Receiving daily updates and a video of her playing with another pup allowed US to get beyond our own separation anxiety, haha. When our flight was delayed, which made it impossible to pick her up as planned, Carolyn was once again, so calm and accommodating. We're hoping she's going to always be available when we need her. Our 11 month old puppy greatly enjoyed his time at Robin’s. Robin did everything she could to include him and make him comfortable, which included a prolonged period without power in the heat of summer. She has 2 dogs and they all got along well, she sent us many pictures and we would definitely ask her to watch our dog again if the need arose. She was easy to communicate with.
