is right! Contact me anytime, and we can coordinate something that works, whether it's just hanging out with your pet or having a fun adventure! I've lived a lifetime with pets and rescued animals, so for me they are family. I treat all living things with respect, understanding, and care. I'm always thinking ahead of potential scenarios when planning any outings, making sure I'm prepared with extra leashes, treats, and/or a strong understanding of an area and what to expect.

“A great experience having Dusti come and check up on my pet! I enjoyed the pictures during the check in for me enjoy while at work!”

“Monica was very caring and loving with Barry! She made sure to entertain him and give him all the attention he needs while I was away at work. I’ll for sure rebook her again!”

About: I was raised around pets my whole life. I currently love and care for my own two cats while assisting friends and family with their fur babies. I am comfortable walking, brushing, bathing, feeding, and cleaning up after dogs. I am a recent doctoral graduate and am hoping to fill some time caring for our four legged friends. I will be out of work for about two months, so I will be available most days and times unless I am out of town. I am clean, respectful, and safe especially in others’ homes. I will only enter areas of the home necessary for pet care and cleaning up after myself and pet if any messes are to be made!

About: I have worked in board and train schools, foster homes and I have been a pet documentarian for several years as well. It is within my nature to connect with animals on their level which seems to enable me to work, even with the most timid of dogs. I am a writer, so naturally my work time flexes with each assignment. I have an active lifestyle. Dog walking in particular is one of my favorite pass-times to clear my mind between work. I live on a spacious lot in northwest Boise with an enclosed back yard and nearby trails that I frequently walk or hike. With the nature of my work, I am primarily home or nearby at all times.

About: There has never been a time in my life where I have not cared for and lived amongst a menagerie: dogs of all sizes and temperaments, cats, all animals. I love creatures and am confident in their care! I am currently a freelance horticulturist, self-employed. Pet care fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I am always looking for pet snuggles and adventures every day. I would only be available at the moment for care in your home. I am a trustworthy, mature adult that mostly wants to do yoga and read. No parties, no incidents, no stress.

Quail Ridge pet parents share their Rover experiences
Tiara did a wonderful job. I would definitely use her again to care for our dog. Very trustworthy and our dog loved her!

Katie was great with our cats. We enjoyed receiving all the photos of her activities with them. She was great at accommodating our visit schedule and working with our care instructions.

Once home, I could tell Atticus was happy and relaxed. As usual, Alinda did great. Highly recommended.

Essence does a great job with my pets, whether she's housesitting or just dropping in. She is a great communicator, and it feels like she really loves and cares for them!

Emily is awesome with Martini. She took great care of her while we were gone. Such great peace of mind!

Kali cared for our four pets over almost two weeks. The pets were very well cared for, lots of walks for the dog and cuddles and attention and fun for the cats and dog. Kali understands animals and helps them feel safe while their family is away!

Justine is the BEST! She is prompt, reliable, communicative and trustworthy. We love having Justine drop in on our dog and he loves it, too!!

Mackenzie was great for our meet and greet! She knew exactly how to approach Z and was very transparent about her schedule and availability. Z was excited about the walk and she handled him and his strength wonderfully!!!!

We had a great first meeting. Kayla knew exactly how to handle Z and was a great match for all of us!!!

Roxana was amazing with my older cat Lola as well as my geckos and frogs. She was very kind and kept up on their care exactly how I would. It is clear how much she loves animals and I would absolutely trust her with my pets again in the future.

Erika took excellent care of my boys! She was communicative and really took the time to understand their needs.

Nick took wonderful care of my dog. He was always on time, very kind and attentive to her. And I could completely relax on my vacation, knowing that she's in excellent hands.

Kristi’s great. I have a senior dog and he takes a lot of patience, she’s wonderful with both my dogs.

Mady showed up on time and gave our pup great care, she was even available on a last moments notice.

Renee is super reliable and does a great job. We are so grateful to have her to check in on our kitties every time we are out of town. Highly recommend!

Madison was great with our dogs! From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she was not only professional, but also had a genuine love for animals. She asked all the right questions about routines, feeding, and what activities they like the most. While we were gone, Madison kept us updated with photos and messages, which gives me peace of mind. I love seeing my pups' happy little faces. :) When we returned, both Cali and Willow seemed content and relaxed. Apparently, they had played quite a bit in the backyard, then napped hard, which means they felt comfortable and safe with Madison. I can tell our dogs already adore Madison and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and experienced dog sitter.

Thank you Billy and Sam for the great experience! They met with us before the walk to get to know my wife and I and our dogs. Our dogs are not always the warmest to new people, but they connected with Billy and Sam quickly. Thank you for the updates during, before and after the walk. We look forward to booking more in the future. Highly recommend!

Very reliable and responsive, was able to watch my cat on a last minute request. Would definitely hire again!
