“Tim is great. He’s watched Bella multiples times at this point. His communication pre and during the stay is 10/10. This time he watched two dogs for an entire week. He made sure the dogs were well fed, exercised and given plenty of treats and even left a cute toy for them. I 100 percent recommend booking him.”

“Christine was so accommodating, we had to book last minute and we could not be more pleased. Murphy was well cared for. We are so thankful we found her and we will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Emily house-sit our dog Amber for 4 days. I cannot recommend her enough and cannot wait to work with her again. First of all, she was able to stop by earlier in the day than I initially set the sitting for, and let Amber out midday and come back later to start the actual sitting. I hugely appreciated this since I made a mistake in the reservation start time. She was great with photo and text updates. From all the photos I could tell how happy Amber was. Her food and medication schedule was kept the same and she had lots of fun with Emily. And I have to say that the house was left immaculate. She went the extra mile to unload the dishwasher that I accidentally left in full, and took out all the trash. None of which were her responsibility but she truly went above and beyond and we appreciated all of it. We cannot wait to have her take care of Amber agan.”

About: I’ve grown up around puppies and cats and have been caring for pets from a young age, which has given me hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playtime, and basic care. I also currently work with puppies as part of my job, where I care for them daily and make sure they’re healthy, safe, and happy. Being around both dogs and cats every day has helped me understand their needs, personalities, and routines, and I truly love caring for animals. Pet care fits easily into my daily schedule. I’m used to caring for animals every day and am able to plan my routine around feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins. I’m flexible, reliable, and make sure each pet gets the time, attention, and care they need. I care for pets by sticking closely to their usual routines to help them feel comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding, walks or litter box care, playtime, and plenty of attention and affection. I always make sure pets are safe, well-supervised, and in a clean environment, whether I’m caring for them in my home or in a client’s home. I also keep owners updated and make sure their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away.
About: I’ve owned and have taken care of different breeds of dogs. My family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed and care for their animals. I have a full time job but I am available after work, overnight and on weekends to walk, feed, play and care for your animals. I take the dogs out for walks and potty breaks before work, crate them if needed, and walks and potty breaks after work and before bed.

“This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous to dive in with a 3 night house sit. Josh made sure to send daily photos of my dog on walks or playing. He left my house clean and without asking he brought in the mail and took out the trash. I already have another service booked with him and would recommend him to others.”

“We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Shannon! My husband and I have 4 dogs and were fearful this would deter someone from wanting to take on that number. Shannon did not hestitate to answer the call and put us immediately at ease. Shannon came over on her own time to do a meet and greet and she was / is wonderful! She welcomed each dog with open arms and the dogs were overcome with joy that someone new loved them as much as they loved her. I highly recommend Shannon with no reservations. She is kind, inquisitive, patient and communicative. She sent frequent photos and updates which we were most thankful for. We would ask her to watch our dogs again, no questions asked. Thank you Shannon!!”

“Grace was amazing, she kept us updated on how the boys were daily with texts and pics. Grace is kind and trustworthy...we will definitely be using her again! Thank you Grace! ❤️”

“Michelle stayed at our house for two nights to watch our dogs and was absolutely fantastic. She kept us up-to-date with pictures and videos and followed our instructions perfectly. Would recommend Michelle to anyone!”

“Sarah was AMAZING! Incredibly accommodating. Fantastic, even though last minute. And took care of all FOUR of our fur-babies when we were out of town! Will definitely be using her in the future. Our favorite Rover sitter yet!”

“Sowatey was excellent! He sent several photos and kept me informed the entire time I was away. He is super respectful and truly loves spending time with animals. I highly recommend Sowatey!”

“Adam did great house sitting for me and hanging out with Sammy while I was away. Sammy seemed to be happy I was home, but not stressed out which is always the goal with getting a sitter :) Adam even pulled a couple packages in the house for me that were delivered while I was away. If I need another sitter, I will definitely reach out to Adam!”
“Carol is a true dog lover and responsible pet sitter. She took excellent care of our 12.5 year old guy and the skittish 1.5 year old we adopted about 6 months ago. Carol made a difficult first time away from the new pup go as smoothly as possible. She earned our dogs' trust, which should make future stays even easier.”

“Gabby was wonderful caring for my reactive dog! She quickly built the trust necessary and knew exactly what to do at every turn. She kept me updated just enough to know all was going well. I came home to a very happy dog! I recommend her highly!”

“Whitnee took great care of our 2 dogs. She sent us updates and pics. She was so reliable and responsive. She stayed in our home for 6 days and left our home neat and clean. Definitely recommend her.”

“Courtney is a blessing! She took care of my Spencer while I was away in Boston for the day. She took him out for walks, fed him, spent time with him, and he enjoyed her presence with no anxiety. I highly recommend her and will be contacting her again in the future.”

“Kathryn was so communicative and thoughtful with our pets! Our big dog was being super stubborn due to being on new painkillers while we wait for our surgery date, and Kathryn was so patient and caring with our doggie. It’s always a good sign when our kitty warms up to her quickly too! Moana cat was in her lap immediately! 5/5 absolutely will recommend and already plan to use again!”

“David was a professional from beginning to end. Connected beautifully with my dog, was on time, and did everything needed for Jasmine’s we’ll being. Will definitely be hiring him again at some point.”

Wow, Tasha is the absolute best! So thoughtful, responsible, and communicative in sitting Murph and our house. She sent us regular updates including the cutest pics and videos, left the house in better shape than when she arrived, and gave Murph all the attention and care an energetic puppy needs. He was sad to see her go at the end of the weekend but you can bet we’ll ask her back for next time.

This was the first time using a pet sitter. My dog had such a good weekend she did not seem all that glad to see me when I got home. The house was just as I left it. I felt comfortable going in having communicated with Jade beforehand and appreciated updates over the time I was gone. Hope to have Jade again in the future
Ebony was absolutely perfect! We had never left our boy Teddy for such a long time and she really put our minds at ease. The pictures she sent were so sweet and we could see how comfortable Teddy was with her. She was very flexible and understanding with everything from organizing a meet n greet beforehand to coordinating the apartment key drop offs. It can be daunting to find dog care for any dog let alone a "pittie" mix, given the misconceptions around this type of breed, but we felt complete confidence in Ebony the entire time. We would absolutely work with her again in the future for any of our dog care needs!!
