I've also volunteer in the shelter of barcelona for more than 6 years, I am available in the mornings and afternoons. I am also available at weekends and in the evenings, as often as necessary. I've had a french bulldog for 10 years and grew up with cats as a kid. I've always petsitted throughout the years. In the beginning mostly through friends and family. Now (and for years already) through platforms like these and mostly in Berlin and Amsterdam/Haarlem. And I love animals ánd nature. Experienced plant-, house- and animalsitter over here. I am from the Netherlands, but spending time in both Amsterdam and Berlin, hopping from rentals to animalsits. I love animals and am happy to spend time with them. I am a singer and freelancer, so I spend a great deal of the day at home and it is important for me to have a place with great WiFi. But offcourse during summer I also sometimes leave the house for a couple of hours so that should be okay with you. I am happy to send you pictures and video's during the sit! So you can stay connected in that way as well. Energy is loud to me, so I always say that animals talk! Even if it's without human words. I love cuddling them (if they want to), sing around them or leave them alone (if they want to ;p) I am a calm yet energetic, happy and steady person and I know how to improvise if needed. I do prefer easy animals. Meds I can put in their food if needed. Happy to follow your instructions.

She was kind and careful with her, and from her questions I could tell she was knowledgeable of what it takes to care for an elderly dog. Over: I’ve had my samoyed Lumi for 6 years, who we adopted as a puppy and I’ve had all responsibilities of. I therefore have experience caring for puppies and middle-aged dogs, doing long and short walks, grooming her coat, administering oral medication, and doing basic training. Similarly, I grew up with cats my entire life as my family had cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve also done pet sitting for my friends’ cats and dogs. I’m currently doing my first research project (basically half a thesis) for my Master’s, so I’m doing data collection for a lab. I only have on average one session each day, which takes about two hours, where I need to be at the lab. Some days I have no sessions at all and a completely free schedule, so I could do multiple walks, play time and lots of pets and love with your furry friends! On the weekends my schedule is completely free, and I have many friends who also absolutely adore pets, so we would love to have your pets socialize (if they enjoy doing so!) and receive lots of love from them, take them to cafes, or just spend one on one time with them at home (whatever they prefer). I have a smaller studio (30m2) which is only a good fit for small dogs and cats. Here, I would love to take their beds that they already are comfortable with, their litter, feeding plates etc. as I have ample space to put them, but they would also be very welcome to sleep on my couch or in my bed! For bigger dogs or any other pet that prefers to stay at home, I would love to take care of them in their own space.
