About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was very young. My family raised many different breeds over the years—from small companion dogs like Pugs, Pekingese, and Pomeranians to large breeds like German Shepherds and Great Danes. I developed a deep love for animals early on and have continued caring for pets into adulthood. I’ve owned both cats and dogs myself, and I’ve helped friends and neighbors care for their pets when they’re away. I’m comfortable bathing pets, giving medication when they’re sick.I treat every animal with patience and love, as if they were my own. As a new sitter on Rover, I’m currently offering a discounted rate to build my experience and reviews — while still providing full care and love! 🐾 I’m currently available full-time and have a very flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends. Since I don’t host pets in my home, I focus on drop-in visits, dog walking, and in-home sitting. I always make time to give your pets the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Although I don’t offer boarding at my home, I’m very experienced with in-home pet care. I will follow your instructions carefully to keep your pets safe, happy, and comfortable in their familiar environment. Whether it’s walking, feeding, playtime, or medication, I treat every pet with love and respect — just like family.

About: Hi! I’m Alexa and I am from San Diego, California. While growing up, I walked to school and stopping along the way to pet each and every dog we spotted. Eventually my family adopted one of our own, Marley, and from there on out she walked to school with us every day. My love for dogs only grew from there. I would pet sit my neighbors dog when needed (vacation, late from work, etc). Their dog loved to walk but had a hip problem so we had to make his walks shorter and have him wear doggie booties. I also volunteered at Helen Woodward Animal Shelter for a number of years. I’ve been taking care of pets since high school, throughout undergrad and currently while in graduate school! Since I don’t have the time for a pet of my own, I’m more than happy to help out with yours :) Currently in my first doctorate of physical therapy clinical rotation. So I work 4 x 10’s, have Tuesdays and weekends off, would love to help out! I have ample experience cat/dog sitting, and walking or running with dogs! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old! I’ve worked with puppies, senior dogs, and those with health issues. I also love cats! About: I've always had a love for dogs every since I was little and actually got to help raise my current dog when COVID happened in 2020 from when he was a puppy. I've pet sat so many times throughout my life and thought this would be a good way to help ensure the well-being of everyone's pet in their family! I am currently home for the summer and working remotely for an internship two days of the week. I have plenty of time to go and check on your pet during the day! Will make sure they are safe and sound. I have trained my dog to love his crate, so he usually goes in there when he wants to. I will mostly ask what the client is most comfortable with and what they need from me to best care for their pet!

About: I have been a registered dog foster for 4 years. I have experience with dogs of all ages and breeds. I have been living in the city for over a year now and have decided I have more than enough time to care for a dog or two. Extremely flexible work from home schedule so pet would almost never be left alone. No travel plans coming up anytime soon. Available weekdays and weekends. I live in a pet friendly building in West Loop. Plenty of grass and outdoor areas around building and walkable to several dog parks.
