About: I’ve always had family dogs growing up which was an excellent learning space for dog’s body language, basic training and grooming needs. Currently I have a senior dog so I’m familiar with complex medical/feeding routines. Additionally, my family member has a severe disability which requires a service dog so I’m aware of the different needs of on-duty compared to off-duty service dogs. Aside from caring for my own fur babies, a cat (4 years old) and a dog (13 years old), I have open availability for your fur babies! I keep a close eye on my animals’ behavior which allows for treating most issues with home care before a vet visit is needed with a larger problem, for example regular ear cleaning.

“Scott is awesome! He is knowledgeable, kind, and caring for our large dog. Kota quickly developed a close bond with Scott and we are very thankful to have Scott’s help caring for our big boy. Highly recommend!!!”

“I can’t recommend Uli enough. She goes over and beyond and truly cares. I finally have peace of mind while I’m at work, knowing my dog is getting exercise and love. She is dependable, proactive and super friendly. I love her and so does my dog, Yogi🩷”

About: WHO AM I ? : I am a Virginia Tech 21' graduate with a degree in Dairy Science. I have a combined 8 years of experience as a veterinary assistant and kennel technician in Virginia and Alabama! I have always had a passion for taking care of animals since I was a kid. Along with my experience in a veterinarian clinic, I have had experience in retail at a pet store. I’ve provided pet sitting services for animals of all shapes and sizes including horses, goats, dogs, and cats. I also have two years of foster care experience, allowing me to work with many breeds, temperaments and personalities! My belief is that time, focus and positive reinforcement training can allow your pets best qualities to shine through! I have 3 dogs of my own Ace (heeler/chi), Bernie (terrier mix) and Rye (lab mix). I have a disabled cat name Wybie. I have two painted turtles as well, so I am reptile friendly! I hope to be of help to you and meet many new furry friends! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Pet care is my main focus area, and every animal in my care is my priority. WHAT YOU GET : Under my care your best friends and fur babies will be treated like my own! My dogs are fed twice a day with fresh, cool water every morning. They love the outdoors so they get let out frequently throughout the day and go on walks atleast once - weather dependent. Rye goes on maybe kayaking and swimming adventures with us as he loves the water. When I am away he has plenty of chew toys to keep him occupied. I make sure to play fetch and tug with Ace to give him what he needs as well as car rides and accompanying us on our hikes. Bernie gets as much hugs and kisses as the boy desires. He gets to go to get together and cook outs as much as possible because there’s nothing more that this boy loves than attention. I do the same for my clients and make sure that THEIR pets get the best care possible while they are out of town. I understand that our pets are our family, so I do my best to keep the pets and owners as happy as possible and follow any specific requirements per pet. I just recently moved to a new area, so I am very open on my availability at the moment. I will update as things change and if I am currently pet sitting at that time, they will take priority of course and I will work out detail with you guys during that time. Please feel free to ask questions if this is concerning to you! My home is a little different. I express my cat Wybie’s bladder myself and change his diaper daily. My other cats get their little box changed twice daily. Wybie loves his automatic feeder while my other cats get fed their moist food once daily and have dry food as needed. Every cat is different and I’m up for however you prefer to feed your babies!

About: Hi! I’m Beth, a lifelong animal lover with over 6 years of professional pet sitting experience. I’ve had pets for most of my life—dogs, cats, and everything in between—and I truly believe pets are more than just animals—they’re family. During college, I worked at PetSmart, where I gained hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets and learning how to handle all kinds of personalities and needs. Since then, I’ve been pet sitting for wonderful families and treating their pets just like I do my own—with love, patience, and lots of attention. I also work from home, which means your pet will get near-constant companionship and care throughout the day. Whether it’s a potty break, a cuddle on the couch, or a mid-day walk, I’ll be there to meet their needs and keep them happy and comfortable. I understand how hard it can be to leave your pets, which is why I’m committed to providing dependable, affectionate care and frequent updates to give you total peace of mind. Let me know how I can help—I can’t wait to meet your furry family! I work from home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to get out for midday check-ins, walks, snuggles, and play time, whatever your pet needs. I have a fenced yard and a sweet goldendoodle who just wants to be friends with every person and dog she meets. I’m in a great neighborhood with lots of trails for walking and exercise. I am also very comfortable with tailoring my care to your pet’s specific needs. I am a very calm, gentle person and can help even your anxious pets feel comfortable while you’re away. I know it’s hard to be away from your pet and am happy to send updates as often as you like.

