About: I just graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Science. I have grown up with pets and taken care of them for years! I’ve had dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish! I have a lot of experience taking care of animals as I’ve interned at a zoo and volunteered at shelters and vet clinics. I’m very comfortable giving medications to pets as I’ve had a lot of practice with this with my own pets and while sitting! PLEASE READ** I am currently traveling in Europe and will not be home until October 10th. I am available after that for meet and greets or I can do virtual meet and greets as well! I am looking to move states in the coming months so I will not be available for long term sitting. My house has one kitten, and my backyard is not fenced in. About: I started taking care of dogs when I got my first dog, Lexi, at the age of 11. The love and support she has given me as a pet motivated me to start dog-sitting, boarding and walking professionally in 2014, and no other vocation could bring me more pleasure!! I work with puppies as well as train them, all the way through senior dogs who need meds and special care such as mobility aids. I’m passionate about caring for animals and trying to speak their language to best understand their needs. Due to a functional, physical disability, I have a lot of free time to spend with them to make sure they receive the proper care, love and attention while you’re away! It is best for me to do overnight stays and visits to your home as not all dogs are compatible with my golden doodle, Leah. ++FOR DAY-CARE/BOARDING:++ If you need day care or boarding, you are welcome to request a meet and greet with your dog and Leah beforehand. I have extra bowls and toys galore! Leah is the sweetest most playful pup, she can just be intimidated by certain breeds and sizes* I am currently self employed, and I have lots of free time to visit with or spend extended time with your pet(s) around the clock if they need boarding or overnight sitting. I currently live in a townhome with a fenced in patio and a large, communal fenced-in field at the end of my street where dogs can safely get in some playtime. I can easily crate your fur baby in my home if necessary. My neighborhood is extremely dog friendly with lots of nature to walk around! For overnight stays and home visits, I can respect your requests for pet care and always make sure to leave the house tidied up.

We are looking for warm home for our Shichon while we are away on a trips. We found Mark and Lori closeby. They were very accomodating with big house and very nice & big fenced backyard. They sent update frequently with pictures which is very nice. I know our dog had good and comfortable stay.
