About: I’ve been dog sitting/house sitting for 12+ years. I’ve taken care of puppies, all the way to senior dogs! Over the years I’ve taken care of all sorts of breeds; Rottweiler, Golden Retriever, Curly Coated Retriever, Labs, Shelties, Greyhounds, Vizsla, Chihuahua, Dachshund and Doodles the list goes on! About: I grew up on a large 200 acre farm with animals of every kind. But I have had my own Dog since graduating from college. I am currently taking a much needed break so I am home 24/7; your Pet will not be crated- unless specified by you; and will not be left alone. My Husband and I can offer your Dog a large fenced in backyard; and large deck for sunning. Your dog will have the run of our home. We only except one Owner’s Pet(s) per stay. We have no children and no cats, but FO have one small dog of our own- Jax.

She made sure our grouchy old lady always ate and was brushed, and she spent time to try and bond with her too. Pam kept their boxes spotless and entertained our two younger heathens with treats and brushing every day. Everyone’s fur is soft and clean and they all are well fed and seemed happy and calm when we returned! No urgent “where have you BEEN” meows like usual when we leave them for a shorter time! Pam even suggested that she put music on the radio for them and did and I think they really liked it! Overall excellent to over the top care provided for our furry family and respect for our home too despite the icy treacherous conditions of our driveway!!”

I understand the importance of family and would love to be your dogs next best friend! I have experience providing care for a variety of animals, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health. I am familiar with cleaning and sanitizing animal housing and equipment, and can recognize signs of illness or distress. By feeding, walks, and playtime—with my personal habits like breakfast, exercise, and evening relaxation it helps to create a consistent, healthy routine. My successful routine with my 12 year old senior terrier includes early morning engagement to set a positive tone, scheduled midday breaks or mental stimulation to combat boredom, and structured evening bonding that eases stress. I have a 12 year old friendly Emotional support animal named Flower, who still loves to run and play. I also live close to the park, and have a crate if needed.

My pup Lilibet, named after Queen Elizabeth, is a six year old rescued Beagle Mix coming in at under 25 pounds and we are excited for our new adventure on Rover. Lilibet is not my first pup; I have over thirty years caring for dogs. SleepOvers at Lilibet’s Place is designed for pet owners vacationing without their pups. I know how difficult it can be to find appropriate pup care while planning your own getaway. Please allow SleepOvers at Lilibet’s Place to be your pups getaway with a buddy to play with during the day and two adults to love all over in the evening and weekends. We are minutes away from the Gypsy Hill Dog Park in Staunton, VA and a short Road Trip to Coyner Springs Park in Lyndhurst, VA with a Leash-Free Dog Park. There is a huge difference between a Medium Dog and a Large Dog! I am happy to entertain hosting your Large Pup if the connection is right. Lilibet enjoys playing with dogs over 40 pounds like an English Shepherd but a Doberman Pinscher coming in at 90 pounds might be a bit much for our setup. In determining if we are a good fit for your pups vacation, please keep in mind that: • I do not have any children in my home • We work outside the home and can monitor our pups using our Lilibet Cam • I am comfortable administering oral or subcutaneous injections • Lilibet is a client of Staunton Vet Clinic in town and we are ten minutes away from the Veterinary Emergency Services in Verona, VA SleepOvers at Lilibet’s Place is intended to be a minimum of one week that begins on a Friday in order for our pups to become comfortable with each other. A prior Meet & Greet is required before confirming a reservation. This can be done in person near, but not in, the Gypsy Hill Dog Park; a Virtual Visit can initiate the Meet & Greet but we'll want to meet you and your pup in person. Your dog must be house broken as I work outside the home during the day. During holiday breaks I will make an exception to my “only one sitting assignment” policy to accommodate more Pet Parents if necessary! Outside of the holiday season, I will only take in one sitting assignment at a time. Lilibet has the run of the house while we are at work; she and your fur buddy are welcomed to lounge on the sofas, beds, or dog bed we provide. If your pup has their own home comforts they are welcome to pack an overnight bag for their stay to include favorite toys, treats, beds, and smells from home. During your pups vacation with SleepOvers at Lilibet's Place, you can select from one of Five Excursions during their stay to include: • A trip to Wright's Dairy-Rite, a local landmark for an adventure with a Pup Cup at their historic Curb Service. • An adventure to run free on the farm with other pups and cats while meeting the horses. • Gypsy Hill Dog Park is right around the corner in Staunton; your pup and Lilibet can meet neighborhood friends while under the watchful eye of their chaperone. • Does you fur baby enjoy the local watering hole? Lilibet and I have access to local rivers to enjoy a splash around. • We are also happy to customize an adventure to meet your pup's needs.

