“Paulina and Cesar are the best! They came for an initial meeting with my cat to get acquainted with him and familiarize themselves with his routine and where everything he needed was located. They were incredibly friendly and asked lots of thoughtful questions about his care. During their visits, they sent plenty of photos and updates and asked additional questions about his wellbeing. It was clear that they genuinely cared about him and wanted to make sure he was happy and comfortable. I’m very happy with their help and would absolutely trust them with my cat again. Over: Op mijn tiende kreeg ik mijn eerste hond, meteen een hele grote Bordeaux dog genaamd Diesel. Na 2 jaar kwam daar een nog grotere hond Hooch bij. Beide honden heb ik vele jaren met heel veel plezier verzorgd en van gehouden. Toen ik 10 jaar geleden op mijzelf ben gaan wonen in Amsterdam, ben ik begonnen met het fosteren van honden uit asielen in Spanje en Portugal. Angstige honden, honden van de straat, mishandelde honden en honden die nog nooit aan de riem hebben gelopen, jong, oud, ze zijn allemaal bij mij over de vloer geweest. Met ontzettend veel liefde heb ik dit jarenlang gedaan, totdat ik ontzettend verliefd werd op mijn laatste foster; Simba. Ik heb dan ook besloten hem te adopteren en ondertussen zijn we al weer 4 succesvolle jaren verder. Een aantal keer heb ik nog honden uit het asiel opgevangen samen met Simba, maar omdat ik af en toe naar het buitenland toe moet voor werk is opvang vinden voor 2 honden net te lastig. Ik heb ontzettend veel zin om een tweede hond over de vloer te hebben, Simba kan af en toe wel een maatje gebruiken! Ik heb een eigen zaak in het centrum van Amsterdam. Maar als ik van tevoren een oppas aanvraag/planning krijg hoef ik die dagen niet aanwezig te zijn in de winkel, er is dan personeel aanwezig. Wat je kan verwachten; •Opvang met jaren ervaring met verschillende rassen, persoonlijkheden en groottes •Een fijne, rustige en liefdevolle omgeving •Dagelijkse wandelingen, spelletjes, knuffels, en voor de hele slimme honden die niet vermoeid raken van wandelen, doen we denk-spelletjes. •Tweemaal daags een uitgebreide update en door de dag heen foto's en video's. Ik heb een hele vriendelijke podenco van 8 kilo. Hij is rustig en goed getraind en vindt spelen ook leuk. Helaas hebben wij geen tuin maar wel een groot balkon achter en heerlijke zoninval in de woonkamer. De oppashond mag op bed, op de bank, ik heb een huis met weinig dure spullen zodat er niks kapot kan gaan en de honden lekker hun gang kunnen gaan. Ik woon op een tweede verdieping dus de voordeur leidt niet meteen naar de straat. Let op: Voor dagopvang bij ons en/of korte verblijven gaat Simba naar mijn partner. Hij wordt al een dagje ouder en kan dan rustig zijn eigen gang gaan. Op deze manier hoeft er ook geen speciale kennismaking plaats te vinden tussen Simba en de oppashond voor de boeking.

“Francisca is a calm, reliable and lovely person. I was really nervous to leave my puppy alone for the first time, but having Francisca over to watch Dobby for an hour in between so he wouldn't be alone for an extensive amount of time was a lifesaver. Dobby felt visibly at ease with her. Francisca was perfectly on time for the visits, is easy to communicate with, and she even stayed longer than she had to, simply because she enjoyed spending time with Dobby. If I need someone to watch my puppy again, I'll definitely ask her.”

Over: I take care of dogs since I was a kid. I’ve 2 dogs in Spain which I love and take care. Also I help my friends to walk their dogs when they are not at home. I work in a retail store, but when I have time I like to go for a walk and if it’s possible with dogs. I like to play with them at the park and go for really good walk and places where are calm and always trying to have some nature. I take care of my dogs being with them and trying just making them feel cozy. Also I follow what the owners tell me for their dogs.

I am the regular sitter for my parents lovely beagle, but I have experience with dogs of all sizes from Bichon’s to Bernese mountains. I am happy to administer medicines to dogs. I have a flexible work from home policy, so can support you and your pet when you need me, from morning to evening and over night! I have access to a medium-sized fenced garden to keep your dog safe during those mid-night pee’s. I have ample space for a crate if needed. I live in De Pijp, right next to Sarphatipark and other open spaces.

Over: Ik heb sinds dat ik jong was altijd op mijn buren hun honden gepast en ik en mijn familie hebben ook een blindegeleidenhond opgeleid een paar jaar terug. Ik hou echt enorm van dieren en zou het erg leuk vinden om hier in Amsterdam honden te mogen uitlaten en op te passen:) Momenteel studeer ik gezondheidswetenschappen aan de vrije universiteit van Amsterdam en heb daarnaast veel vrije tijd waarin ik met uw leuke viervoeter kan lopen of spelen! Thuis laat ik mijn honden echt geen een moment alleen en lig altijd met ze te knuffelen en geef ze mijn volle aandacht, wat ik heel belangrijk vind.

Over: I have been providing dedicated care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments for the past 4 years. Much of my experience comes from being the go-to sitter for friends and neighbors, who have trusted me with their pets for everything from quick check-ins to overnight stays. Whether your pet needs a high-energy long walk, patient senior care, or just plenty of attention and playtime while you're away, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I am punctual, reliable, and committed to making sure your furry friend feels safe and happy! I am available most days of the week. I love pets and would love to pet sit any type of pet!!! I run/walk almost every day so walking with your pet is no problem I provide a calm, attentive, and highly supervised environment for every pet I care for. My apartment has a big yard area that is perfect for the pets to play. I also understand that some animals need special care and extra patience, and I can make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well-attended to while in my home.

Over: I’ve taken care and owned cats my entire life. My own cat is currently staying with my family back home (Germany) so missing furry friends to hang out with! I work 9-5 job mostly from my home in Oud-West. I have no experience with owning a dog, but have looked after my friend’s dog in the past. I am excited to also build up more hours of experience with dogs. I work full-time 9 to 5 but I’m available during lunchtime, in the evenings or on the weekends. I am missing my own cat a lot, so would love to fill that void by cat/dogsitting in the area of Oud-West Amsterdam. I like to entertain and play a lot. Cuddling is a nice benefit if the pet allows, but playtime makes me the happiest! I am known for my makeshift toys consisting of hairbands, real bird feathers and wool materials. In my experience, next to an empty carton box, the best toys for cats!

Over: Great love for animals and excited to walk and care for them. I have lived with a cat for many years but not anymore so I want some pets in my life again. I have mostly walked dogs of friends but sadly have not been a dog-owner yet. Would love to meet you! Momentarily I am looking for a job so have a lot of spare time to walk a dog or feed a cat. I will work part time and am looking for some pets to spend some time outside with. I don’t have any pets at home but have some roommates. I live in a shared flat with a big living room and an open garden. A dog or cat is very welcome to hang out here.
