About: All my life I've loved and cared for animals. Cats, dogs, goats, chickens, cows, fish, you name it. I've got 20+ years of experience. The past 11 years I've discovered my love for bulldogs. I have a happy family of rescue frenchies, a Great Dane, a kunekune pig, goats and even an African Zebu steer. I have previous experience working in veterinary clinics. In my previous life I was a bloodhound search and rescue handler as well. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large and small dogs, cats and a variety of other critters as well. I think animals are wonderful souls and I treat them all with respect and love. My life, my little farm, my routine and personal schedule revolve around my dogs and other critters. I work from home so my availability is usually quite flexible. I have a nicely fenced yard where dogs can run and play. If a dog is boarding with me, or in daycare, they will have plenty of playtime throughout the day. When the dogs are done playing and it's time to rest, I have dedicated rooms with comfy crates and playpens. I am very comfortable taking care of senior dogs or those that need a little extra tlc.

About: Hello! I’m Emma, a recent college graduate and current Masters of Social Work student who’s been missing having animals in my life. I’m not quite ready to adopt again just yet, so I’d love the opportunity to give your pets some extra love and attention! My Experience: I cared for my own dog, Kirby, for 12 years, taking care of his daily walks, meals, playtime, and everything else that came with being a pet parent. He passed away in 2024, and caring for other people’s pets has been a wonderful way for me to keep animals in my life. Professional Experience: In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve spent over 5 years caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and clients. I have experience with pets of many different breeds, sizes, and ages, including pets with additional medical, behavioral, and daily-care needs. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and instructions closely so they can feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m responsible, communicative, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away through patience and understanding. I’d love the chance to meet you and your pet and give them the same patience, attention, and affection I would give my own. I’m a fast communicator, respectful of your home, and always do my best to leave things even cleaner than I found them. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! General: I also have experience helping with feral cats through TNR, socialization, finding foster homes, and coordinating medical care for pets. I’m the kind of person who carries pet treats when I travel because I can’t resist saying hello to an animal I meet along the way! I typically book weekend only clients due to my work schedule in mental health treatment! For weekend stays I am available to stay full-time at your home to provide daily care for your pets. I always ensure quality care for my clients pets and treat them as if they were my own! All clients pets are treated with a high level of care and responsibility. You can expect to hear from me updates, pictures, and questions to make sure your pet is receiving the highest level of care.

About: Being an MBU student gives me the flexibility for mid day walks and night time visits. I am attentive, kind, and love all the cuddles! I am looking forward to serving your pet needs, as I’ve done for friends and neighbors since I was young! I am currently in a full time doctorate program, so I am in class during the day. I am looking for part-time meetings or drop ins, when necessary. If further commitment is needed, I am happy to discuss this with you! I am more than happy to play with, walk, or entertain your pet. I am here to make sure your animals stay happy and healthy while you are gone. I have experience walking 80-85 lb dogs and am able to control the walk as appropriate.

About: I’ve always been an animal lover and have had both dogs and cats of my own, so I understand how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to find someone you can trust. While I don’t have formal professional pet-care experience, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for my own pets and treating them like family. About: I have taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes for as long as I can remember. I have a large black lab of my own so I’m used to handling big dogs. I have watched dogs of all breeds from great Danes to mini toy poodles. I’m a grad student looking for a way to make a little extra money by taking great care of some pups. I’m currently in graduate school but have large gaps between classes where I can take your pup on brief walks, feed, and play with them throughout the day! In the mornings or afternoon once my classes are over I can take the dogs on longer walks and spend a little bit more time with them! At this time I do not provide care in my home but I’m willing to drop by at any hour to help keep your pup company! I am a lover of all animals! At school I’m missing my dog so I would love your fur baby as my own!

About: Hi there! I'm an experienced and loving caretaker for dogs, cats, and all kinds of pets: including chickens, horses, and even the occasional bunny! I don’t do this for the money, I truly find joy in playtime, long walks, and making sure animals feel safe, happy, and loved. I must’ve been a dog in a past life! I know trusting a new sitter can feel nerve-wracking, so I always like to start with a phone call and an in-person meet & greet to make sure we’re a great fit for each other. I put a lot of time and love into each Rover family, getting to know your pets and their unique differences. Each Rover stay feels like its own little adventure, and I truly enjoy every one :) I have years of hands-on experience caring for my own pets as well as those of friends, and I’ve helped train and nurture many puppies along the way. I’m knowledgeable in grooming, basic training, and behavior support, and I bring a calm, empathetic energy to every pet I meet. My background includes work as a supplement advisor at a health food store, where I gained experience with holistic remedies and supplements—including CBD—to help pets with anxiety, pain, and general wellness. I now work remotely in environmental sustainability, which gives me a super flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood perfect for long walks or runs, and your pet will have plenty of love from my partner and animal-loving friends while you're away. Whether your pet needs cuddles, structure, medicine, exercise, or just good company, I’ve got it covered. A couple of notes: I’m not able to accept bookings in homes that use synthetic air fresheners or otherwise strong/harsh scents (unless it can be unplugged or not used beforehand) as it disrupts my ability to be comfortable! I generally prefer stays longer than a single night but will consider one offs especially for repeat clients! Thank you for understanding. NOTE: I am still taking bookings in Asheville, NC - I will travel to you! I am currently living with my partner in Charlottesville VA I happen to work remotely from my computer with a schedule I determine myself. So I am very flexible and able to give lots of attention. I know it can be nerve wracking for your pets and I always meet your pet where they are. I understand that all pets are different with varying emotional and physical needs. I am very empathetic, understanding, and attentive when it comes to adjusting my care per animal. I am active person and love to take dogs on walks but if that’s not their jam, I am happy to curl up with a book on the couch with them.

About: Hello, I am excited to meet you and your pup. I have worked professionally in clinic and in behavior for the last 21 years. I am a positive reinforcement based trainer for Good Pup. I have 3 personal fur babies and I foster with Save Rocky The Great Dane Rescue. I am currently working part time time so I have time in my schedule to devote to your fur kids. I have a doggie door for the emergency potties and I enjoy training so that can be part of the routine. I have a fenced in yard and I am able to provide mental enrichment as well as physical walks/Sniffari adventures and I have personal pups to keeps your busy! I have the ability to crate and even do drop bys at your house if needed.

With scheduled feedings, clean fresh water bowls and lots of leashed walks. I can do everything from short - long term care, to a grooming. Book me! 😸🐶 I’m currently making my own hours pet sitting and grooming pets, so I have plenty of time to take care of your companions during the weekdays and weekends. I’m very attentive when caring for your pets, I will make sure their living and playing environments stay clean while keeping them my top priority. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. I am a big animal lover so your pet would be in good hands. They will get a lot of attention, exercise, and love. I am fully able to take care of your pet 7 days a week and all daytime hours. I am available from 6am to 10pm. I can provide a leash if needed and walk only on sidewalks, paths, trails or take them to a nearby park. Safety is my highest priority.
