About: I'm that person where if you mention you have a dog, I want to meet them! I've been dogsitting since I can remember. With my current job, if my coworkers need a dogsitter, I'm there. They rely on me to walk, feed, and care for their pups as if it was my own. I currently work a job where I only work 3-4 days a week and have every weekend off. I'm unavailable on the days I work due to 12 hour shifts, but on my off days I'm available whenever! :) I have a friendly golden retriever pup who can give your furry friend company. I also have a crate upon your request and lots of toys!!

About: I’m not no expert trainer or anything but my Aussie learned how to roll over sit and lay down and shake and how to sit pretty before the age of one! If that’s something you want your pet to do I’m sure I can do some one on one time! But again I am not a professional! That being said aussies are very high energy! I take her outside any chance I get! We are on a pretty good routine! Any who, I can accommodate any needs your pet may need cat or doggo! Just click on me and come get to know my family! I have plenty of time to take care of animals! I am currently a student at Ashland community and technical college studying radiology tech. I make it a priority to help others out My animals are fed at a specific time everyday! My cats aren’t allowed outside! They do have plenty of enrichment! My Aussie is aquatinted with the cats so there’s no issue there

About: I’ve been around all sized animals since I was very young. I’ve trained my own personal dog as well as others, including puppies. I love being around dogs and cats all shapes and sizes! I really enjoy getting to know your pet and learning their routine! I’m currently enrolled in college so I’m looking to find a part time job I can enjoy without too much in a week. Pet sitting I can do everyday depending on the hours, and if not everyday at least 3 times a week I have two friendly small dogs at my house with a large yard away from the road. I also have cats that don’t mind other animals.

About: I have over 500 hours of dog watching and raising experience (outside of my own pets) and spent over 800 hours volunteering cat care for kittens and disabled kitties I am a grad student with a totally flexible schedule and can work from home easily if needed! About: I have owned animals my whole life. I have also worked in veterinary medicine for almost 10 years. I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and have worked in General Practice as well as ER/ICU. I also operate an animal rescue in which I take in animals in need of medical care and once the animal is healthy, find adopters. I have taken care of numerous animals during my career. I have exceptional knowledge of medical management for animals needing medical care, medications, injections, etc. I currently work as an LVT (Licensed Veterinary Technician) part time. I operate my rescue every day of the week. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me several opportunities during the day/night to provide drop ins to a clients home for walks, medications, etc. I am typically home most of the day so animals staying in my home will have frequent access to the yard and attention from me I have a fenced in yard and a separate entrance and indoor space for pet sitting within my home. I have a finished basement with cat trees, dog toys, couches, etc to make guests staying within my home feel comfortable. Currently, I only have space for one client’s pets at a time to ensure all pets get along and are safe together. Guest within my home will not have access to my own personal pets.

About: Hi!! I’m Makenzie and I am a junior studying Pre-Law at VT!! I have two beautiful dogs of my own at home (a Great Dane and a golden retriever). I love to hang out and play with my puppies at home or take them on walks. If your pup is looking for a friend to walk with, I’m down! My family relies on me to take my dogs out and feed them often. I am currently back in Blacksburg until further notice!! My schedule is completely open except for my classes on Tuesday and Thursday. I will update my calendar if anything comes up. Rover is something fun I wanted to try because of my love for animals (and I’m always missing my own). I am a big keep the dog on the leash person. When taking my dogs out they are always on a leash and will never be let out of sight and that will 100% be applied to your dogs as well!

About: I love walking dogs and keeping them active. I also have a soft spot for any type of animal always tending to them in anyway, and I will always keep you updated about your animal. I have also been around animal my whole life. I get off at 3 however your dog will be taken out for lunch. I enjoy being active after work so your dog will have lots to do when I'm off I care for any type of animal depending on the service they need and what benefits them the most. Pets are welcomed in a calm and clean environment.

About: I have loved having and taking care of my pets over the course of my life. I have had 2 dogs named Arrow and Figaro and 2 cats named Callie and Rosie. I might not have the training experience but I would love to help in any way I could. I am a college student and am flexible to visit almost any time that is needed throughout the day. I will be willing to come at any time. I like to feed the animal first of all to make sure it has time to settle so they can use the bathroom before I leave. I also love playing with the animals while I am there but that will vary on how shy your pet is.

About: Hello! I love all types of pets and currently have two dogs of my own. I am a student at Virginia-Maryland college of veterinary medicine trying to earn some extra money by doing what I love, playing with pets. I have experience with all types of pets at varying sizes and personalities. During my undergraduate career, I raised two Seeing Eye Dogs and helped other raisers with training. During this time, I worked at a veterinary hospital, participated in animal specific events like vaccination clinics, and groomed. From healthy puppies and kittens to seniors who need medication, I have seen it all and am prepared to help with whatever your pet needs. I hope I can meet your fur babies and shower them with love while you’re away. I offer additional grooming services, ask about them if your interested. As someone who owns two dogs, pet care is a priority in my life. Both of my pups get plenty of one-on-one time as well as long walks and enrichment in the house. During the day, the pups are crated while I am at school, but if my boyfriend is off of work they get to run around and play. As soon as I get home the dogs get taken out and fed. Along with daily care, I take care of all of their grooming and medical needs as well. I currently live in apartment complex which has a dog play area for your furry friends to get plenty of exercise. There is also a trail connected to the complex which will be utilized for long walks and plenty of sniffing opportunities. Both of my pups are very friendly and would be happy to be your pet’s playmate during their stay.

Many people have asked me to take care of their pets while on vacations, day trips, etc. I also have 2 dogs of my own, one being a St Bernard so trust me haha I know how to take care of dogs:) I’m currently home from college so I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets! Always looking forward to it! I always make sure that pets are getting the loving attention they deserve, are getting fed at the correct time and the right amount. I also make sure to take them right out to the bathroom after feeding and I always make sure to refill their water bowls. I also love taking dogs for daily walks whether it’s twice a day or more:)

About: Growing up with large breeds (Bernese Mountain Dog & German Shepard), I’ve always been a lover of all pets, especially dogs. Since relocating to Blacksburg area for work 7 years ago, I’ve pet sat for a variety of animals in the region, ranging from puppies to senior dogs with specific medical needs. It would be an honor to meet and care for your pets! I work full time at VT (a few days are remote/week) and part time at a brewery, although both schedules are quite flexible. I am happy to adjust schedules or remote days to meet your pets needs! I don’t have any pets in my current home, so I’m flexible to either board at my townhouse or stay at the pets home! I offer both options to all families and willing to drive up to an hour distance.