About: Hi, my name is Angelica, and I've been a full-time teacher for the past 25 years! Alongside my dedication to education, I have a deep passion for taking care of animals. While I am new to Rover, I've been petsitting in the area for quite some time. I'm usually available in the afternoons and on weekends during the school year, with much more flexibility during summer and winter breaks. At home, I have two cats who I absolutely adore and spoil! I know firsthand how important it is to have a trusted, experienced, and loving pet sitter when you're away from your fur babies. I promise to provide the same level of care and affection to your pets as I do to my own. I was fortunate to grow up in an animal-loving family, surrounded by dogs, cats, parrots, and parakeets. My mother manages a no-kill shelter in our native country, Colombia, and through her, I've learned so much more about caring for pets. Animals are such loving, smart, resilient, and humble creatures, and they teach us to enjoy life's little moments and to focus on having fun rather than worrying. I'm happy to provide references from previous clients. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets! I am a teacher, so I am mostly available during weekends and afternoon/evening visits during weekdays. I have a lot more flexibility during the summer months and weeks when schools are in break. I will come to your home to meet your pet before I can pet sit for you. I like to gather information about your pet's routines, habits, moods, and favorite activities! After we set up a schedule for visits, I will come at the arranged times, feed your pets, check on their water, and have some play/ activity time. I will never force your pet to do anything they don't feel comfortable with. I will take pictures and videos of each visit, and will be in constant communication with the owners.

About: I am a life long pet owner and dog lover. You know, the type of person that goes to a party and hangs out petting the dog. When I was a child, a friendly dog followed me to our beach house. Teenage me would go for a walk around the neighborhood and would normally have ten dogs follow me. In my college days, I often house-sat for folks (dogs and cats) when they were away. Now, I have a pet family and can only spread my love for furry friends with walks and visits. I have experience with dogs, cats, chickens, and lizards. My work schedule varies, but I am often available on Mondays and Tuesdays. I am open to other times and dates, however, I may need more notice. I try to follow the pet's routine as best I can. Angelica R.Star Sitter
“My husband and I are always very reluctant to leave our senior feline baby at home while we go on trips. Brewster has a heart condition which was diagnosed at age four. He is now 16 1/2 years old and requires medicine twice a day. From the initial meet and greet 3 years ago, we knew that Angelica was the right person for him. She is mature, reliable and dependable. Brewster immediately liked her and she spoils him with treats and brushing which he absolutely loves lol. His medication administration via syringe can be challenging at times but Angelica has a nice easy touch with him. She sends us lots of daily pictures and updates. It is still very hard for us to leave him even for a very short period of time but we do have peace of mind knowing that he is receiving the best care in our absence. Thank you Angelica for going above and beyond! We are so glad we found you.”

Mille B.
“Mille is amazing with our dog, Gordo. She has dogsat at our house many times and provides a loving home while we are away. She is respectful of our house and Gordo's routine. He loves when she comes. I have no worries about his safety or care when she is here. My neighbors tell me how they see Mille walking Gordo while she is dogsitting. She would be a great addition to Rover.”

She also has helped care for animals at school and provided care over school breaks for several rabbits, a Guinea pig, and bearded dragon. She raised chickens and turkeys as part of 4H. Hannah is dedicated and conscientious at her part time jobs. She has worked part time during the school year for the same business for three years. And she worked a second part time job during the summers at the same place for three years. She is very reliable and courteous and would provide great service.”
