On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

About: I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and have at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks. About: I've been a caretaker to many animals great and small from horses and alpacas to cats and rats. Any animal is welcome in my care. I truly want the best for every sweet soul and a key to that is regular exercise and freedom. I am currently working part-time at a horse farm and am looking for more animal time in between my shifts any day of the week. I have 2 short shifts, one in the morning that ends around 9:30 and another shift at 4 that is also quite short. There is a great chunk of time to fill. My pup and I have an abundance of toys and a little dog park only 5 minutes away! We have a quarter mile walk that I loop with my dog on the daily and he loves his time outside smelling and exploring around our community.

About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. I have an unfenced yard and live 20 feet from the Crozet trail system, right next to Claudius Crozet Park. About: Lifelong dog owner with decades of experience caring for dogs both big and small. I work from home and am able to provide constant care, companionship and plenty of exercise. I am happy to host dogs from different families if they are friendly, but I am also happy to host your dog(s) alone. Boarders or daycare get at least two to three 30+ min walks/day, dozens of photos, and lots of love of course! I provide toys, bowls, a dog bed, treats, poop bags and a backup leash. A tired dog is a good dog :) I grew up with border collies and labs, then rescued my own dogs in adulthood. One of my rescues was a very sick 3-month old puppy that I raised, so I am well-versed with puppy care. I do not currently have pets living in the home, so your dogs will have the run of the place! I am happy to brush the dogs after these walks, if safe and allowed. When a visit starts, I like to take the dogs on a “Welcome Walk” to get acquainted in neutral outdoor space. My six year old son is often present for a booking. He is a responsible child who has been taught to be respectful of dogs by giving them space and patience. We have firm rules that he will never climb, poke, tease or infringe on a dog’s personal space. If your booking request ends up being a time that he will be staying with me, then he enjoys participating in meet in greets to ensure everyone is a great fit :) we have yet to meet a dog we didn’t like! About: Hello! My name is Ellie S. I am 29 year sales and marketing professional who enjoys house sitting and dog walking on the side to keep life interesting. I work from home full time which means I have a flexible schedule that allows me to have greater availability. I grew up with pets from the time I was 4 years old- I can't remember a time before we had dogs. I currently own one pit bull/husky mix who I’ve raised from 8 weeks old. I have provided pet care for several families. The dogs I have cared for have ranged in size from small lap dog to medium sized lab. This care has ranged from short stays during the day to overnight stays for a weekend. I have experience walking, feeding, watering, giving oral medication, and any other general care needs. I work full time but it’s completely from home, so I have a lot of flexibility for both house sitting and for drop in visits! She showed a great deal of experience, asking all kinds of thoughtful questions during our meet n greet, and while caring for our boys she provided frequent updates and plenty of pictures. I will definitely request her services again the next time we travel, she was wonderful.”

“Sean and Alyssa always take the best care of Banjo! They send me pictures and videos throughout his stay, and I can tell that he has so much fun with them. They take him on walks everyday, to the dog park to play, and they even make treats for him. When I pick him up he is happy and content, and I know that he’s had a great stay. You can tell they are so intentional with the care they provide, I highly reccomend Sean and Alyssa when you need someone safe and reliable to watch your pup!!”

“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”
