About: I love being outside and on the go! Pets are my favorite friends, so count on tons of attention and loves. I have a comfy pet friendly home so your furbaby will have l lots of toys and comforts! My working hours are only between 10-6 so I'm never unavailable for more than 8 hours at a time. With a break every shift, I'm able to make it home at least once per shift. I'm up early and love to get out for an early morning walk! I'm also near my phone always and ready to keep you posted with photos or answers to any questions you have for me or about your pet. I'm also extremely flexible with dates and times! I'm so excited to shake a paw and get to know your furry friend! I currently work part time at WHOP. I always have Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off. Otherwise. I only work 10-6 at maximum. I try my best to get home at least twice during that time, but I always make it once. Every situation is unique. I try to keep the routine for your pet as close to what they experience day to day with you as possible. Typically I'll adjust my routine to your pet, I find this keeps them more comfortable and makes the transition both to and from my home easier.

About: I am an animal lover who would love to provide care to your pet so you don't have to worry about leaving them at home while you're at work or on vacation! My services include dog-walking, drop-in visits to check on and play with your pup, overnight boarding if you're away on vacation (at my home or yours), or dog-sitting for the day while you're at work. I have experience with volunteering at various animal shelters, caring for dogs on Rover for several years, owning several family dogs growing up, and spending time with my parents dog, Boomer (a rescue Shih-tzu yorkie mix), my sisters dog Lola (a mini schnauzer) and my in-laws’ golden retriever, Remi. As of June, we also have a golden retriever puppy of our own who adores other dogs, so it is important that your dog gets along with other dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I love hanging out with the doggos and will be flexible with our activities based on their age, activity level and owner preferences. I love exercising and being outdoors so I’m always willing to go for walks or hikes with your dog! Or if they’re older I can stay in and relax with them too 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule and am home a lot so will be able to devote lots of attention to your furry friend. My husband and I live in a home on 5 acres on a quiet rural road in Maine that is perfect for taking dogs for walks or a swim in the pond (if their parents say yes!). Your dog will have plenty of room in the house and on our land to play and go for walks down our quiet road. I also am able to travel to your home to watch your dog too.

About: I’ve worked at 2 doggy daycares in the last few years where we did boarding. I’ve also worked in a cat boarding facility and have worked at pet stores for about 5-6 years. I was trusted with cleaning up after and giving medications to pets that needed it. I’m currently working part time in Freeport so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pets and spend time with them and take them on walks depending on weather. I live in a wooded area with access to tie outs so your pets and I could sit outside on good days and play. I have an extra room in the house where I can easily board your pet but would require you to bring a crate if they’re crate trained depending on the size of the pet. I do have two crates available that I could use if you’re unable to bring their crate. I have 2 cats in the household along with my fiance so they would have to be cat and man friendly.

About: Hello! I am new to Rover but I have been working with animals all my life from a very young age and I have been pet sitting for about 4 years. There were always pets in the home, mostly dogs and cats all my life and I have thorough experience being around animals and knowing how to take care of them. I took a major part in taking care of the puppies that my family bred most of my childhood, I have experience in working with a variety of animals such as dogs, cats, reptiles, roosters/chickens, horses, guinea pigs, etc. Besides working with my own pets I have been pet sitting for around 4 years now and have become very comfortable working with other peoples pets. I pride myself on my attention to detail and focus on making sure your pet/pets are as comfortable as possible. I am currently a student but most of my classes are online so I am very flexible and available pretty much every day of the week currently. I am able to be intuitive and approach every animal with the care and attention that is specific to their needs. I am sensitive to boundaries and always making sure to focus on listening to what they are communicating.

About: Ever since the family cat had kittens when I was four years old, I have been drawn to the care of animals. Honoring the lives of pets as our friends has been a source of inspiration and therapy for myself personally. As a working artist, taking the time to care for animals has been such a privilege and the perfect change of pace while I continue to work on creative projects. I have a German Shepherd that I keep separated from the work I do with other animals. I am located at a small farmhouse in Augusta that has a huge yard with two a-joining fields. There is more than enough room to explore the surround with your pet. I am also an avid walker so exercise is big for me generally.

About: I’ve had pet dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. I’ve always loved taking care of them, and being someone that they can rely on. Caring for animals is a big part of my life and something I hope to be forever passionate about! I am working full-time for the summer. I am a college student who will be going back to part time in the fall to finish my last year. I’m mostly free in the evenings and on odd days during the week since I work a rotating schedule. The fall will look different as I’ll be working part-time while also going to school! I’ve been handling large dogs since I was a young teenager, so I’m very comfortable with all types of breeds. About: I am just a young 18 year old kid that loves dogs and is looking to spend some more time with them. While also making some money! I am currently taking online classes at the University of Maine Orono and am looking for a part-time job like this to make some money at the same time. Ever since I can remember my family and I have had 2 dogs in our house that each have problems of their own. But we love and care for them no different then we love and care for each other.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. My family have relied on me to attend to theirs, giving them company, playing, going on walks, feeding and giving them water. For in-home visits, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, along with fresh food, clean water, and a tidy living space.
