About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and am very comfortable caring for pets of all ages and temperaments. I currently have a senior dog of my own, so I’m especially attentive to routine, patience, and reading body language. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules, administering basic medications, crate routines, and giving pets the attention they need while you’re away. I understand how important consistency and safety are, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I work remotely and have the capacity to be available whenever needed, including those that need multiple walks, medications or play time throughout the day. In a client’s home, I prioritize keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible — same feeding times, walk schedule, and familiar environment. I always double-check doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses before and after walks, and I’m attentive to surroundings while outside. I treat your home with respect and leave everything as I found it. For drop-ins and walks, I focus on safety, patience, and clear communication. I’ll send updates and photos so you know your pet is comfortable and cared for. About: I've grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, and that hands-on experience is what truly sets me apart. I was raised with three cats (2 indoor, 1 outdoor), caring for them from kittenhood all the way through end-of-life care, including demanding daily routines and administering medication. I also have two dogs of my own: a Mini Australian Shepherd I raised from a puppy and personally trained. He’s so smart he keeps me on my toes, which means I know exactly how to handle high-energy, high-drive breeds and the escape artists of the dog world. The other is a large pitty mix we adopted at age two who came to us with leash pulling, reactivity, excessive barking, and rough play habits, all of which I've worked through and successfully managed. I know how to confidently handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Beyond cats and dogs, I've owned two guinea pigs, a hamster, and fish, so I understand the specific and often overlooked needs of small pets too. I've also assisted my sister in fostering cats, many of whom were shy, post-surgical, or required medication and special feeding instructions, so I'm completely comfortable with pets that need a little extra patience and TLC. Most recently, I pet sat a kitten over spring break 2026, and I'm always happy to sit for other pet owners' animals as well. As a sophomore in Alpha Chi Omega, I bring the same reliability, respect, and communication to pet sitting that I bring to everything I do. I treat every pet as if they were my own, follow your routines to the letter, and love keeping owners in the loop with regular updates, photos, and videos, as often as you'd like. If you're looking for someone experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about animals, I'm your person! I currently only have one exam left, so my schedule is essentially wide open! I'm in Blacksburg and available May 9–12 and May 16–22, with virtually nothing on my plate during those windows. Whether you need someone for a full house sit, multiple check-ins throughout the day, early morning visits, or late night drop-ins, I can make it work. Flexibility is my strong suit right now, so don't hesitate to reach out no matter the timing or frequency! I'm happy to care for pets both in my home and in yours! For in-home sitting and visits at your place, I'm completely comfortable following whatever routine, rules, and setup you have in place, your home, your way. Just note that I live in an apartment, so I don't have a fenced-in yard, but my complex has a dog park and is surrounded by beautiful neighborhood nature trails that are perfect for walks and exploring. I'd also ask that you send everything your pet needs along with them (crate, food/water bowls, bed, toys, leash, etc.) so they have the comfort of their own familiar belongings, which is honestly better for them anyway!

About: I have been a dog owner for 10 years! I also have owned cats and ferrets in the past! I have experience with dogs ranging from puppies to seniors. I currently live in the Virginia Beach area but live and go to school at William and Mary where I have pets I care for regularly! I do work about 20 hours a week at my regular job but typically do not work until later in the afternoon. When I have taken care of pets in the past, I found it to be very easy to fit it in to my schedule. I will treat and respect your space like it is my own space. About: I am a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital so working with and dealing with animals is nothing new to me! Whether small chihuahuas or large st Bernard’s, animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, or ages are welcome and accepted! I have experience giving medications (oral and injectable), monitoring health, accommodating based on behavior, age, or disability, and will be happy to learn and execute any specific needs/tasks needed for your babies! About: I’ve cared for dogs through pet ownership and dog sitting and really enjoy having them around. I have a fenced yard and two small dogs at home. I send daily updates with photos and videos and follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible. We keep our home clean and wash beddings and covers between stays to help provide a comfortable environment for all dogs. I only take small dogs since I have two small dogs of my own, and that’s what works best in our home. It keeps things calm and safe for everyone. I work morning shifts on weekdays, so dogs get potty breaks before work and plenty of playtime, walks, and attention when I get home. On weekends, we’re usually home and spend lots of time with our guests. If the weather cooperates and your dog enjoys walks, we’re happy to take them to nearby parks and outdoor areas. We’re happy to follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions. We know every dog is different and want them to feel comfortable while they’re with us. Pets stay in a supervised home with a fenced yard and two small dogs. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, potty breaks, medications, and any special instructions, and I always supervise dogs during playtime and yard time. I also send regular photo and video updates so owners can stay connected and feel at ease during their pet’s stay.
