“As always, Aja communicates regularly to share how her time with Bosun is going. She provides pictures. She seems to truly enjoy coming to take care of Bosun. We appreciate Aja!”

“I came home to calm and happy dogs. Katie is very professional and knowledgable about dog health and behavior. She was attentive to the needs of both my cranky senior chihuahua and my daughter’s young, boisterous, sometimes anxious lab mix. Your pets will be very well looked after. I also really appreciated her sending photos and updates on how things were going.”

About: I have owned animals my entire life, from dogs to cats, lizards, bunnies, you name it! I love animals and I love knowing they are getting the best love and care they deserve. I know how stressful it can be to leave your fur-babies in the care of someone else, but I will love and care for them like they are my own! My parents have done pet sitting for years and traveled all over the world doing it, I want to do the same! I work Monday through friday, and can work remote if needed. I am usually off by 3 pm, but can change depending on the needs of the sit. Weekends and Holidays I am completely open, and I have summers off from June to August. I will do whatever I can to offer you and your pets the love and support you want for them. I am flexible with my time and always dedicated to giving the best care.

About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m new to Port Townsend and excited to connect with local pet parents. I recently said goodbye to my sweet dog of 12 years, and while I’m not ready for another pup of my own yet, I miss the daily joy of caring for animals — which is why I’m here. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m available for dog walks, drop‑ins, and overnight pet sitting. I’ve cared for many dogs and cats for friends and family over the years, and I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities. If you’re looking for someone calm, reliable, and genuinely loving with animals, I’d be happy to help care for your furry family member. I currently work from home Monday through Thursday, which means I’m around throughout the day to give your pets consistent attention, companionship, and care. On Fridays through Sundays, I’m fully off — giving me even more flexibility for longer visits, overnights, or extra time with pets who need a little more company. Because I can take my computer anywhere there’s WiFi, I’m able to work from your home if needed. This allows me to keep your pets in their familiar environment while maintaining their normal routines. Whether they like midday play sessions, quiet company while they nap, or a structured schedule, I can be there. When I’m caring for your pets in your home, my goal is to make everything feel seamless, safe, and respectful — for both you and your animals. I’m extremely mindful of people’s privacy and personal space. If a door is closed, it stays closed. I only access the areas you’ve clearly indicated are part of your pet’s routine. Your home is your sanctuary, and I treat it with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I’m very detail‑oriented and follow instructions exactly as you provide them. Whether your pet has a specific feeding schedule, medication routine, favorite toy, or quirky bedtime ritual, I make sure everything is done just the way they’re used to. Consistency helps pets feel secure, and I take that seriously. You’ll never have to wonder how things are going while you’re away. I send daily updates — often more if you’d like — along with plenty of photos so you can see how happy and comfortable your pet is. My goal is to give you total peace of mind.

“We felt very comfortable leaving Becky in charge of our 2 dogs (one elderly who needs meds daily), 2 cats, 21 chickens and turkeys, and horse. The house looked lovely when we returned and the animals seemed comfortable and content. We will definitely ask her for farm sit again!”

About: I have experience being a caretaker to both humans and animals, starting as a child growing up with fish and an adorable Basset Hound mix. I've been trusted to care for many friends' and other's pets over the years, and have experience with dog training as well as anxious, ill, and elderly pets. I can provide additional reviews through Trusted Housesitters. I'm currently working on personal writing projects, so my schedule is very flexible with plenty of time to devote attention to your furry family members. I take care to be especially mindful of the pets particular routine and boundaries and do my best to keep things as normal and stable for them as possible.

“As usual Bevin has gone above and beyond, ensuring not only that our senior pup had a stress free time with us away but also that we came home to a clean home! Nothing to do but unpack and cuddle our dog. Thank you for taking such great care of Fox and our home!”

About: Over most of my childhood and adulthood I have pet sat for neighbors and friends. I have watched all types of dogs and even exotics. So I like to say I’m pretty well versed with all types of pets and their care. I have administered medications, dog walking, feeding, mini training sessions, cleaned litter boxes, kept the pets on a routine, and most of all showed them all my love and attention. PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE BOOKING!😊🐶🐱 PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE BOOKING! I’m currently looking for a part time job and would love to fit pet sitting into my schedule. My weekends are usually open for watching over your fur babies and sometimes during the work week. I work Monday -Thursday at my full time and have a three day weekend. My hours are 7:40am - 6:00pm with a two hour lunch which leaves me time to still check on pets. I definitely ask a lot of questions about your dog or cats routine and what they are used to so it’s not super stressful. I would love to get to know your pet first so they are used to me and aren’t scared. What kind of treats they like or if they have any restrictions.

“Arianne was a wonderful dog and house sitter for us. She took incredible care of Monte our dog, and our home for four days. Sometimes Monte can be a handful, but she managed every aspect of his care with ease. We received many photos and updates from Arianne while we were away for Thanksgiving. Our house was in excellent condition when we arrived home. I could go on and on because she was such a great companion for Monte while we were away. We will always choose Arianne for dog sitting if she is available. I highly recommend her.”

“Our dog loved staying with Ashley! He even tried to sneak into her car to go home with her when we returned. That is the biggest compliment ever! Ashley is a great communicator, trustworthy, and a dog whisperer. She sent us fantastic photos each night of our trip with our dog smiling. We never worried once during our trip knowing he was in good hands. We can’t wait to go on another trip and hope that Ashley is not completely booked given how fantastic she is!”

“Sierra is a totally awesome sitter! She is fantastic at communicating with you while you’re away. She is also wonderful dealing with dogs that need a little more attention and care. We are so very grateful to have found someone like her to watch our babies.”

“Tilly is wonderful with Annie, my Aussie mix dog. She’s one of those naturals around animals, calm, kind, not pushy. Annie absolutely adores her! She walks her, feeds her and spent the night . I will definitely be asking Tilly to care for Annie again.”
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for pets has always been second nature to me. From energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience, I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, and needs. Over the years, friends and family have consistently trusted me to care for their pets as if they were my own—whether that means daily walks, overnight stays, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship and love. I take pride in being a dependable, compassionate sitter who creates a calm, safe, and happy environment while you’re away. I have a 4-yr old dog now named, Buckaroo, who is amazing with a majority of dogs. I work remotely for Aya Healthcare, a nurse and Locums management company. I am free to get away to walk your pet, or even stay at your place overnight and work from there. Plenty of schedule flexibility. I provide personalized, attentive care based on each pet’s routine and the specific service requested. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest to help reduce stress. I ensure a safe, clean environment, give plenty of affection and exercise, and closely monitor behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully, including administering basic medications if needed. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved while giving owners peace of mind.
“Mikal was awesome. She spent extra time coming out to meet us before our reservation to make sure it was a good fit. Her dog Hoodi was patient and sweet to my leash aggressive girl. I would definitely book again if the situation arises.”

Amanda was amazing! We got the best photos of our sweet little girl having the best time and going on adventures while we were out of the state. Amanda watched Sookie in our home and the house was also exactly like we left it. Sookie was happy and healthy and we couldn’t be more pleased to have found another stellar doggie sitter in this area 🧡

Ari did a wonderful job taking care of our pets and our home. She is very thoughtful, careful, and gentle. Our dogs warmed up to her very quickly. She was communicative and stayed in touch. We arrived home to happy pets and a clean house. We will definitely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone in the area!
