“Chia and Jeremy were so lovely and wonderful! Beyond what I expected! I booked them for an overnight stay with one of my pups that’s on the anxious side. From the second I dropped of my pup, I could tell Chia’s energy was so calm and nurturing that my dog would love her and feel super comfortable with Chia and that’s exactly how the stay went. I got so many sweet updates that put me at complete ease. She was taken on walks and did a million times better than I thought because gets really nervous. She played with another pup which is her favorite thing and she got to sleep on the couch with Chia, which to me is an extra step Chia was willing to provide because it made my dog more comfortable :) Chia went above and beyond to make both of us comfortable through the whole process. When I picked up my dog, Chia made sure to give her a walk because we had a few hours of driving. Everything Chia did was so thoughtful and intentional! My dog was SO relaxed and happy when I picked her up (usually she has red eyes and is panting heavily from being nervous) not one ounce of nervousness but that’s just the kind of energy Chia gives off so I was so grateful. Thank you so much Chia and Jeremy for taking such amazing care of my sweet girl :)))))”

I have 2 senior dogs and have been putting off a trip for months because I was nervous about leaving them with a boarder. Luckily I met Alice, who reassured me from the get-go with good vibes and an encouraging, "Tell me all the details, I want to know! :)" Throughout my trip Alice sent me immersive, story tale like videos, and photos. I knew they were enveloped in Zen and good care. Alice asked me if she should cut back on imagery / videos, I told her to please keep them coming. Alice's 2 dogs, Kubo and Birdie are both very well behaved, sweet pups. By the end of the trip I could see (from the videos) that they had become a pack!
