About: I’ve always had at least one dog in my home until my Roscoe passed a little over a year ago. I have experience with all ages…puppies to seniors. I used to be a volunteer dog walker at Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center, so I have experience with rescue pets as well. I’ve been asked on a number of occasions to pet sit or check in on pets for friends while they are away from home. I see that there is a real need for pet care in our community, so I decided to put my skills and love for animals to work! ****At this time, I do not have any availability for daily dog walking. I am available for pet sitting and drop in visits weekends (Friday through Monday), unless my calendar states otherwise. I currently work part-time (4 nights) third shift in health care. I’m available for dog walking or drop in visits between 10 and 1 Monday through Friday and pet sitting in your home or drop-in visits on weekends (Friday through Monday). If you live in my immediate neighborhood, pet sitting can be arranged for longer periods, as long as it’s ok to leave overnight for work. I like to take frequent walks, depending on the temperature outside and the age and health of your dog. For younger and more active dogs, I enjoy lots of playtime and interaction, or I can chill on the couch with your dog if he/she is older and less active! Your pets miss you terribly when you’re away; I want to make your absence as pleasant for them as possible!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets over the years. Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to feed, walk, and bathe their pets. I’m currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after 11am. I live in a small neighborhood with places to go for walks and have lots of backyard space. Perfect for playing fetch with your pups!
