Over: I have grown up with dogs. Since i was 8 years old i started taking care of our family dog. Because of him i have experience in senior care. He was sick and is not around us anymore for 2 years now. Now we got a puppy of 5 monts, a belgian malinois. Because of him i also have experience in puppy care and training. A belgian malinios needs consistency and a lot of exercise. I have trained him a lot and love going on long walks with him and seeing him enjoy it. When i got time i give him all of it, because thats what our dogs wait for all day, too spend time with us. We also got 2 cats of 2 and 3 years old. I currently work parttime. My familypets always get love and i got some more for yours. I like to go on a walk by myself, so with a walkmate i would love to go! I am very patient for your pets. If you tell me exactly what you do, i will follow the rules. Mostly dogs need consistency. I can send photos, thats a small gesture that can make your day better at work🤗

Over: Ik heb in mijn hele leven al honden en katten om me heen gehad. Verzorgen vind ik heerlijk, hierom ben ik ook mijn lichaam & vachtverzorgingdiploma gehaald. Ook heb ik meerdere puppy cursussen bijgewoond en ook met oudere honden weet ik raad. Ik ben niet snel bang voor huisdieren, maar ik vind ze allemaal even leuk! Ik ben buiten rover werkeloos, ik woon samen met mijn lieve vriend en zoontje. Ik heb daardoor wel elke dag tijd voor de verzorging van huisdieren. Bij mij thuis is helaas momenteel geen optie maar misschien in de toekomst wel. Bij het baasje thuis verzorg ik precies zoals mij gevraagd wordt. Hier kunnen duidelijke afspraken over gemaakt worden uiteraard.

Over: Two Dalmatians, a chihuahua, a Pomeranian and three mutts were my siblings growing up. I took care of them through every vet visit, may it be grooming days, sick days, or the few times they’ve given birth to puppies! I currently work part time so I am mostly at home and can do check-ins or walks, this is updated on my Rover calendar. I stay alert on walks and during home-sitting with pets. Care instructions for your little one will be carefully followed and depending on your preference, I can send updates throughout the sitting.

Over: I began working with animals in 2016 through Paws and Claws, an independent daycare and dog walking service in the UK. My responsibilities included walking, feeding, and caring for dogs throughout the morning and afternoon. I was also responsible for pick-up and drop-off, which involved being trusted with access to clients’ homes. Alongside this, I carried out house calls to help socialise dogs or check in on those who didn’t require a full day of on-site daycare. At the daycare facility, I comfortably handled groups of up to ten dogs of varying breeds, sizes, and temperaments on walks in the local woodlands. As demand grew, I expanded my services to include house and pet sitting across several nearby villages and towns. Over the years, I have cared for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, and I am also happy to tend to gardens or house plants when needed. After moving to Utrecht for my studies, I began offering my own dog walking and pet sitting services to pet owners that I met in the city or at surrounding walking spots. During my time in Utrecht, I also worked for a local hondenuitlaat service, which gave me experience with a lot of common (and some less common) Dutch breeds. A few years later, I am now living in Amsterdam, working full-time with dogs at a fantastic farm facility outside of the city, and finishing up my Master's degree. I work a few days a week at a dog daycare organisation on a rural farmland property outside of Amsterdam. On my working days, if I am looking after a dog, I like to bring them with me so that they can socialise with the pack. All transport is done using a fully converted, dog-friendly wagon with additional AC (and lots of cookies!). If a dog needs to be left alone or doesn't get along with other dogs, this can also be easily accommodated during the day in a safe, penned-off area at the facility. On my days off, I am entirely flexible and work from home while finishing my Master's thesis, making my routine highly compatible with dedicated pet care. I live with my girlfriend in a large, multi-room apartment in the Rivierenbuurt neighbourhood of Amsterdam. The location is convenient for dogs and humans alike, being just a short walk from several metro stations and with easy drop-off outside via street access. We are lucky to be located just a stone's throw away from Beatrixpark and Martin Luther Kingpark, with the Amstel and the Amsterdamse Bos close by, providing some wonderful green spaces right on our doorstep for daily walks. Our apartment has two balconies (one of which gets the sun all day long ☀️☀️☀️) and plenty of comfy space inside for dogs to relax. All my dog guests get an entire room to themselves to ensure they have their own quiet and safe space to rest—unless, of course, they prefer to cuddle up with us on the sofa or in bed... Because of my professional background managing packs, safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities, whether looking after a pet in my home or yours.

What originally started with taking care of our neighbour's dog when I still lived with my family in Germany has turned into becoming a pet-sitter for more than 5 years now. I mostly take care of dogs, all kind of different breeds: teckles, golden retriever, friese stabij, irish setter, chiuaua, pug, soft coated terrier, labrador, elo, and many more. My services include walking as well as hosting the dog at my spacious apartment in the middle of Oegstgeest (many green areas around). I have also stayed at pet-owners houses so that their pet could stay in their familiar environment. That also lead me to being a cat-sitter or taking care of any other animals.
