Over: I grew up as a teenager with a golden retriever and every time I go back to Paris at my dad's, I happily take over the full routine: feeding, walking, playing, brushing hair and teeth… I walk very consistently on a daily basis, rain or shine, so a dog who wants/needs long walks has found the right sitter. This love for dogs actually goes way back: as a kid I used to walk the neighbor's dog just for the joy of it, sneaking in extra rounds whenever I could after school. So this isn't a new hobby for me, it's something I've genuinely loved my whole life. Good with big (25kg max) and small dogs! I’m working for freelance as an artist. I work mostly from home with a steady routine. I go for a long walk every morning and evening, and can also incorporate a mid day walk very easily! I live in a studio appartement with concrete floor that is very easy to clean. I have a balcony that is safe for small dogs as well, and of course enough space for setting up a dog bed in the living room !

Over: Wij zijn Wesley en Kim. Grote dierenvrienden. Wij hebben zelf jaren lang een hondje mogen hebben, maar helaas is onze lieverd in 2022 overleden. Daarna verwelkomde wij ons zoontje Kai. Met een Baby en nog een lieve kat in huis hadden we besloten geen nieuwe viervoeter erbij te nemen. Inmiddels is ons zoontje 3 jaar en net zo’n dierenvriend als zijn ouders. Omdat het nu nog niet helemaal past in ons gezin lijkt het ons super leuk, om af en toe te kunnen genieten van een hondje bij ons thuis! We wonen vlakbij het haarlemmermeersebos in Hoofddorp waar we graag komen voor een wandeling. Ook is er, achter onze woning, een honden uitlaat gebied. Kim werkt drie dagen en in die dagen zal Wesley de zorg op zich nemen, hij werkt vanuit huis. Willen jullie lekker een weekendje weg? Breng jullie viervoeter gerust bij ons! Tijdens de drie werkdagen van Kim, werkt Wesley vanuit huis. Zo zorgen wij ervoor dat er altijd iemand bij jullie hondje aanwezig is. Wij kunnen, naast een keer een boodschap te doen, alle tijd steken in jouw hondje. Wij hebben een omheinde tuin die grenst aan een (los)loopgebied voor honden. Zelf hebben wij een kat die honden altijd goed accepteert (wij nemen alleen honden aan die katten gewend zijn) en een zoontje van drie jaar oud. Honden mogen bij ons lekker relaxen op de bank of op bed! Wij zijn heel graag buiten te vinden dus aan wandelingetjes zal het niet tekort komen.

Over: Saying I’m good with dogs would be an understatement. I’ve had dogs all my life and the only reason I don’t have one myself right now is because I’m studying medicine and I don’t have the time. I’ve worked for a dog walking company for about a year which I absolutely adored, but also couldn’t keep doing due to my studies. I’ve trained my Old German Shepherd dog (who lives with my parents) through a trainer and learned how to train dogs quite well. Through the dog walking company I also got to be a dog sitter multiple times, for multiple days at a time. Most dogs trust me from the moment they meet me, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I combine genuine love for dogs with real hands on experience, training knowledge, and a calm, trustworthy presence dogs naturally respond to. Over: I’ve taken care of my cat since I was 14 years old. Also, I’ve taken care of my cousin’s and aunt’s dogs whenever they were going on vacation. Already three years since I started to take care of other dogs and cats here in Amsterdam. I am currently working full time at a hotel. I have different shifts during the week, such a as morning and late, but I can be flexible if needed to take care of a furry friend. To take care of my furry friends, I play with them a lot, I like to talk to them, pet them and also going for a walk, give them treats from time to time, if the parents have a nice yard I love to play catch the ball and never get tired of it.

Over: Apart from growing up with a feisty jack russel and now owning and training an easy going toller, I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter and an assistance dog school for the last 10 years. I work from home regularly and effortlessly combine that with taking car of my own dog, leaving time to add another dog into the mix either in our home or by walking/visiting your dog at their home. I have a very friendly and easy going toller that can function as a play or sleep buddy. Your dog is welcome to stay at our place, where there is also enough space for the dogs to hang our separately from each other. If I visit or walk your dog I can bring my own dog, but obviously can also give your dog some one on one quality time

My schedule is very flexible, and I am free on weekends. I can also stay overnight or on holidays if needed. I live in a pet-friendly apartment that is safe and has enough space for both cats and dogs to play! I can also arrange a dedicated area for toys and sleep/bed.
