Hondenoppas in Voorschoten

Over: Talen: Nederlands, Engels, Russisch Praktisch: binnen de eerste 5 km komen er geen extra kosten bij, vanaf 5 km is het 1 euro per km per wandeling, en vanaf 10 km is het 2 euro per km per wandeling. Toen ik 10 was kreeg ik een hond. Een ongecastreerde Jack Russel mix. Hij was echt mijn maatje maar was helaas 3 jaar geleden overleden. Nu mis ik het wandelen heel erg, maar als student kan ik nu geen hond hebben. Ik loop graag (hele) lange afstanden, of ga hardlopen of spelen met een hond. Ik vind het ook leuk om ze kunstjes te leren. Soms ben ik in eerste instantie een beetje verlegen, maar ik vind al snel de klik met de meeste honden. Ik ben oplettend en ik kijk heel goed naar de lichaamstaal van de hond om te zien of die zich op zijn/haar gemak voelt. Ik ben ook veel de interactie aangegaan met andere honden en voordat ik er zelf een had, was ik al vaak met de honden van de buren aan het spelen of ze aan het uitlaten. Op dit moment heb ik hele leuke goudvissen die nu 6 jaar oud zijn :). Ik was begonnen aan een master en zal daarom vrij veel uren hebben die ik zelf kan invullen. Dus mocht je opzoek zijn naar een standaard oppasser dan zou ik dat wellicht kunnen doen. Ik ben bezig met mijn master wat betekent dat ik een hele flexibele schema heb en juist ook tijdens werktijden beschikbaar ben. Dit zal voorlopig zo blijven. Ik ken de meeste parken en wandelgebieden in leiden vrij goed, waardoor ik een leuke route voor de hond kan uitstippelen. Mocht ik het hondje vaker mogen uitlaten dan vind ik het leuk om wat diverse gebieden te verkennen om eentonigheid voor de huisdier te voorkomen. Wanneer het nodig is kan ik streng en duidelijk zijn. Ik ben niet bang om assertief te zijn.

Over: I've taken care of my own dog, Charlie, now a 9-year-old English Pointer, since I was 14 years old. He required a lot of exercise (walks twice a day) but also due to other complications being a purebred dog, he needed a lot of attention and care, as well as medication twice a day for the past 6 years. I also have experience with cats, as I grew up with a Siamese and Burmese (both purebred, and have very strong but different personalities), which I then had the joy of experiencing taking care of two litters of kittens with my Burmese cat. Thereafter I have fostered puppies (range of ages from 3 and a half weeks old to 1 year old) for 5 years for multiple dog organisations. I have dog sat for a family that had a very old and blind dog, whom needed special care as he was blind and needed help getting outside, which I would do early every morning. I also completed a job shadow of a nurse in a veterinary practice, which needed caring, teamwork and interacting with pet-owner clients. I have experience ranging from very young dogs and cats to very old, and also those who require a lot of attention and those who do not. I am currently a masters student at Leiden University. I study full-time, but as my program is predominantly self-study I have a lot of free time in which I am available to play and look after your pets! I am free most weekdays and the weekend (except some Sundays during the day). I am very easy going and comfortable with pets of all ages. I am deeply passionate about helping and working with animals and I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity I get to spend time with them!

