About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and am very comfortable caring for pets of all ages and temperaments. I currently have a senior dog of my own, so I’m especially attentive to routine, patience, and reading body language. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules, administering basic medications, crate routines, and giving pets the attention they need while you’re away. I understand how important consistency and safety are, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I work remotely and have the capacity to be available whenever needed, including those that need multiple walks, medications or play time throughout the day. In a client’s home, I prioritize keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible — same feeding times, walk schedule, and familiar environment. I always double-check doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses before and after walks, and I’m attentive to surroundings while outside. I treat your home with respect and leave everything as I found it. For drop-ins and walks, I focus on safety, patience, and clear communication. I’ll send updates and photos so you know your pet is comfortable and cared for. About: Mike's first job was caring for his neighbors' pets. Mike has had pets since he was 10, and travelled around the world with his dogs and cats during his military career and regional sales role. Roscoe, Higgins, and Freyja are living the dream in the Pacific Northwest with frequent road (work) trips and cross-country visits to the family in Indiana and Massachusetts. Let me know if we can help you with your fur babies. Mike works from home and is an early riser. While the coffee is brewing, all the animals are waking up with bathroom breaks and breakfast. Mike walks Roscoe after breakfast and dinner. Since Roscoe is a senior, we frequently split the two meals into snacks and shorter walks. When the cats are interested, they climb into the backpacks and go see the world with us. I pay attention to the animals' behavior and routines. Consistency in feeding and bathroom breaks has made my pets very comfortable with my work and social routines. I have the flexibility to meet your routines and maintain the consistency you expect with your family while away from home. I recognize when it's time to stop playing, reduce the mileage, or go to the vet.

I just spent two weeks in Thailand and almost cancelled my trip due to a lack of kitty care. Thankfully, I heard about Rover, and all though hesitant, I spent a day scouring all the reviews for sitters in my area and finally found Devi. She was quick to respond and we set up a meet and greet shortly thereafter. Blue, who is naturally shy, made a friend right away and enjoyed each of his afternoon visits. Devi also made sure to send multiple pictures from each visit and even cleaned up a container of spoiled milk that exploded while I was away (I know…. I am also certified in first aid and have completed a “Stop the Bleed” course. I’m available most days with a few days notice. I am able to come over and walk your dogs or just spend time with your pets. I can easily come to you and do whatever is needed. Walks, feedings, etc. I am very attentive and love to play with your pets.

I have assisted with caring for our family pets while growing up, neighbors pets, and my own. I really enjoy spending time with animals. I do have a full time job, but can assure you that your fur-baby will be well cared for. Please contact me with any questions! I work full time during the week but will walk your dog before and after the work day and have plenty of play and snuggle time in the evening. About: My name is Cait and I am excited to meet your furry friend! I have experience with pets of all shapes, ages, and sizes! While growing up a joke was that my dad had a zoo & I don’t disagree. From medication administration to cuddles and playtime I will do it all! I am currently taking time off from my nursing career while preparing for my wedding/honeymoon, so I am 100% free at this time and looking for something additional to do :) I really love going on walks and staying active, so if that is something you need I’d be happy to do rain or shine! That is if you don’t mind the smell of wet doggo😊 The only thing I ask is that you make sure their collar properly fits, I can chase but would prefer not to need to! I have done home visits in the past, and in college have stayed up to two weeks at someone’s house pet sitting. (Three cats and two big dogs, it was a heck of a time.) Though I won’t do overnights at someone’s home again, mainly because of my career, I absolutely would love to drop by for play dates or to simply let the pet out. If we talk I also may be happy for a cat to stay with me an extended time (must be fixed)! The longest time a cat has stayed with me is one month. A roommate of mine in the past had a dog with aggression issues. If this is the case with your pet I would like to meet them before providing care and have a list of things that makes them uncomfortable.
