My name is Tyler and I'm a lifelong dog lover. Having spent the last few decades of my life with Saint Bernards, I have a special affinity for Giant Breeds, but love all creatures great and small. I spent 3 years in the Pet Industry (With Ruffwear, a manufacturer of high quality outdoor gear for dogs) and have experience with puppies, adults, and senior dogs, including the infirm and partially paralyzed. I'm a health conscious, active and compassionate individual and would be honored by the opportunity to help care for your friends in your absence. Thank you for your time and consideration. Very sweet and his family took care of my little guy! My boy isn’t the easiest to get along with but they treated him very well. He had a great time and was pretty pooped when I picked him back up. Recommend!
Tyler was amazing! He was very helpful, flexible and easy to communicate with while setting up our booking for a day of pet sitting so that we could go on a whale watching cruise. His house is setup perfectly for watching a dog, and he provided plenty of exercise for our pup. We would 100% use Tyler again if we are back in the area.

We can't recommend Tyler highly enough! He has such a wonderful energy that our dogs took to him immediately. He was very sweet with our old guy and made sure our young pup got the exercise she needs every day. He's incredibly responsive and a great communicator so we always knew exactly how our pups were doing. Tyler cared for our two dogs for almost two weeks while we were traveling in Europe this spring, and we genuinely didn't worry once. It was such a relief to know they were in good hands the whole time. We were so happy with the care he provided that we brought him back again this past weekend, and it was just as great an experience as the first time. If you're looking for a dog sitter who treats your pets like family, Tyler is the one to call. Five stars, no hesitation!

Schedule
I co-own and operate two small businesses here in Port Townsend: Fishboat Media and Cold Pizza Creative. Both permit me to dictate my own schedule and work fully remote, allowing me ample free time to help care for your furry friend.

A typical day
Walks on the beach, hikes through the woods, naps on the couch, fetch at the park, jogs down the street, cuddling on the floor. You name it, I can pull it off!