About: I love dogs more than most people :) and am always looking to make more furry friends. I am also a massage therapist and give a doggone good doggy rub. I am happy and entertained by a good game of catch and retrieve and am as comfortable with 2 pound pups as I am with 200 pound pups. I also have a large yard at home and may be open to sitting at my home occasionally under the right circumstances. I am an RN by trade, so I am also comfortable dealing with special needs and conditions. If your dog likes the local dog park, that can be worked out as well. My favorite part of every day is dog time.. I have a large yard out in the county away from traffic and an old lazy 14yr old lab who is user friendly with others. Crates are welcome but not necessary. My boy runs the lay of the land.

My mom has always had dogs, so I’ve been helping take care of our pets from a very early age! I love taking our dogs on hikes, car rides, and walks. We are an active family! I work part time during the weekdays, but I’m always home 5 out of the 7 days! I have mostly open availability on the weekends so go enjoy a mini vacay :) I’ve worked for a rescue and also a pet supplies store. I can easily come over and take care of your dogs when my schedule is open. I have a fenced in yard and monitor when our dogs are outside. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, pigs, peacocks. You name it. I’ve been a huge fan of animals since I can remember. I’m super active outside and love taking pups out on hikes or walks. My last dog had to take meds so I’m also extra sensitive to pups that may need more present care. I’ve dog sat and house sat for many years before and just recently decided to give rover a try. I’m also a photographer so pics of your sweet pea will be guaranteed! I’m a photographer so my schedule varies. Sometimes I’m on a shoot or at home editing. I work part time at a restaurant wed-Friday so am unavailable those evenings. I am generous with my love with pets if they want that. If they are shy I will absolutely listen to what they need and let them warm up to me at their own pace. I am clean and respectful of others’ space and strive to make sure your sweet pup gets the activities they deserve.

I have 3 personal fur babies and I foster with Save Rocky The Great Dane Rescue. I am currently working part time time so I have time in my schedule to devote to your fur kids. I have a doggie door for the emergency potties and I enjoy training so that can be part of the routine. I have a fenced in yard and I am able to provide mental enrichment as well as physical walks/Sniffari adventures and I have personal pups to keeps your busy! About: I have taken care of our elderly farm dogs for 2 years and a rambunctious new pup this year who has lots of energy! I have also helped my mom take care of her cats since I was 18. I am currently between jobs so this is perfect . I’m a very active person, I love walking and grounding in nature. It would be great to have some company on these walks! I have a fenced in back yard on a 3 acre land. I have a young dog named Charlie who is our farm dog, he is an excited rambunctious pup that helps protect our chickens, he can be crated if needed.

About: I have had dogs my entire life, from large to small! I have not only cared for my own pets, but I have cared for friends and families pets as well from a young age. I have experience with dogs that have anxiety and senior dogs that need extra care such as changing doggie diapers and administering pills. I would love to help care for your fur baby, and give them the care and love I give my own! I currently work four days a week as a dental assistant, so I am available on Mondays, as well as weekends to help care for your pet. Perfect for if you need a weekend getaway! I will make sure that your pet is crated or left where they need to be before leaving the home, and that the house is locked up. You can always know your pet and home will be safe with me.
