Over: Have grown up with german shepherd, labrador and a pomerian. Have successfully passed cat vibe check too 😎Recently dog sitted an Akita Inu in Amsterdam 🫶🏻 bliss life I love juggling between jobs, projects and hobbies. And where does pet sitting fit? You guessed it! Pet sitting is one of my hobbies :) Does your pet like to play? I’m game. Does your pet like his/her own space, I’m game too. Can do as the pet and pet owner prefer.

“Lange wandeling, goede zorg voor het hondje en kreeg leuke foto's”

Over: Hi! Me and my partner Mert are a pet-loving couple living in the heart of Amsterdam. We have always dreamed of having a pet of our own, but since we love to travel, we decided to start by caring for other people's pets first! I as well as my partner work from home and have a flexible schedule for dog walking, daycare, and boarding. I am available for boarding Monday to Sunday. We live in a small, cozy apartment with an open balcony, just a 3-minute walk from Rembrandtpark - perfect for long, relaxing walks in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

“Christine was an absolute lifesaver! I contacted her last minute to walk my dog, and she responded right away. Olive is usually very shy and scared, but Christine clearly won her over, the photos and videos she sent showed a happy and relaxed dog. I’m so grateful for her help and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Christine!”

Over: I've been studying in the Netherlands for two years now, and during this time, I've had the joy of petsitting over 30 dogs and cats. I'm originally from China, where I had a Papillon named Sanbao and an American Shorthair tabby named Bawan, who's now seven years old. After moving to the Netherlands, I missed them so much that I decided to start petsitting—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Over the past two years, I've welcomed all kinds of dogs into my home, and through housesitting, I’ve also stayed at many lovely homes across Amsterdam. Each pet I've cared for holds a special place in my heart: from the giant poodle Floppy, to the sweet Shih Tzu Coco, the spirited Shiba Inu Ukemochi, and the mixed-breed duo Teto & Jaap... Every experience has been unique and meaningful. I'm patient, responsible, and familiar with commands in several languages. I love cuddles, I'm warm and enthusiastic, and I always spend quality time playing with the pets I look after. I don't think I'm helping them, they also help me with having a good time during my study here, and grow into a more responsible adult! I'm a student in college with only a few classes each week, and my schedule is quite flexible. If a dog needs walking, I usually come home right after a two-hour lecture. This means I have plenty of time to spend playing and bonding with pets. With summer coming up, I’ll have even more free time! I’m flexible on both weekdays and weekends, and I’m always happy to discuss and adjust to what works best for you. I live alone in a spacious 35m² studio. While I don't have a backyard, my neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, right next to the canal—a lovely area where many people walk their dogs. I always encourage a meet & greet before a booking, so we can make sure everything feels right for both you and your pet!

“Kiara was very great with Momo. We asked Kiara to come walk Momo for a short time to practice meeting strangers since she is quite scared of people. Kiara listened to me and applied to the letter the little things to make the walk easier. Momo even let her unwrap her paw at the end without much reactions. Your animals will be in good hand!”

“Emma is great. My dog loves her and I look forward to seeing her again. She was on time, very comfortable with the dog and has great communication on the app. Overall, excellent service.”

Over: Hoi!

Over: My name is Olivia, and I have just moved to Amsterdam, but unfortunately, that means further away from my two beautiful dogs! I have had pets my whole life, including a slew of dogs (golden retrievers, a cocker spaniel, a whippet cross, and currently two goldendoodles), guinea pigs and rabbits. This love of animals resulted in me getting my BSc in Zoology and working at a veterinary clinic since 2018. I started as a volunteer and moved to a formal role in 2022. I have been pet sitting in the UK for a few years now and I am comfortable looking after most types of companions. I primarily look after dogs and cats (of all ages and sizes), but thanks to my zoology degree and veterinary clinic experiences, I am happy handling any animal and willing to be taught how to care for new species! I do house visits to feed and play twice a day, go on walks and can stay at yours as needed. I have had pets for overnight stays, ranging from one night to a few weeks at my house, and having just moved into a new apartment, I can now provide this service here! Having been involved in a veterinary clinic since 2018, I am confident and comfortable providing medication and following diets. The breadth of experience looking after others' loved ones has always made me excited to meet new people and their pets. I hope to meet you and your companion/s soon! I am currently working from home in flexible roles so I can organise my day around looking after your pet/s. This makes me available during both the week and the weekend during most hours for frequent breaks and attention, making care constant and facilitating any medical requirements for your pet/s. Our family has always had pets on the furniture, playing inside and outside, however, if I am caring for your pet/s in your home, I am happy to respect house rules, following crate training and keeping pets off of furniture.

