“This was my first time using Christina and she did a great job. She was there right on schedule and gave my dog ample play time, there were no issues at all. I'll definitely be using her again in the future.”

“Delanie is so sweet and was an instant connection with our sweet boy! She's very affectionate with him and takes great care of him! We appreciate her knowing we don't have to worry about him while we're out!”

About: I have been a part time dog sitter, cat sitter, house sitter, etc since I was 10 years old. I've also been a volunteer at my local animal shelter since I was 15. I've taken care of old dogs, young dogs, energetic dogs, couch potato dogs, friendly dogs, shy dogs, big dogs, small dogs, you name it. I've been doing this a long time and I've gotten really good understanding each pet and their individual needs. Every dog is different, and I love them all. I also have experience with dogs who need medications and ear drops, and I am Red Cross certified in Pet First Aid! I provide pet care full time, helping owners have peace of mind when they have to leave their buddies behind for a trip, or to go to work, it makes me happy knowing I can help out people and animals who could use an extra set of hands. I have an active personal life, always making plans friends and family, but offering services on here allows me to plan my leisure time around times I'm needed for pet care. Firstly, I want to say I understand meeting people online and inviting them into your home can be very anxiety inducing, and I want to reassure you that with me, your pet, your house, and your belongings are safe. If you have ANY questions or concerns, please let me know. I'm here to help answer anything that could cause you worry. Your pets are part of the family and I understand staying safe is a priority. When I personally am trusted to stay in someone's home, I usually stick around the same area of the house out of habit. I keep food where it belongs to prevent mishaps, and keep things off the floor to prevent injuries of their me or pets. When going for walks I like to stick to trails or sidewalked areas that have decent cell reception, just in case. I keep treats with me, extra bags, and have a phone holder for my wrist so I can have a hand free, especially for dogs who get excited from wildlife and could suddenly pull really hard anytime. I keep a pop up bowl and a bottle for water breaks. Before going for longer walks I touch test the path in case they are too hot. I also have experience putting jackets on dogs in the colder months.

About: I have taken care of pets for many years. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, diabetic pets, medical needs and much more. I have experience with all dog sizes and multiple breeds of both cats and dogs. Feel free to contact me with any questions! I am available for most of the time on weekends Saturday - Sunday. I am also available before 10 AM and after 5 PM on weekdays Monday-Friday. I will care for your pets and your home environment. Whether the pets have full reign of the home, are kenneled, need to be leashed or have a fenced in yard. I am willing to adapt to any lifestyle.
“We loved having Alexis taking care of our pets while we were away! She followed the instructions we left, showed up when she said she would, gave detailed updates and pictures, and you can tell she genuinely cared about them while she was there. Thank you Alexis 😊”

“From the first Meet and Greet with Katie she was Professional and kind. As pet parents we felt comfortable with choosing Katie as our pet sitter. During her Drop-In-Visits, she was very proactive in letting us know how our dog was doing and how he was behaving towards her, and shared cute pictures. We would recommend Katie as a pet sitter and plan to request more bookings with her.”

“Melissa sent me loads of photos and took great care of my 2 year old dog and new, 8-week old puppy. She made me feel completely comfortable leaving them and they were happy, safe, and sound when we returned home :)”

“So pleased with Becky! She came on such short notice not once but twice. On a holiday. I asked her to feed my pup one meal (special diet right now) and not only did she feed him but also washed his dish. Highly recommend her!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
