Janina organised a meet and greet and wanted to get as much information about our dogs. She was soo attentive to Scooby and pippin they absolutely LOVED there stay. They got so much attention (which is there fav thing in the world) and we got really regular updates which made me feel less anxious. She was great and always responded quickly to anything we enquired about. Will 100% be using Janina again!”
