About: had many pets small and large for over 20 years, we have a large back yard, safe neighborhood. we do have a pool. covered in the winter. I am currently working remotely and am accessible throughout the day. I am able to take breaks as needed, and I have a comfortable bed in my office. Pets are not typically crated unless specifically requested by the owner. I have a fenced yard, an older schnauzer who doesn't mind visitors or guests, and is great with all animals. I also have cats who will stay to themselves in their safe places.

I’m experienced with dogs of different ages, including senior dogs who may need a little extra patience, attention, and care. I’m dependable, attentive, and will treat your dog like they’re part of my own family. Whether they love walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’m happy to follow their normal routine and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m home full-time, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. Because I’m home, I’m able to easily accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, walks, medications, naps, and whatever routine your dog is used to. I only care for one guest dog at a time, so your pup will get lots of individual attention while staying with me. Your dog will be welcomed into our home like part of the family. We have a house with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and dogs are welcome to relax on our furniture and even sleep in our bed if that’s what they’re accustomed to at home. I only board one dog at a time, which allows me to provide a calm, comfortable environment and plenty of personal attention. We also have Eddie, our 17-year-old Maltese, who loves other animals and is extremely calm, easygoing, and mostly interested in relaxing these days. I want your dog’s stay to feel as close to home as possible, so I’m happy to follow their normal routines, preferences, and little quirks that make them feel comfortable.

About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats of all ages since the age of nine. My son is 13 and a very big cat lover! He will not be assisting with pet care, but does reside in the home. We have two cats Everest(8) and Harley(5), and one dog Layla(1). Our home features two large automatic litter boxes, one 5ft scratching post with other small ones throughout the home, enrichment toys, beds, pet blankets, and two filtered water fountains available 24 hours a day. Both cats are on feeding schedules, so your baby will also need to be on a schedule- we can discuss what times work best for your pet! Layla is crate trained and does not free roam without supervision. We also have a spare bedroom for pets that need some time to adjust or need more space away from all the uncertainties of a new home. We will treat your baby like our own and accommodate, so they can feel at ease! *Currently taking the month of September off from my primary job, so will be entirely available for bookings through Rover. I work 4-5 days a week, 5-6 hour days. My schedule can be altered as needed because my pets are just as important as any other family member. My pets are very well cared for and prioritized just as any living being should be. They are treated with kindness and care with regular checkups and special care catered to their individual personalities.

About: I have grown up with a mix of big and little dogs my whole life. I am comfortable with up to four dogs at a time. Comfortable with puppies and dogs with lots of energy. I'm currently taking classes at TCC. I work at a restaurant at the oceanfront at night. And I tend to split up my time between Norfolk and Virginia Beach pretty evenly. But I love animals, and I'm so happy to help people take care of them. I’ve grown up with a variety of animals, including reptiles. I feel comfortable with almost any animal. And I have no fear. I’ve also grown up with some special-needs animals like diabetic cats and stuff like that.

I am currently a stay at home mom with my 4 kiddos finally all in school this year. I am looking for some work to keep me busy but also the enjoyment of being around pets. We have a dog ourselves and I enjoying going on walks or runs with her often. I am very flexible right now during school hours and also afternoons.