Even though she's not at home, my neighbors and I have had a dog on our street for 12 years. We named her Cinnamon because she had cinnamon fur, but she got really old and we lost her last year. So I've had many animal friends since I was a kid. It's great. I work 7-8 hours a day in a restaurant, but I find out the day before when I will be leaving or starting work. But don't worry, it's not a problem because my mom is at home when I’m not there. 😊 I can visit your pet at home, take long walks with your pets, and stay and spend time with your pets at your home. Over: Sinds mijn 8e al een actieve dierenliefhebber. Ik heb vogels en katten gehad waar ik vol liefde voor heb mogen zorgen. Door mijn laatste relatie heb ik ook geleerd hoe ik voor honden moet zorgen en is mijn liefde voor deze viervoeter gegroeit. Ik ben sindskort op mijzelf gaan wonen maar wil nog even aankijken hoe het allemaal loopt tot ik zelf een huisdier neem, ook vanwege geplande vakanties wil ik me nog niet 100% toewijden aan een nieuwe dierenvriend. Ik wil ook best mijn prijzen bespreekbaar maken :) Momenteel ben ik afgestudeerd en werk ik vaak vanuit huis, ongeveer 3 dagen pw en 2 kantoordagen waar ik de hele dag weg ben. Ik mag mijn dagen zelf indelen en neem vaak tussendoor een aantal minuten pauze om van mijn werkstoel af te komen. Tijdens deze pauzes kan ik met de diertjes spelen, eten geven of naar buiten gaan. Ik heb vaak middagpauze van een uur, lekker om dan te gaan wandelen met de hon. Of even langs uw huis om een halfuurtje met de katjes te zijn. Vaak als ik aan huis kom, wordt ik voor een uur pd geplanned. Zelf vind ik het fijn om 2x 30 minuten op een dag langs te gaan, dit om aan het schema van het dier te houden en het overige deel om te spelen. Vaak kan ik aan de lichaamstaal van het diertje zien wat hij of zij nodig heeft. Ook hou ik mijzelf aan vastgestelde schema's. Denk aan etenstijd, uitlaat tijd of bepaalde medicatie. Zelf heb ik katten en vogels gehad, en heb ik de zorg van mijn partner's hond mee mogen dragen, dus dit is voor mij als second nature.

Over: Animal CPR and first aid certified!! I have dog-sat for 8 years, providing pill medications, play time, bathroom breaks, cleanups, and walks. I love to hike and would be more than willing to take your dog on a hike if you provide a dog car pad for our commute! I have experience specifically with — goldendoodles (puppy and adult), poodles, beagles (elders), bernese mountain dogs, german shepards, black and yellow labs (elders), and chihuahuas (puppy). Please know I am extremely detail-oriented and will ask many questions about how you want your pet cared for. I love a pet-care list. Over: Van jongs af aan ben ik omringd door honden en katten. Die liefde is alleen maar gegroeid. Of het nu gaat om een lange wandeling met een energieke hond of het verzorgen van een kat tijdens een vakantie: ik doe het met geduld, aandacht en liefde. Dieren voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij, iets waar ik trots op ben. Van kattenbak verschonen tot knuffelmomenten en van voer geven tot borstelen: jouw huisdier is bij mij in goede handen. Omdat ik parttime werk, heb ik de ruimte om even langs te komen voor jouw hond of kat. Of het nou een fijne wandeling is, eten geven of gewoon wat extra aandacht en knuffels – het past makkelijk in mijn routine en ik doe het met liefde. Naast de zorg en aandacht die jouw viervoeter van mij krijgt, plan ik graag een wandeling in het Haagsche Bos of een langere route, zodat jouw hond lekker zijn energie kwijt kan. Over: Our family had a Labrador which I have mostly trained in the early years (0-12) months. I used to regularly dog sit a chowchow on Tuesdays for almost a year. My partner and I are saving up to get a Corgi sometime next year. Until then I hope to take care of other dogs in the mean time. I don’t have a regular schedule as I work in health care. But since I usually have dayshifts I am free in the evening. I am also free every other weekend. My partner works from home so at least one of us is home. My partner is also an experienced dog sitter. We live on the second floor with a balcony. The complex is pet friendly. Our house is clean and does not have small things lying around. The neighborhood also has a park.

Over: I always really liked animal and was so happy when we finally get a dog! I was going with her to training every weekend and on a morning walk every morning. Also, I wanted to be a veterinarian at one point and did an internship in a veterinary clinic where I was assisting during consultation and caring when pets were there for day treatment! I really miss having walking with my dog and having animal contact so I'll be so glad to take care of yours ! I am a student so I am home most of my time. I only have class 3 days a week for 2 hours so I could really stay with them! I have an apartment on the ground floor with a big room where pets could stay, I also have a terrace but not gated but I'll be happy to go to walk. I have lots of nature around and could easily leave thought the window door. To take care of them, I'll feed them when needed, walk with them, pick up the dog poop, and play with them !
