About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. As a pet owner myself, I understand that our pets are family members, not just animals. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats, including owning and operating a nonprofit animal rescue for five years. Im a natural with animals and do not get intimated with large animals. I own my own home and I adopted Patty in November of 2020. My life has never been the same. About: Quiet Country setting for your pet. My husband and I have taken care of dogs and cats since we were around 10 years old. We have helped with various breeds and sizes. From as small as chihuahua and pug, up to shepherds and Labrador retrievers. We currently have two dogs of our own that we adore! We treat all dogs like they are our children. I grew up taking care of my pets, both cats and dogs, and I currently have a goldendoodle that I absolutely adore! I have also been entrusted to take care of my friend’s pets while they were away. From my experience, I know that no pet is the same. I get to know your pet and learn to care for them in a way that is unique and special to them! I currently work full-time during the week, but am available for boarding on the weekends and most holidays. I am also available evenings and weekends if your pet needs to have a potty break or go on a walk! For visits in your home, I prefer to meet prior to my initial visit to go over instructions and expectations and to have a meet and greet with your pet. For boarding in my home, your pet will be able to have full access to the house or they can be crated if that is what is preferred. I live in a great neighborhood for walking and I also have a screened in porch that is great for napping!
