About: Hi y’all! Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile :) A little about me- I have been an animal-lover my whole life. I am a mom to a 14.5 year old chihuahua-terrier mix named Penny and a tabby cat named Scotch- both AMAZING rescues. I live in a large apartment, it's more like a lil’ house. I am close to Palisades Park, where dogs love to play. My neighborhood is pet friendly, my home is smoke-free and extremely clean. I am patient and nurturing with all furbabies. One of my biggest strengths is my empathetic nature. I am aware of animal's energy and I almost always succeed in keeping animals comfortable and stress-free. I am extremely punctual, so running late will never be an issue. I commend myself on being super reliable, trust-worthy, responsible and dependable. Your animals will always be in good hands with fresh water and lots of love 🩷 I am working on Rover part-time as I am full-time student at Cal State, Channel Islands. I love this job for many reasons as it allows me to be with animals, along with a flexible schedule that I can work around my studies as I pursue my Nursing career. I am on campus in Camarillo 2 days a week starting end of August, so I wont be available Mondays and Wednesdays and I have clinical on the weekends. “I can’t express to you the extent to which Sara and Aaron saved me. At 10:30 I got a call from work that I needed to come in (on a day I wasn’t planning to), and I messaged Sara and Aaron at 10:45 relaying the emergency. My dog Jeffy was in their home by 11:30. Not only were they so incredibly accommodating, but Jeffy had a blast, and Sara provided so many amazing photos throughout the day. They’re very communicative and you can tell how well-versed they are with dogs and dogcare. I recommend them highly. I’m not the most proud of my last-minute request and I don’t recommend being in that situation — it was a bit unfair to them and to Jeffy — but Sara and Aaron were understanding and exceptional hosts.”

In my home, I make sure the space is clean, secure, and pet-proofed—no loose cords, toxic plants, or anything they could accidentally get into. I provide a calm, cozy environment with designated rest areas, toys, and plenty of affection. I keep a close eye on their behavior and energy levels, making sure they feel relaxed and at ease. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their pet’s routine and sense of familiarity. I respect the home as if it were my own, and make sure doors, gates, and food storage are always secure. I also provide regular updates so clients can feel confident and connected while they’re away. Building trust with both pets and owners is everything to me—I want everyone to feel safe, supported, and cared for from start to finish.

About: I grew up on a farm with 2 dogs, 3 cats, horses, alpacas and chickens, so taking care of your good boy should not be a challenge. My fiancée and I work from home, so there’s always somebody here to keep your dog active and let him out when he needs to go. Our complex has a gated main entrance, and our back yard has walls too high for any dog to jump over. We also keep all of our food out of reach!

About: I'm a dog mom myself and have experience raising my own 10 yr old pup from 10 weeks old. (I rescued him as a puppy!) Myself and my pup Kingsley (a 28lb dog friendly maltipoo mix) are happy to be a cozy and friendly place for your fur baby while you're away. We're ideal for any pup that would love to have a play buddy for a little vacation of their own while you're away on yours! I do well with monitoring play, separating during eating if needed, and will make sure that your pup gets the love and attention they need so they feel secure and happy during their stay. I'm home most of the day. I'm a personal trainer and am away from home no more than 2 hours at a time, once per day. Because I have my pup, I'm already aware of being home, and taking him on walks throughout the day. Your pup, (if allowed by you,) would be a part of those walks and would be able to fall right into our daily routine, (if that fits for their requirements) :) I live in a studio apartment, and although small, it is very comfy and completely dog friendly. My fur baby as well as yours, are allowed on all the furniture and completely welcomed to snuggle in bed. I can also crate your pup if that's what they're used to and if that's what you prefer. Just know this is a perfect haven for your fur baby to enjoy a little doggie vacation!
