I am looking to get outside on walks as often as possible and I would love to take your pup with me! I moved here from Alaska a few years ago. I was the go-to dog sitter for many friends there year after year. I grew up with dogs, cats, turtles, and rabbits. I have kept and loved pets for my entire life. In 2011, I got my first rescue dog (as an adult). She was amazing and lived to be almost 15- years-old. She taught me a lot. We worked through aggression, and medical issues and ultimately geriatric care. Every dog has their own personality and things that make them happy or content and I am happy to do whatever I can to keep them comfortable, exercised, and content while you’re away.

I am happy to make your pet's day as normal as possible at their own home. I would love to know what that entails by meeting up before the overnight stay so that I can really get a sense for what your pet's needs are.

Karin is our favorite pet sitter! She has amazing communication and sends the best photos of our dog while we are away. She is very respectful of our space while she stays here! She even washed the sheets and remade her bed. She truly goes above and beyond! I think our dog is sad every time Karin leaves!
Karin was incredibly patient with our girls, especially our senior dog who has cancer and can be a bit uneasy. She took wonderful care of her while also giving our younger pup great walks and attention. Our senior warmed up to her so quickly, which says a lot. Karin checked in daily with thoughtful updates, which we truly appreciated. She was very respectful of our home and left everything in perfect condition. We’d love to have her back again—thank you, Karin!

Karin took Radar in as her own for 12 days. When I picked him up, he didn't want to come home. I trusted that he was well taken care of with plenty of walks. I appreciated the frequent photos. I highly recommend Karin.
Karin watched our dog and stayed at our home while we were out of town for the weekend and everything went great. Karin had great communication with us while we were gone and it was evident that our dog was well cared for. She exercised our dog plenty and follows our care instructions clearly. We were so thankful to have someone trustworthy to stay at our house while we were gone! Our house was just as clean as we left it upon our return. We would recommend Karin to anyone looking for a sitter!
Karin was a great sitter while my Husky-mix spent the day with Karin and Otis. Otis is an amazing sweet dog to have for a playmate while at daycare!.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule. I am a bookkeeper and work from home/remotely. I have plenty of time to make sure your pets get quality time while I’m working and the flexibility of getting them out on walks as needed.
