Upon that first meet & greet, all my worries faded away! Not only is she just a very kind and personable individual to people, but my cats instantly took to her. Emma's attention to detail was amazing, and her drop-in notes were stellar and thorough. I could tell when I got home that my babies hadn't been starved for attention and were very content. Long story short, Emma's worth her weight in gold and I would 10/10 book again!
Melissa did a great job taking care of my babies in my time of panic. Our cat sitter decided not to show up, so I had to book someone fast to refill our cat’s water bowl. She was able to come the next day early in the morning to get them taken care of. I will be sure to book her in the future to relieve any future traveling stress.
