Over: Ik heb in mijn hele leven al honden en katten om me heen gehad. Verzorgen vind ik heerlijk, hierom ben ik ook mijn lichaam & vachtverzorgingdiploma gehaald. Ook heb ik meerdere puppy cursussen bijgewoond en ook met oudere honden weet ik raad. Ik ben niet snel bang voor huisdieren, maar ik vind ze allemaal even leuk! Ik ben buiten rover werkeloos, ik woon samen met mijn lieve vriend en zoontje. Ik heb daardoor wel elke dag tijd voor de verzorging van huisdieren. Over: Ik heb sinds kleins af aan altijd al gezorgd en gespeeld met 2 ontzettend lieve katten. Ook verzorgde ik de kat en de (senior)hond van de buren, zo konden ze met een gerust gevoel genieten van hun vakantie. Inmiddels zorg ik al jaren voor honden & katten via rover.com. Momenteel werk ik als zzp cameravrouw dus ik ben heel flexibel en vul mijn eigen dagen in. Een last-minute verzoek is dan ook voor mij geen enkel probleem! Onze katten krijgen 3x per dag een handje brokjes en het water wordt ververst. Er wordt volop met de katten gespeeld en geknuffeld. Als ik de hond van de buren uitlaat geef ik deze voldoende tijd om haar behoefte te doen en om met haar te spelen.

I was also responsible for pick-up and drop-off, which involved being trusted with access to clients’ homes. Alongside this, I carried out house calls to help socialise dogs or check in on those who didn’t require a full day of on-site daycare. On my working days, if I am looking after a dog, I like to bring them with me so that they can socialise with the pack. All transport is done using a fully converted, dog-friendly wagon with additional AC (and lots of cookies!). If a dog needs to be left alone or doesn't get along with other dogs, this can also be easily accommodated during the day in a safe, penned-off area at the facility. On my days off, I am entirely flexible and work from home while finishing my Master's thesis, making my routine highly compatible with dedicated pet care. I live with my girlfriend in a large, multi-room apartment in the Rivierenbuurt neighbourhood of Amsterdam. The location is convenient for dogs and humans alike, being just a short walk from several metro stations and with easy drop-off outside via street access. We are lucky to be located just a stone's throw away from Beatrixpark and Martin Luther Kingpark, with the Amstel and the Amsterdamse Bos close by, providing some wonderful green spaces right on our doorstep for daily walks. Our apartment has two balconies (one of which gets the sun all day long ☀️☀️☀️) and plenty of comfy space inside for dogs to relax. All my dog guests get an entire room to themselves to ensure they have their own quiet and safe space to rest—unless, of course, they prefer to cuddle up with us on the sofa or in bed... Because of my professional background managing packs, safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities, whether looking after a pet in my home or yours.
