About: I’ve had pets my whole life and cater to their every need. I’m well-versed in giving medication and providing extra accommodations as needed. Each dog is unique and has its own schedule. I want your dog(s) to feel as comfortable as possible in my home. I currently have a Chinese crested fur baby who gets along with all humans and other dogs. I work from home and have a fenced back yard. I’m available to let your fur baby out as frequently as every 2 hours and take on multiple walks throughout the day. I treat all dogs as if they are my own fur babies and make sure they are happy and comfortable in every way possible. I allow pets on my couch and bed but can tailor my rules to your preference.

“Finding the right fit for taking care of my two older chihuahuas was very stressful, until I came across Julie and Barry. Firstly, my huge requirement was that they had no dogs of their own and secondly, that they would only have one client at a time. That is not super easy to find. And not only do they fulfill both of those requirements, but it is two people instead of one, so it's an incredible amount of care and attention that is given to any animal that they might care for. One of my pups has some pretty major anxiety and Julie knew just what to do with her. She turns on her heating pad and cuddles up on the couch with her, and I can tell that they are very loved while there. And though I know my pups don't like being away from me, they very obviously feel safe and comfortable with both Julie and Barry. They also have a wonderful place for the dogs to be when outside. Our pups are going to board with them soon and we feel 100% comfortable with it, and excited that we have found Julie and Barry. Besides taking great care of the pups, they are lovely people and we have enjoyed getting to know them.”

About: Everyone needs an aunt nearby to check on their dog or care for their dog when you're away. I will spoil your pup with love and attention like I do with my German Shorthair Pointer! I work from home and have the flexibility to take your pup for a walk or stop by for a quick belly rub and potty break. And, of course, a little playtime! I love all breeds and sizes and respect each dog’s individual personality and needs. I can bring my friendly dog, Oscar, along for some play and socializing or come solo to give all my attention to yours! My goal is to help you worry less about your dog while your away from home to give your dog what they need. I work full time from home. My 1/3 acre lot is wonderful for active dogs like our GSP Oscar. Pups who prefer to lounge and snuggle have a spot in my office on the bed next to my desk. Oscar loves dogs of all sizes and so do I! Whether you need daycare or someone to love your pup while you’re away overnight, my lifestyle and home is ideal! I have a 1/3 acre fully fenced yard with lots of room to run! I allow the dogs on the couch and the bed in my office. Oscar is fully vaccinated and takes monthly Simparica. I regularly pick up poop in the yard. My neighborhood is quiet and safe. I am skilled at walking two big dogs at the same time and often do during my lunch break.

About: Before living alone, I enjoyed decades of loving and caring for my own dogs and cats, though their long, healthy lives. Through that I became familiar with medicating, training and creating happy lives for those lovable souls. I've recently enjoyed hosting my neighbor's small older dog Marty for a week. I often assist my friend (a Star Sitter!) with walks and general attention/care when visiting them. My son's cats and hedgehog are happy to stay with me when they travel (rare, brief though that is). My work is part-time, and I'm typically a home-body. My work is generally open to distraction, the sort that I expect to encounter with pets, and the break from work routine is very welcome to me. I'm able and willing to let your dearie wander my entire home and fenced back yard. As they desire and request (or accept from me), I enjoy providing affection and head, back, belly rubs and scruffs. I'm happy to tune my hours to meet a unique feeding or meds schedule. If its suggested and allowed I'm also good to offer reasonably timed treats, and of course daily walks in my quiet neighborhood - a dog-friendly area adjacent to a green trail.
