Over: I've been caring for cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, we had three family dogs and a cat, and by the time I was 21, my family had taken in seven stray dogs. Living with them was one of the happiest periods of my life. I miss them dearly and would love the opportunity to spend time with and care for pets here in Amsterdam as well. I really love being around animals and making sure they feel safe, cosy, and cared for 💛 Pet care fits really naturally into my daily routine. I work part-time in Amsterdam, so I’m home quite a lot and have plenty of time to give pets attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I’m available for boarding both during the week and at weekends, and they’re very welcome to stay with me for longer periods. I’m also happy to pick them up around Amsterdam Zuid if Uithoorn is a bit far for you. Hi, good to meet you! :) I don’t currently have animals of my own, but I have a big garden and live in a cute, farm-like neighbourhood with plenty of parks and forest nearby. Dogs and cats stay indoors with me, and we do regular walks, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and at home, keep their usual routine as much as I can, and of course send you plenty of updates and photos! 🥰 I’m also experienced with giving medication, cleaning ears and eyes if needed.

Over: Hi, my name is Helmuts, I come from Latvia and currently live in Amstelveen. I have loved animals and felt a certain kinship with them ever since I can remember myself. Throughout my life, me and my family have had a dog, cats and ferrets, and I have taken care of/looked after many dogs (various sizes and behavioural types) and cats of my friends and acquaintances. I currently have a full-time job and would be available for any pet-related assignments on Sundays, as well as on evenings of any other day. Over: My dog is five years old now, and I’ve been taking care of her since she was just two months old. I’d like to think I have a real knack for bonding with dogs. Before getting her, I spent a lot of time studying nutrition and training, so I even cook her meals and have taught her to follow every command perfectly. I’ve become so in tune with dogs that I can read their emotions just by looking at their expressions or tail movements. I’m a huge animal lover. Although I can’t have a cat at home because my mom is afraid of them, I’ve gained plenty of experience volunteering at a cat hospital.
