About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my whole life and a few cats along the way. I currently have my own dog who lives with me at college — I’ve raised him since he was a puppy, so I’m confident with everything from walks and playtime to basic training and daily care. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away! I’m currently on summer break from college and only working part-time at a grocery store, so my schedule is very open and flexible! Since I’m not getting many hours at work right now, I’m available most days and can easily fit pet care into my routine. I’d love to spend more of my time caring for animals this summer! I provide care in my clients’ homes to make sure pets feel comfortable in their own space. I’m happy to follow any routines or instructions you leave to keep things consistent and stress-free for your pet. I don’t offer care in my own home since my dog is a bit skittish around other animals, but I’ll treat your home and pet with the same respect and care as I would my own!

About: I've had dogs my whole life and have experience walking them, giving medications when needed and just being there to be their friend and make them less anxious. Years ago I found a sitter to look after my dog when I go to work and I still use Rover today when I'm working. I'm looking to return the favor to others who need their pets looked after and have the peace of mind to know they are being taken care of in their own environment. I currently work Friday, Saturday and Sunday so most weeks I'm available Monday through Thursday to devote to fitting pets into my schedule. I've always had a soft spot for dogs my whole life and it's fulfilling to me to help others with their pets as people have helped me. As my work schedule changes, I’ll update this to reflect so. I currently reside in Windigrove Apartment Homes so if you reside there, I’m very familiar with everything in the complex and have a lot more flexibility for pets within the same neighborhood. I'm comfortable doing whatever your pet needs. I've good with walking dogs as I have two of my own, administering medications, and just giving them some TLC and attention to ease anxiety.

I know how difficult it can be to find appropriate pup care while planning your own getaway. We are minutes away from the Gypsy Hill Dog Park in Staunton, VA and a short Road Trip to Coyner Springs Park in Lyndhurst, VA with a Leash-Free Dog Park. There is a huge difference between a Medium Dog and a Large Dog! I am happy to entertain hosting your Large Pup if the connection is right. Lilibet enjoys playing with dogs over 40 pounds like an English Shepherd but a Doberman Pinscher coming in at 90 pounds might be a bit much for our setup. In determining if we are a good fit for your pups vacation, please keep in mind that: • I do not have any children in my home • We work outside the home and can monitor our pups using our Lilibet Cam • I am comfortable administering oral or subcutaneous injections • Lilibet is a client of Staunton Vet Clinic in town and we are ten minutes away from the Veterinary Emergency Services in Verona, VA SleepOvers at Lilibet’s Place is intended to be a minimum of one week that begins on a Friday in order for our pups to become comfortable with each other. A prior Meet & Greet is required before confirming a reservation. This can be done in person near, but not in, the Gypsy Hill Dog Park; a Virtual Visit can initiate the Meet & Greet but we'll want to meet you and your pup in person. Your dog must be house broken as I work outside the home during the day. During holiday breaks I will make an exception to my “only one sitting assignment” policy to accommodate more Pet Parents if necessary! Outside of the holiday season, I will only take in one sitting assignment at a time. Lilibet has the run of the house while we are at work; she and your fur buddy are welcomed to lounge on the sofas, beds, or dog bed we provide. If your pup has their own home comforts they are welcome to pack an overnight bag for their stay to include favorite toys, treats, beds, and smells from home. During your pups vacation with SleepOvers at Lilibet's Place, you can select from one of Five Excursions during their stay to include: • A trip to Wright's Dairy-Rite, a local landmark for an adventure with a Pup Cup at their historic Curb Service. • An adventure to run free on the farm with other pups and cats while meeting the horses. • Gypsy Hill Dog Park is right around the corner in Staunton; your pup and Lilibet can meet neighborhood friends while under the watchful eye of their chaperone. • Does you fur baby enjoy the local watering hole? About: I've always loved animals, from my first guinea pig at age 11 I was hooked! I have dog and cat sat in my neighborhood, and made friends with as many pets as I could. I'm not afraid to have fun with any dog big or small, and I'm more than open to bathing and grooming as well. I am also experienced in giving medication to pets who need it, mostly with pills but I've also learned how to do on skin treatment as well. I have taken care of everything ranging from snails and fish to birds and reptiles. I'm very passionate about giving all animals the affection and playtime they deserve. I would love to give your pets love and attention while you are away! I am currently a stay at home mom, so I will be able to stop by any time, and take care of anything your pets need! About: My family has had pets all my life, and I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 13. I have experience with pets with special health needs as well as those with busy grooming schedules. I adore both cats and dogs and will treat your pets like they’re my own. I’m a grad student from Virginia with a love for animals! Most of my classes finish in the afternoon, so I have plenty of time for your fur babies! I am confident and comfortable with both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to follow any special instructions you need me to. About: I grew up on a large 200 acre farm with animals of every kind. But I have had my own Dog since graduating from college. I am currently taking a much needed break so I am home 24/7; your Pet will not be crated- unless specified by you; and will not be left alone. My Husband and I can offer your Dog a large fenced in backyard; and large deck for sunning. Your dog will have the run of our home. We only except one Owner’s Pet(s) per stay. We have no children and no cats, but FO have one small dog of our own- Jax.

My mom has always had dogs, so I’ve been helping take care of our pets from a very early age! I love taking our dogs on hikes, car rides, and walks. We are an active family! About: I absolutely love animals and have had them through out my entire life. I have experience from working at “Dogtopia” to “Home away from home, dog boarding”. I understand the importance of family and would love to be your dogs next best friend! I have experience providing care for a variety of animals, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health. I am familiar with cleaning and sanitizing animal housing and equipment, and can recognize signs of illness or distress. By feeding, walks, and playtime—with my personal habits like breakfast, exercise, and evening relaxation it helps to create a consistent, healthy routine. My successful routine with my 12 year old senior terrier includes early morning engagement to set a positive tone, scheduled midday breaks or mental stimulation to combat boredom, and structured evening bonding that eases stress. I have a 12 year old friendly Emotional support animal named Flower, who still loves to run and play. I also live close to the park, and have a crate if needed.

About: I have experience with timid dogs and very energetic ones! I own a 1-year old active golden doodle who I actively take on walks and play anytime he wants! I also have had friends who relied on me to feed their pets, play with them and walk them. I have also in the past used to feed and interact with many stray and household cats. I am currently working part time so I only walk dogs for now Monday, Wednesday and Friday with occasional weekends. But I can dedicate as much time needed during those days! Within my home we do not have a fence so often we keep our dog inside but so often take my dog on walks around the neighborhood as long as it’s not too hot and he has his protective shoes on. In your home I will make sure to clean up any messes that may happen and make sure they are well fed, have plenty of water, and enough play time for them to spend the rest of the day resting!

About: I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and have at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks. I am hoping to do some pet care over the summer to earn some money and get some more experience. I will be doing an internship 3 times a week, so I am only available 4 days a week. I live a little bit out in the country, so we have some land and a private and safe road for walks. There is very little traffic, so it is a peaceful area. About: I've had pets since I was a baby. My uncle appointed me as his personal pet sitter when I was 13. I have taken care of a large variety of animals. Currently, I have two dogs, two cats, a snake, and a tortoise. One of my dogs 13, so I also have a lot of experience working with senior pets. The other dog is 1, so I have experience with puppies.