Over: Hi there! I’m an experienced and passionate dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends and family have always trusted me to look after their furry companions, and I’m proud to have been their go-to pet sitter whenever they needed someone reliable and loving. I’m also the proud owner of two wonderful Golden Retrievers, which has given me direct, daily experience with both large breeds and energetic puppies. I know how to handle different temperaments, activity levels, and needs — from playful pups to calm seniors, from tiny companions to big, strong tail-waggers. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Whether it’s a long walk, a cozy cuddle session, or some fun playtime, I make sure every dog feels at home and loved while you’re away. You can count on me to provide responsible, attentive, and affectionate care – just like you would. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! 🐾 In addition to being a dog lover, I work as a tour guide here in Amsterdam. My work schedule is flexible, which allows me to easily fit pet-sitting and dog-walking into my daily routine. Whether it’s early mornings, afternoons, or weekends, I can adapt to your dog’s needs and your preferred times. I offer pet sitting in your dog’s own home, where they feel safest and most comfortable. I believe that every dog thrives best in their familiar environment, so I always respect their space, routine, and habits. I’m always happy to adapt and personalize every visit to match your dog’s needs and lifestyle. My goal is to provide care that feels natural and stress-free — for both you and your pet — while you’re away.

Over: I have grown up with two wonderful cats, Lavie and Nevado. I left them back in my home country and miss them very much. That is why I'd love to care for your furry family as if they were my own. I’m responsible, caring, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I often pet sit (both cats and dogs) for friends and family, and now I’m excited to extend that care to others in the neighbourhood. I welcome only vaccinated pets into my home, and I am also happy to make visits to yours. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just some quiet company, I’ll make sure they feel relaxed and loved while you’re away. I can administer medication to pets, whether mixed in food or given directly in the mouth, ears, eyes, or via injection. I’m comfortable doing injections after we’ve done it together once, so I can see how your pet responds. I also offer bathing and brushing services. If hosting, your pet will never be left alone for more than 3 hours. I currently work from home and can easily integrate pet care into my daily routine. If that changes and I’m not able to commit, I’ll be transparent and decline the booking. For dog walks, I take a maximum of two dogs per walk, but only after meeting them individually and assessing how they behave around other dogs. Each walk lasts 30 minutes (tho I always tend to do more if we are enjoying and I have the time), though I’m happy to adjust for shorter or longer walks depending on your pet’s needs. When it comes to boarding, I only host one dog at a time in my home to ensure personalized care. They will not be left alone for more than 3 hrs.

Over: I have never had my own dog, however since I am 10 year old, I have helped my neighbours with walking their dog after school. I love doing those long walks or taking them to a park so they can play fetch. I would love to do more walks in Amsterdam so do not hesitate to contact me! I have a traditional job (40h a week) so my availability is mainly in the evenings or on the weekend. However, I also work two days a week from home, so those days I am a bit more flexible. At my home, I live in a flat with my 3 year-old cat. I would prefer to visit pets at their home, just because my cat is not the most social with other animals. At the owner’s place, it is easy to follow the instructions left by the pet parents.

“Ilona is a trustworthy and communicative person, she gave our dog long walks and played with him. She also sent many photos and videos so we could relax and see that everything is going good and being taken care of 💙 totally recommend her!”

Over: Hi there! 🐾 I’m 27 years old and absolutely love dogs — big ones, small ones, silly ones, shy ones — all are welcome! I’ve been lucky enough to grow up around dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. After spending the last two wonderful years living in Haarlem, & walking dogs in Haarlem I’ve recently made the move to De Pijp and I’m so excited to start meeting some lovely pups (and their humans!) here in Amsterdam. Whether it’s a playful walk through the park, a calm stroll through the neighborhood, or just some quality tail-wagging time, I’ll treat your furry friend like my own. 🐶💕 Let’s get those paws moving! I have a corporate job where I have the opportunity to work both in the office and from home! I work remote as well as in the office so can cater dog walking into my life very easily! I’m happy to walk early mornings, lunch times and after work always make sure to follow your instructions carefully — whether that’s refilling water or food after the walk, bringing your pup’s favorite toy, or sticking to their usual routine. I know how important it is for dogs to feel comfortable and safe, so I make sure to respect their habits, like stopping at crosswalks, playing fetch in the park, or any special rules they’re used to at home. I also have a fenced small garden in my ground floor apartment which is very secure.

Over: Small senior dogs have held a special place in my heart since I watched my own dog Mischa (orange pomeranian in the photos) go from fiesty puppy to (slightly less feisty) white faced senior. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to Mischa earlier this year at the ripe age of 16. Until I’m ready to adopt another dog, I have the extra time, care and space to look after your dog while you are traveling or simply too busy to give your furry family member the time and attention they need. I have experience looking after my friends’ dogs and cats while they are traveling, and particularly have experience with special needs senior dogs who need specific routines, food, medication, or have unique behaviour/personalities. I work from home most days and live near Flevopark, so I have the ability to look after a dog all day and provide frequent walks throughout the day. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no yard, but I live very close to the Flevopark where dogs can be walked on or off leash. There are no other animals or children in my home. For boarding, my home is best suited for older smaller dogs (below 10kgs). I prefer to only look after one dog at a time -if you have two small/medium dogs who come as a pair, that is possible but please reach out to discuss first.

