“Melissa was great Coco and Lily loved her right away! She kept me super well informed and sent pictures.....everyone looked happy! She let me know when she was leaving and left the house spotless....emptied the cat box and picked up the dog waste in the backyard. It's nice to go away and not have to worry 😄”

“Grace was wonderful! She truly loves your pet while away, sends plenty of pictures, communicates often and leaves your place as clean as when you left. Very easy going and flexible. We were delayed getting back and she stayed in touch and was flexible if we couldn't get back. I am afraid she will be booked up next time I need her and my daughter said she will fight me for her if we do another family trip LOL.”

“Kristina did an awesome job with Brody and Bella. Before our trip we had 3 meet and greets. Bella can be nervous around new people and krsitina took her time with her and eventually warmed up to her. Brody got all the snuggles belly rubs he wanted. She made us feel very comfortable with all the texts and pictures she sent. We will be using Kristina in the future.”

“Ava was a wonderful house sitter for our pup! We appreciated that she came by for a meet and greet and our dog Roma instantly was comfortable with her. She took great care of Roma and our place. We had some last minute changes with our timing needs and Ava was very accommodating. Very friendly and professional, we would highly recommend her!”

“Byron was great to my two dogs. I’m especially surprised at how well my girl dog liked him because she doesn’t normally warm up to men. But he has a way with dogs to make them feel safe and loved even from their first meet. I was gone for 4 days and Byron stayed at my house. He was polite, respectful and amazing to my doggies. He sent me pics and videos and I could clearly see how happy they were. Byron is great at communicating and helping out in any way possible. We will definitely be a repeat client! Thanks Byron for taking such good care of my babies.”

“Hunter was great with Greta Garbo! Hunter sent frequent photos of her and her activities, and I can tell you what a relief it is to know that she was well taken care of. Thank you, Hunter!”

“Monica was very accommodating to our special requests and spent lots of time at our house with the pets. She sent lots of pics and messages to let’s know all was good. She took great care of our Saint Bernard, cat, and house. We will definitely be using her again for future trips!”

About: I have been relied on by my friends and relatives to take care of their dogs for 15 years. They have trusted me to watch their home and their dogs when they need someone. I have some experience administering oral medicine (pills) to dogs. Currently, I am available most times and days for pet care. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am possibly not available from about 11:30am-2:30pm because I walk my sister's puppy then, but it is only when she needs me. I will happily visit or stay at your home to care for your pet. I am great at following directions and will happily do whatever you need me to do to care for your pet how you want me to or how your pet is used to being cared for.

“Diana responded quickly to our request for a sitter for our dog, Ollie. She did the meet and greet and Ollie went right to her. She showed up on time and even stayed an hour later when we were late coming home. We would definitely trust Diana to stay with Ollie again.”

“My pups fell in love with Jordan the instant she walked in the door to meet them! Jordan is friendly, professional and full of love for my girls. She gave me regular updates and sent photos. It was my first time utilizing the Rover app and I’m so happy we found Jordan:)”

About: Whether it's my neighbor's pup or a family member's dog, I love and care for all kinds of pets. As a medical student, I'm responsible, detail-oriented, and full of energy—and I bring that same care and attention to your furry family members. I lead an active lifestyle, so your pet will get plenty of movement and affection. My partner (an accountant) and I work together to ensure your pet is always safe, happy, and well looked after. One of us is always available to give your pet the care they deserve! As a medical student, much of my studying is done at home or on a flexible schedule, which allows me to incorporate pet care naturally into my day. I’m often available to stop by for walks, feedings, or check-ins, and I love taking breaks from studying to spend time with animals. If needed, I’m also happy to study at your home to keep your pet company and make sure they feel safe and attended to. I exclusively care for dogs in their own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I’m respectful of your space and follow your dog’s routine closely—whether that means regular walks, feedings, medications, or simply keeping them company throughout the day. As a medical student with a flexible schedule, I’m often available to stay for extended periods or pop in for check-ins and walks. I love staying active, so your dog will get plenty of movement and attention. My boyfriend, who is also responsible and great with animals, can occasionally assist to ensure your dog is never left alone for too long. Together, we make sure your pup is happy, safe, and loved while you're away.

About: Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve been around dogs my entire life—26 years and counting—and I’ve had two of my own for the past 8 years. They’re energetic and full of personality, so I’m very comfortable with active pups who need extra attention, exercise, or playtime. Whether your dog is high-energy or more relaxed, I’m committed to providing safe, loving, and personalized care. I understand how important routines and trust are, and I treat every dog like they’re my own. I currently have a very open and flexible schedule. That means I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care—whenever your pet needs me. With no other job commitments right now, your dog gets my full attention, and I take that responsibility seriously. When caring for pets in your home, I treat the space with the same respect and care I’d want in return. I follow your instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, routines, crate use, or special care needs—and always keep things clean and safe for your pet. I keep a calm, consistent environment so your dog feels comfortable while you’re away. I’ll make sure they get the playtime, potty breaks, and cuddles they need—and I’ll send regular updates so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

I currently have a whole house full of animals of my own (Dogs, cat, chickens, ducks) and am a fellow user of the Rover app! I work a full time job during the week but available for walks and drop ins Monday-Friday between 6-10pm and Saturday-Sunday (all day) for walks, drop ins or in client home boarding. About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12, and over the years I’ve looked after everything from cats and dogs to goats, turtles, frogs, and more. Animals have always been a huge part of my life I genuinely can’t imagine life without them. Some of my earliest memories are of my first dog, who I grew up with from the time I was two years old until she passed away at 15. As she got older, I helped manage her joint pain and ear infections, so I’m very comfortable giving medication and providing special care for senior pets. For the past few years, I’ve been working through Rover, where I’ve built a reputation for delivering high quality, compassionate care. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or special medical needs, I always go the extra mile to make sure pets are happy and healthy. When it comes to cats, my experience runs just as deep. I started fostering kittens when I was 12 and have been helping rehabilitate feral cats ever since, getting them ready for their forever homes. Right now, I share my home with two amazing cats who mean the world to me. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s a huge part of who I am. I’m currently taking a break from university and plan to return next year. In the meantime, I do Rover full time, which means I’ll be with your pup throughout the day! My schedule lets me give plenty of time, attention, and care to your pet, making sure all their needs are met and they always feel safe and loved. I’m dedicated to giving your pet the best care and making sure their well being is always my top priority. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and since I work from home doing Rover full time, I’m with the pets 24/7. Your dog will never be left alone or unattended. I also have two cats, but they’ll be safely tucked away in my room with the door closed, so there won’t be any interaction unless you specifically tell me it’s okay. For dogs who are crate trained, I have both medium and large crate options available. If your pet needs medication or any special care, you can feel confident knowing I have plenty of experience and will handle everything with attention and care.
