Whether your pet is used to early morning walks, specific feeding times, frequent puppy potty breaks, or just lots of companionship throughout the day, I’m happy to accommodate their schedule as closely as possible. My availability is very open, including weekdays and weekends! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. In my home, it’s just my partner and me with no children or pets of our own, so your pet will have a calm, spacious environment. I only board one family’s pet(s) at a time so I can focus on their needs and help them feel comfortable and at home. My yard is unfenced, so dogs will always be leashed and supervised when outside. Inside, pets are welcome to get comfortable and are allowed on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise. I’m also familiar with crates and happy to follow your pet’s normal crate, feeding, walking, sleeping, and potty routines. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of both your pet’s routine and your space. I’ll follow all instructions closely, make sure doors and entrances are secure, keep dogs leashed during walks, and give you updates so you know how your pet is doing. Kelsey provides updates when she arrives and based on pictures she sends Milo and Lili are on totally board with their new friend. Even with current higher than normal temps, she is aware of the heat , pavement temp and keeping Lili and Milo in the shade so they do not overheat. Thank you Kelsey! About: I’ve grown up with only dogs my whole life! Got to be quite the cat person after I caved and picked my first one up a couple years ago. She ended up having a litter of 5! So I definitely have experience with cats in heat, cats in pregnancy/labor as well as newborn kittens! About: Hi I’m Shayla! Animals are truly my whole life. I’m 28 years old and since I was 16, I’ve worked at dog daycares, dog/cat boarding facilities, grooming salons, and I worked as an emergency veterinary technician at a few different hospitals. I have tons of experience and knowledge to give your pets the best care. I have experience with working with animals with behavioral issues, animals of all ages and stages of life, dealing with various medical conditions, administering medications, etc. I’m comfortable with any requests to make your pets as comfortable and happy as possible! My schedule has recently become very flexible due to me taking on being a tattoo artist full time, so really the only thing I’ll have to work around is if I have tattoo appointments, which vary weekly. When I care for your pets in your home, i will keep everything clean and organized and respect your space and make your pets as comfortable as possible in their own home!