Over: I have taken care of family dogs and cats, as well as bunnies. I provide a loving space for them and will adjust to your preferences and routines. I am a student with a flexible self-study schedule, so I am flexibly available to take on jobs, but could also work with a schedule if you prefer that. I care for your pets by providing them with lots of space for movement, entertainment, food and water, and most importantly of all; a lot of love.

Manali D.
“Manali took care of my Akita Inu better than I would ever do it myself. He's a big dog and don't get along with other dogs, so we had many special asks about how to walk and treat him. Manali carefully followed all the instructions we gave her, so our dog felt comfortable and calm. Our guy is not the easiest, and she handled him like a pro.”

Olivia T.
“If you ever wanted someone to look after your pet, it would be Olivia. Not only does she care deeply about animals, but her strong ability to use her initiative means that should there ever be a difficult situation with your pet, she would do everything possible to help. Both my dogs have absolutely loved their time with Olivia, there is no doubt in my mind that I have felt completely safe when leaving them in her capable hands. I highly recommend her!”

Alessia V.
“Hi! I am writing to highly recommend Alessia as a pet sitter. She has taken care of my two dogs — a lively Breton and a sweet, more delicate Maltese — on many occasions, and I couldn’t be more confident in her ability to handle dogs with different personalities and needs. My Breton is an energetic hunting dog who requires a lot of stimulation and exercise, while my Maltese is much more relaxed and sensitive. Alessia has always adapted perfectly to both, giving each dog exactly what they need — whether it’s long walks and active play or calm, gentle cuddles and reassurance. She is attentive, responsible, and deeply caring. She pays close attention to routines, understands canine behavior extremely well, and most importantly, she truly loves spending time with animals. I’ve always felt at ease knowing my dogs were in her care, and they absolutely adore her. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely passionate about animals, I wholeheartedly recommend Alessia as your pet sitter.”

Vero T.
“I couldn’t be happier with the care Vero’s gave my cats while staying at my apartment for a few days. She was absolutely lovely, incredibly organized, and took such good care of my babies. I’m very picky about who I trust with them — I don’t leave them with just anyone — but I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her hands. Highly recommend!”

Samantha L.
“Sam is a very close friend of mine since 5 years and I know her as a responsible and trustworthy person that loves animals really much. She grew up with cats and also already took care of different dogs including my 2 foster dogs that I was hosting for a while. She has a very natural, genuine and caring way with animals so can only recommend her as a pet sitter!”

Ilona Z.

“Ilona is a trustworthy and communicative person, she gave our dog long walks and played with him. She also sent many photos and videos so we could relax and see that everything is going good and being taken care of 💙 totally recommend her!”

Manali was brilliant with our greyhound who is nervous around new people, she sent lots of pictures and updates and even stayed with her when she was sick. Would 100% recommend Manali 😊

Andrea is amazing and Luna loves her so much! I’m really grateful and happy that we found each other :)

Christine was an absolute lifesaver! I contacted her last minute to walk my dog, and she responded right away. Olive is usually very shy and scared, but Christine clearly won her over, the photos and videos she sent showed a happy and relaxed dog. I’m so grateful for her help and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Christine!

Helen was a natural with Ollie and they bonded right away. I could tell that Helen is experienced and comfortable with large dogs and clearly loves animals. She also responded promptly to my requests and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Késia did a great job during a one-time visit with Harry the dog. He was very excited and happy to meet new friend. She took him for a walk, made sure he had fresh water, and fed him just as I asked. Communication was smooth and I felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. I’d definitely reach out again if I need help.

Elvina is amazing. We are very careful who we trust our dogs, that’s why we didn’t had a dog walker before. We managed to find Elvina and she was trully great. Flexible, friendly and tentative. She listen to the directions and followed to the letter. For sure we will be keeping her close. She manage to walk our 2 dogs with safety and fun! Thank you so much Elvina! We will be close

Dankjewel Kaj! Vooral namens Boeds❤️

Ilona is a trustworthy and communicative person, she gave our dog long walks and played with him. She also sent many photos and videos so we could relax and see that everything is going good and being taken care of 💙 totally recommend her!

Bogdan is always very flexible. Even with taking on this last minute booking! I really appreciate that and he and my dog, Rico connect well!

Ale was great. On time, great with my dogs, reliable and personable. Very good English. A trust-able person.

Daniela has walked my dog Tony a number of times now. Tony can be a bit hesitant with strangers at first, but when he met Daniela for the first time he was very happy, so there was a good connection right away. Daniela knows how to get Tony outside, even when he’s not excited for a walk. She always lets me know how the walk went, with photos and some info, so the communication is great. Would definitely recommend her as a dogwalker/sitter and hope that she can walk Tony many more times!

We were looking for a last minute Rover and Mélanie was very flexible, good communication and Mango went on a lovely walk with her.
