I also live across from a 2000+ acre recreation park/sanctuary with mikes of hiking trails for additional exercise and adventures. We have a lovely fully fenced 8+ acres property and comfy home for your dog(s) to have the run of along with our 2 dogs. We are both home all day and there is always someone here at all times. No dog is left home alone. We also have a caretaker who tends to the the 2 horses and mini donkey (whom live in separate pastures from the main property, as well as / goats that live in a back pasture. We have a fully fenced 8 acre property with a four ft fence. Dogs are free to have access to entire property as well as free range indoors. We have a very comfortable home with a large wrap around deck and 5 exits. So it’s in/out all day as much as any dog wants/needs. It’s truly doggie heaven here and most people want to stay themselves when they drop off their dogs. We don’t care for more than 2 at a time.

About: Growing up with both cats and dogs and currently living with our dog Kylo and cat Kala, I have a genuine love for taking care of pets. Love getting out on walks, and with Kylo being a husky, I am definitely used to some leash pulling! We also love a good game of tug-of-war. Working from home, I can be super attentive to your pup’s needs. We have a fenced in yard that they can have access to at anytime throughout the day. While I am not a trainer by any means, I worked with a trainer when we first rescued Kylo that gave me a lot of confidence to work well dogs and understand their behavior more. My first experience dog sitting was for a husky of a family member. We would go on walks, and she loved trying to chase the deer in the neighborhood. Subsequently, the neighbors asked if I would come sit for their Rhodesian Ridgeback, who was just a large ball of energy! I can provide play time and will also ensure that your dog will be comfortable during their stay. I work full time from home but am done with work around 2pm. Working from a computer makes it easy to keep an eye on your dog, be able to take breaks to play and potty, and follow up with lots of good afternoon time. I have a fenced in yard, and Kylo is very friendly and would love to play with your dog. Our cat is kept separate from the dogs.

About: I’ve had various types of pets since I was a kid. I love taking care of animals and getting to hang out with them.
