About: OUT OF TOWN SEPTEMBER 24 to SEPTEMBER 28. Next schedule update for OCTOBER availability will be around Sept 9 ◡̈ I’m an RN with two dogs and a cat! I’d love to care for your babies on my off days! I am also AHA First Aid/CPR certified in cats and dogs ◡̈ If your dog is not cat friendly, and you need boarding/daycare, please let me know to see if we can work it out! My mom is in the front house and I am in the back house! So, KitKat has plenty of space to live freely while I care for your babies! If there is a day that is unavailable, reach out to me! If I am completely unavailable, it is a work day at the hospital. But if I am unavailable because I have an appointment or gathering, it just means we can possible work around it ! These are just the days I can be available all day for them and have no plans ! ◡̈ My schedule varies and I am currently applying for a new position. So, I will try my best to communicate what days I can be with your pet! Usually my availability is updated two weeks before the current availability ends! I usually work every third weekend, so if you have a weekend in mind, feel free to message me! If there’s time to put a request in, I will definitely do so! Holidays (day and Eve) I usually work except New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. I’ll gladly care for your babies then. The reason is not because I want to party, but because I want the last day of the year and first day of the year to be as stress free as possible. Hanging with pets over going to work sounds like a great new years celebration. I will treat them like my own. I deal with people for long hours, and being around my pets is the most therapeutic thing for me. So I figured I’d add some variety. There are therapy dogs where I work and the joy fur babies bring is magical. My backyard is pretty big in my opinion. It has a fence door to separate cement from grass, if needed! (E.g. If my mom or I need something from the garage and need to leave the back gate open to take something to the car? No worries! We have that second fence to keep the babies from running out to the front yard!) All fences and gates are very tall. I do offer an end of the day bath if you’d like! I’m NOT a dog groomer and have only washed my owns dogs and some of my friends dogs, so please be away that this will not be a professional job. The extra cost is just to help my with supply cost. I have shampoo, conditioner, brushes, dryer, ear wash, dental spray for tartar control (not teeth brushing), treats, towels. If your dog has any allergies, I’d suggest skipping the bath. I do also have some dog wipes that I can use to wipe down your babies after play! Feel free to ask any questions.

The fence is made out of block with two iron security gates. I have a fence backyard that provides complete safety and plenty of room to play. I will make sure to update you with pictures and keep their schedule. Walking dogs brings me joy and look forward to walking yours My daily life starts with feeding beagle followed by a nice long walk. My free time is spent at the dog park with with my beagle or getting to spend time with other fur babies. My passion in life is working with children (I work in education) and animals. They both bring me so much joy.. I always show up a little early to introduce myself and get to know your pet. And enter with caution to make sure your baby doesn't get out. I leash inside and like to explain what we're about to do. I know it may sound silly but I'm a big believer in making your furry friend feel safe and comfortable. Sometimes I will sing kid songs to ease their mind and get a wag in their tale. My goal is to provide a safe, happy environment that brings joy to them.

About: What sets me apart is my calm, patient approach and experience caring for dogs with a wide range of needs—including seniors, shy personalities, and rescue or shelter backgrounds. I create a safe, peaceful environment where dogs can feel secure and understood. Whether it’s administering medication, offering gentle socialization, or simply giving them space and time to adjust, I tailor my care to each dog’s unique comfort level. Because I’m home throughout the day, your pet will never be left alone for long and will always have someone nearby to meet their needs with patience and affection. I provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for my personal pets, prioritizing their physical well-being and emotional comfort at all times. Their daily routines include balanced nutrition, exercise, enrichment, and rest, all within a clean and secure home. I’m attentive to their individual needs and ensure they are always supervised, supported, and cared for with consistency and reliability. “Kiersten, is fantastic with our 11 weeks old lab (Maverick) She is 100% reliable and responds to messages in a timely manner and most importantly she takes great care of Maverick during her 1 hour drop in visit?”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was 12. I have experience with larger breed dogs, such as my babygirl Sunday who’s a Great Dane. I’ve mostly cared for smaller breeds, though, such as my current best boy Zeus. With that being said, I’ve raised and trained all of my companions myself since they were puppies so I’d have no problem with any younger fur babies. I am currently pursuing an online degree and have a lot of flexibility in my routine. I have an open schedule and am willing to work with pet parents to make sure they have peace of mind when pets are in my care. Safety will always be my number one concern when it comes to the safety of your pets. For walks, I like to be aware of my surroundings to ensure a safe environment. I also ask for dogs to sit or pay attention before crossing the street as an extra safety precaution. As for home care, I’ll ask the parents for a breakdown of the dog’s routine and any precautions that need to be taken.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since I could remember,I’ve worked/volunteered in shelters and rescues from doing basic cleaning and washing to walking pups, helping laboring mamas give birth, bottle feeding baby pups and kittens, administer medications, and so much more! I’m home full time and can continuously look after and care for your babies as if they were my own! I don’t go out much unless I go grocery shopping which is max 2 hours, I also have pet cameras set up so I’m able to keep an on our furry friends ! I have a dog park in my complex which is kept clean, I also have many other parks located near me in which pups can get exercised and have fun, I have a lot of interactive toys and puzzles and so much more!

About: I’ve always connected with animals—they trust me quickly. I’m patient with seniors, playful with puppies, and happy to follow any routine. Your pet’s comfort and happiness come first with me. Schoolwork is my number one priority, however I currently only go to school for full time and have extracurricular hobbies. I do not work a part time job so I will be available to come take care of your pets! Also if boarding, schoolwork can be done remotely so that wouldn’t be an issue as well! I treat your home and pets with the same care I give my own—clean, quiet, and respectful. I follow routines closely and make sure pets feel safe and loved.

About: I’ve cared for pets of all ages, including hyper puppies and older animals that require more gentle handling and understanding. I’m comfortable giving medications, handling shy or anxious pets, and keeping up with high-energy dogs. I also understand animal body language well and always prioritize your fur-baby’s comfort and safety first! :) Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday life because I care for my own dogs, cat, and reptiles daily. Whether it’s feeding, cleaning, playing, or giving meds, I’m used to being on a routine, and I make sure each animal gets the attention and care they need. Pet care isn’t just a chore for me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy :) Whether I’m caring for the pets in my home or a client’s, im always focused on making the environment safe, clean, and calm. I respect the client’s space and their pet’s habits all while keeping communication open for updates or questions if needed.

Norwalk pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lissi is an amazing caretaker. I am a first time rover user and she made the experience comfortable for my family and my two dogs. She made sure to follow our checklist, sent lots of pictures and videos, and ensured my girls were happy! She went above and beyond the drop in expectations. My girls love her so much and we look forward to having her in their lives from now on!

Ellice was amazing, incredibly communicative, prompt, and was able to help me last minute. I made a mistake in the booking request (and felt horrible) but Ellice was so kind and helped fix the issue. You can tell Ellice is a big animal lover, I received so many pictures and I could tell my dog enjoyed her company. Absolutely would hire her again and take peace with knowing my furry family member is in loving arms.

Mariah did an amazing job taking care of my cat, Raisin, while my family and I were on vacation. Raisin can be a bit shy at first, but Mariah took the time to make her feel comfortable and gave her all the love and attention she needed. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I could tell Raisin was well-cared for because she was happy and calm when we got home. Mariah went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter. Thank you, Mariah! Would definitely book with you again in the future!
