Over: I’m from Argentina, and I truly miss my pets back home. Growing up surrounded by animals made me very attached to them, and being away from my own pets is one of the reasons why I enjoy caring for animals so much. At the moment, I don’t have pets of my own, but I really enjoy taking care of animals temporarily. Spending time with dogs and cats, walking them, playing, and giving them affection makes me feel connected and happy, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. 🐾💙 Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I organize my schedule to make sure dogs get enough time for walks, play, and attention throughout the day. I enjoy starting or ending my day with walks, and I’m flexible to adapt to each dog’s needs and energy level. During the week, I make time for regular walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. On weekends, I’m also available for longer walks or extra time outdoors. Caring for dogs is something I truly enjoy, so it never feels like a chore—it’s part of my routine. 🐾💙 I provide pet care only in my home. I live in a cozy studio apartment in a very central area of Leiden, surrounded by many nearby parks. This allows me to easily take dogs outside for frequent walks, exercise, and fresh air. I usually work from home, so I’m able to supervise pets throughout the day and give them constant attention and care. Even though my space is a studio, it’s calm, clean, and safe, and I make sure dogs get plenty of outdoor time in the nearby green areas so they stay happy, active, and relaxed. 🐾💙

‼️Please keep my pet preferences in mind, as I can't take care of large dogs, and I do not speak Dutch‼️ I am currently studying full term, and only have 2 classes a week. Besides this I spend my time at home playing videogames or working on my thesis. I also hang out with friends, but when im taking care of a fur baby, I make sure that their needs are met first or even inviting my friends over to my place for them to get double the care and love☺️ I have taken care of both dogs and cats before, and I make sure to spend time around them and see what they feel comfortable with! With dogs, I would prefer to walk them in more quiet places or their usual trail to make them feel comfortable! And when taking care of pets at home, I make sure windows are always closed and never leave out any food or dangerous items!

I studied at the Royal Veterinary College and have spent my career working with animals of all shapes and sizes, from domestic pets to wild primates. I grew up surrounded by pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and even a snake, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’m currently finishing my PhD remotely, which means my schedule is very flexible and I have plenty of time to dedicate to giving your pets the attention, care, and company they deserve. As a biologist, I’m attentive to detail and deeply committed to animal welfare. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your furry (or scaly!) family member, and I’ll make sure they’re treated with love, patience, and respect while you’re away. Over: I’ve been caring for pets most of my life, starting with my own cats and dogs back home in Aruba. From a young age I learned what it means to be responsible for another life, and I’ve always seen pets as true members of the family. That’s exactly how I treat the animals I care for, with love, patience, and attention to their individual needs. Since moving to the Netherlands, I’ve looked after friends’ cats and dogs and discovered how much I enjoy providing this kind of care. Now that I have more free time, I’m excited to continue helping other pet parents by giving their furry friends the same comfort and care I would give my own. My schedule is quite flexible at the moment. I’m mostly free on weekends, and during the week I only have university classes, which gives me plenty of free time for pet care. I usually go to the gym in the mornings, so my afternoons and evenings are open and flexible for walks, playtime, or drop-in visits. This routine allows me to give pets plenty of attention and keep them on a schedule that feels natural and consistent. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. I always keep my home clean and pet-friendly so they can feel relaxed. I have safe walking areas right outside (both grass and pavement), and a park just 10 minutes away that’s perfect for walks, play, and fresh air.

Over: Sinds mijn 11e zorg ik al voor honden en dit is alleen maar meer geworden sinds mijn ouders een labradoodle hebben. Deze is inmiddels 7 jaar en blijft geregeld slapen. Daarnaast pas ik ook op honden van vrienden. Dit zie ik echt als een passie omdat ik zelf niet de gelegenheid heb om een hond fulltime te verzorgen vanwege mijn kantoorwerk. Momenteel heb ik veel tijd omdat mijn nieuwe functie 1 oktober dit jaar start. Ik ben dan ook zeer flexibel in mijn planning en sta ook open voor last minute verzoeken. Ik heb een appartement waar ik zo goed mogelijk voor jouw hond zal zorgen. Ik wil graag een vertrouwde omgeving creëren en snap dat dit per hond en karakter verschilt.

I'm an animal lover with experience in raising dogs (6 years), cats (2 years), and rabbits (3 years), and I also volunteer for a stray animal protection project, where I used to visit the shelter every weekend to take care of stray dogs. I also like taking walks in the forest near my place, that makes your furry friend my best company. I love animals so much; they are the best companions to me and are individuals in their own right. I believe adorable little friend is unique, and I’d respect their personality and preferences when interacting with them. Therefore, I'm very willing to get to know your pet first and then be friend with them in their favorable way. But in general, I’ll ensure they have enough sleep and play time, and give them a lot of attentions.

I have some experiences with animals, I used to have a dog when I was living in the United States as an exchange student, I occasionally looked after my friend’s dog in Italy. When I was an aupair here in Den Haag years ago, I would also look after a cute sausage dog, and I was a cat sitter for two lovely cats in Portugal for two weeks while the owners were on vacation. I work from home and my work schedule is quite flexible, so if you need help in the morning or in the afternoon, I’m there! Since I work from home, I have no problem to cat or dog sit at home, if you need to leave the city. Looking for a lovely dog to take on long beach walks :) Unfortunately I cannot have pets at my place because I’m renting a room, but I have no issue with staying at somebody else’s house to look after their pets. Every animal has a personality, so I will take care of the animal accordingly to their needs and the owner’s suggestions.
