About: My family adopted a 10 month old rescue pup, Charlie, when I was 7 years old. For the 12 years that I got to spend with him he was my best friend. Although he was stronger than me the first few years of his life, I was still involved in his training and feeding care until I was big enough to take him out and walk him. Once I could handle him, I took him out, walked him, and helped give baths. As an adult, I have done multiple pet-sitting jobs for neighbors and family friends. I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages. My job experience includes retail, landscaping, and food/bar service. Working late nights in downtown Blacksburg, I have become keen at cleaning up messes of all kinds. This summer, my schedule is wide open! I play pool a couple of nights a week, but that doesn't last for more than a few hours and I can always go late/leave early to get back to the pets. When the school year starts, I will schedule pet sitting around my class schedule. I am equipped to handle dogs of almost any size on a leash, and I love to play fetch in a yard/at the park. I can keep food and water bowls clean and full, I can crate dogs if needed, and I can keep a litter box clean!

About: I’ve had and been around pets my whole life and have experience with animals of all sizes. I have house-sat, dog walked, and done routine checking on pets for multiple years for friends and family. I also volunteer at the animal shelter to help animals in need I’m currently working part time and only work a few days a week so I am available almost all the time to check in and help out with animals. My long shifts also contain breaks so I can interact with animals throughout the day even while working. I don’t typically stay overnight for house sitting because of the larger time commitment, but if that is something you are interested in I am able to add a small overnight fee to give your animals the care they need. I know how to handle all kinds of pets in all kinds of sizes and I care for each animal as if it were my own. The safety and health of your animal is my top priority while they are under my care.

About: I have owned animals my whole life. I have also worked in veterinary medicine for almost 10 years. I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and have worked in General Practice as well as ER/ICU. I also operate an animal rescue in which I take in animals in need of medical care and once the animal is healthy, find adopters. I have taken care of numerous animals during my career. I have exceptional knowledge of medical management for animals needing medical care, medications, injections, etc. I currently work as an LVT (Licensed Veterinary Technician) part time. I operate my rescue every day of the week. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me several opportunities during the day/night to provide drop ins to a clients home for walks, medications, etc. I am typically home most of the day so animals staying in my home will have frequent access to the yard and attention from me I have a fenced in yard and a separate entrance and indoor space for pet sitting within my home. I have a finished basement with cat trees, dog toys, couches, etc to make guests staying within my home feel comfortable. Currently, I only have space for one client’s pets at a time to ensure all pets get along and are safe together. Guest within my home will not have access to my own personal pets.

About: I have always been an animal lover! I always have to stop and pet when I see them. I have often pet sat/boarded our neighbors animals for weeks even. I love all animals! I am currently a stay at home mom so I have extra time to come walk your pets, sit with them, or even for them to come stay with me I am home all day. At my home pets are always on leash and walked on grass/sidewalk. Can be kept in a separate area if requested! Clients home is based on clients wishes (backyard/dog park/sidewalk). I also have 3 loving dogs and 2 cats that stay with me currently!

I am currently working as a full-time emergency veterinary assistant. I currently work full-time at an emergency veterinary hospital. About: I'm that person where if you mention you have a dog, I want to meet them! I've been dogsitting since I can remember. With my current job, if my coworkers need a dogsitter, I'm there. They rely on me to walk, feed, and care for their pups as if it was my own. I currently work a job where I only work 3-4 days a week and have every weekend off. About: taken care of dogs big and small since I was 17 Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed because it doesn’t feel like a job to me. I am Currently unemployed and I am also currently looking for a side hustle and I think this would be a great fit for me I will take good care of the owners pet from their house. My parents will only let me take care of the dog at the clients house so they will not be coming to mine.

About: I been taking cares of dogs, puppies, kitties and cats good amount in my life. I love any type of pet. Big or small. We expect Ginny pigs all to your big dog. Anyone fury friend welcome ❤️ I am open 24 hours except on weekends and some trips coming up. Besides that I’m open 6 days of week and Sunday just depends on my schedule. If it dogs I take on walks or jogging. Play toys each of pets. Wash them up. Make sure their eating their food. If it cats I will brush their fury and give them attention as needy. If it’s small animal like small dogs , puppy and kitties I block some parts off house so no one will get hurt. I watch all pets at all times.

About: Growing up, I have done pet and house sitting in various cities and situations. I come from a family of animal lovers: my mom won't even kill a house insect, and her mom has been know to adopt cats, birds, and even the occasional squirrel! We have no dogs of our own at this point, but I love to watch other peoples' dogs to scratch that canine itch (preferrably behind the ears! 😄) I am a home body with two little ones that are yet to be in school. I will probably be home most of the time your pet is here. We have an unfenced yard with caged chickens, quails, and goats. As a family, we spend lots of time outside and on walks, so your pet will get plenty of time to excercise.

About: I am a graduate student living with my one cat looking to show some love and care for your pets! I don’t have any classes this semester and tend to do a lot of work from home so i have plenty of time for your pets. I have grown up with both cats and dogs (and hamsters, hermit crabs, and fish) and have extensive experience in caring for them. I am currently living in a foxridge apartment in Blacksburg surrounded by walking trails and a large park. I love to go on walks around the area and would love a new buddy to take on my walks.
