“Katie was a life saver after our kennel declined to take our dog who had stitches in his mouth. Because of this we were able to keep our vacation plans. Katie was also accommodating to the special needs of our dog (no playing or toys in the mouth due to stitches). Katie and her family took wonderful care of our baby and was very easy to work with, not to mention economical. Katie took extra time to take pictures and keep us updated on our pup.”

“I just can't say enough good things about Reagan. I have a fairly newly adopted dog that had some behavioral challenges when I got her. We have worked hard on changing those but I wasn't sure how she would be with someone else or another dog. Buttercup has met my uncle's labradodoodle and they hit it off fine, like Me and Mini Me. But I was worried about her being around other dogs. When I took Buttercup over to Reagen's house she met us outside with her dog Jack (talk about a mellow dog?). Reagen was so sweet and Buttercup loved her and Jack too. I loved that Reagan sent pictures even though it was just for a day stay. This helped me feel more at ease. She was flexible with pick up time which was good since my medical testing went longer than expected. Will definitely use again.”

Mushka is a pretty anxious dog overall and we typically give her trazodone when traveling or boarding her, however during her stay with Michael she didn’t need it at all. We are looking forward to her next “vacation” and I’m sure she is too!”

About: Hi, my name is Amber-rae, I am 22 years old and animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — I’ve cared for everything from barnyard animals to beloved family pets since I was 9 years old. Dogs have always been by my side, and I welcomed my very own pup into my life at just 10 years old. With a lifetime of experience, I know how to keep tails wagging, paws moving, and pets happy, safe, and loved. We’ve got two beautiful boy cats at home who are our only pets at the moment. But i often care for my mothers dogs, she has 6 of them, four little Havaneese and two giant mastiffs At home our cats have free roam or the house and are only sometimes locked in their bedroom (the bathroom) because that’s where their food and litter box is. They’re given plenty snuggles and love, especially from my daughter, they love to play and cuddle on her bedroom floor. As for a clients animal, I will follow whichever routine is given for each animal (cat or dog) Whether it’s playing fetch, simply feeding them or going for a walk.
