About: Hi!! I’m Makenzie and I am a junior studying Pre-Law at VT!! I have two beautiful dogs of my own at home (a Great Dane and a golden retriever). I love to hang out and play with my puppies at home or take them on walks. If your pup is looking for a friend to walk with, I’m down! My family relies on me to take my dogs out and feed them often. I am currently back in Blacksburg until further notice!! My schedule is completely open except for my classes on Tuesday and Thursday. I will update my calendar if anything comes up. Rover is something fun I wanted to try because of my love for animals (and I’m always missing my own). I am a big keep the dog on the leash person. When taking my dogs out they are always on a leash and will never be let out of sight and that will 100% be applied to your dogs as well!

About: I am a graduate student living with my one cat looking to show some love and care for your pets! I don’t have any classes this semester and tend to do a lot of work from home so i have plenty of time for your pets. I have grown up with both cats and dogs (and hamsters, hermit crabs, and fish) and have extensive experience in caring for them. I am currently living in a foxridge apartment in Blacksburg surrounded by walking trails and a large park. I love to go on walks around the area and would love a new buddy to take on my walks. I hope you consider me to take care of your pets, I will care for them like I care for my own! I am currently in school and I am available and my schedule is very variable on weekdays. I can cater to your dogs needs and will be very attentive when caring for them. Currently I have my one cat living with me. He’s a bit of a scaredy-cat but was raised with 3 dogs and loves every dog he meets!

About: My family adopted a 10 month old rescue pup, Charlie, when I was 7 years old. For the 12 years that I got to spend with him he was my best friend. Although he was stronger than me the first few years of his life, I was still involved in his training and feeding care until I was big enough to take him out and walk him. Once I could handle him, I took him out, walked him, and helped give baths. As an adult, I have done multiple pet-sitting jobs for neighbors and family friends. I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages. My job experience includes retail, landscaping, and food/bar service. Working late nights in downtown Blacksburg, I have become keen at cleaning up messes of all kinds. This summer, my schedule is wide open! I play pool a couple of nights a week, but that doesn't last for more than a few hours and I can always go late/leave early to get back to the pets. When the school year starts, I will schedule pet sitting around my class schedule. I am equipped to handle dogs of almost any size on a leash, and I love to play fetch in a yard/at the park. I can keep food and water bowls clean and full, I can crate dogs if needed, and I can keep a litter box clean!

About: I owned a beautiful 7 year old St. Bernard and although he was stubborn he taught me a lot. I am able to control and establish a barrier of trust between us to ensure my safety, his and the safety of those around us because let's be honest he is a big boy (180 lbs to be exact). Taking care of such a big boy, ensures me that I will be able to take care of your fur baby, no matter the size, or temperament. I have cared for many other dogs and house sat a few with behavioral problems as well. I am currently working part time, however my schedule is not exact, so as long as you reach out I will most likely be able to accommodate you and your furry friend. I have a front yard and a large crate meant for any size if necessary. I live in a townhome and can take your dog for as many or as little walks as they need.

About: I've recently graduated with a chemistry degree but pets and wildlife make me happy! Animals put a smile on my face so I would love to meet yours! I own 2 cats and took care of our family dog and cats as my weekly "chores" throughout my childhood, so I've been doing this for a long time now. Some other pets that I've owned: rabbits, gerbils, fish, aquatic snails, and a hedgehog. Rest assured that I'm always available to tend to your pet in case of an emergency. I'm available nearly any time because I set my own work schedule, and it is usually flexible for me to show up for something when needed. I can also switch things around when necessary. About: I been taking cares of dogs, puppies, kitties and cats good amount in my life. I love any type of pet. Big or small. We expect Ginny pigs all to your big dog. Anyone fury friend welcome ❤️ I am open 24 hours except on weekends and some trips coming up. Besides that I’m open 6 days of week and Sunday just depends on my schedule. If it dogs I take on walks or jogging. Play toys each of pets. Wash them up. Make sure their eating their food. If it cats I will brush their fury and give them attention as needy. If it’s small animal like small dogs , puppy and kitties I block some parts off house so no one will get hurt. I watch all pets at all times.

About: taken care of dogs big and small since I was 17 Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed because it doesn’t feel like a job to me. I am Currently unemployed and I am also currently looking for a side hustle and I think this would be a great fit for me I will take good care of the owners pet from their house. I am an avid animal lover with more than five years of professional experience working with all sorts of animals from cats to bats to turtles, and am currently getting a degree in Wildlife Conservation. About: I’ve had dogs for over ten years, cats my whole life, been pet sitting for 4 years, and even worked at a doggy daycare for six months. I have experience caring for animals for up to 2 weeks at a time and have cared for dogs, cats, and bunnies. I work at Wonder Universe, the children’s museum in Christiansburg, about 15 hours a week! Otherwise, nothing concrete is on my schedule, and I am happy to work with your needs. I love to get dogs outside for fetch and running loose. I’m happy to do walks whether for potty or just for exercise. I know that play and stimulation are crucial for animals. I’m also a big fan of keeping things tidy (within reason) so any accidental mess from your fur babies will be as if it never happened.
