Over: We can't live without our furry friends! This is 100% true for me. I'm an animal lover with experience in raising dogs (6 years), cats (2 years), and rabbits (3 years), and I also volunteer for a stray animal protection project, where I used to visit the shelter every weekend to take care of stray dogs. I am currently a student, so I have more free time and can arrange my schedule flexibly. If you have specific timing requirements, you can talk with me, and I will try my best to accommodate your needs. Lastly, I must say, I have so much love to give to the little friend! Because I'm studying abroad, I can't be with my dog. I miss him so much and also long to spend time with other adorable friends. I will definitely keep your pet company, talk to them, play with them, cook for them, and of course, take care of them. I’m currently a student and have no lessons anymore, so I’m very flexible and also have lot of free time. I also like taking walks in the forest near my place, that makes your furry friend my best company. I love animals so much; they are the best companions to me and are individuals in their own right. I believe adorable little friend is unique, and I’d respect their personality and preferences when interacting with them. Therefore, I'm very willing to get to know your pet first and then be friend with them in their favorable way. But in general, I’ll ensure they have enough sleep and play time, and give them a lot of attentions.

Over: I’ve been caring for pets most of my life, starting with my own cats and dogs back home in Aruba. From a young age I learned what it means to be responsible for another life, and I’ve always seen pets as true members of the family. That’s exactly how I treat the animals I care for, with love, patience, and attention to their individual needs. Since moving to the Netherlands, I’ve looked after friends’ cats and dogs and discovered how much I enjoy providing this kind of care. Now that I have more free time, I’m excited to continue helping other pet parents by giving their furry friends the same comfort and care I would give my own. My schedule is quite flexible at the moment. I’m mostly free on weekends, and during the week I only have university classes, which gives me plenty of free time for pet care. I usually go to the gym in the mornings, so my afternoons and evenings are open and flexible for walks, playtime, or drop-in visits. This routine allows me to give pets plenty of attention and keep them on a schedule that feels natural and consistent. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. I always keep my home clean and pet-friendly so they can feel relaxed. I have safe walking areas right outside (both grass and pavement), and a park just 10 minutes away that’s perfect for walks, play, and fresh air.

Over: I love animals but due to our long trips we are not able to have our own pet. This allows me and my wife to spend time and take care of animals without leaving them alone when we need to travel. I am normally available on weekends. For week days it depends on workload and business trips. This is something that change on a constant basis. I would like to take care of Pets in my own house. I got a closed garden and also there is a park close by where we can go and play.

Over: Taking in a foster dog rekindled my desire to shower dogs with affection and care. Not only will I be attentive to the dogs that I watch, but I will make sure to keep her/his parent up-to-date throughout the day. Lastly, I am accepting bookings from a single person at a time so that I can give my full attention to your dog(s). When I work from home, I normally plan at least 3 breaks throughout the day to walk outside in the Haagse Bos, which I love to do! Timewise, it would be something like: first walk around 7:00, second walk around 12:00, and third walk around 17:00. In the evening there would be an additional walk around 21:00. I enjoy walking dogs through the neighborhood. There are a lot of dog owners I our neighborhood, so social interactions are plenty. If your dog is staying at our place: We have a fully fenced backyard. The gates are approximately 1,90cm high, thus quite impossible to escape 😉

Over: I’ve always had pets at home and now that I’m studying abroad I miss the love that only an animal can give you. Moreover, I have profesional experience with animals due to the past 4 years, which I have been volunteering in a dog shelter. I am currently studying at university. Therefore I’m not available from 9am to 6pm during weekdays. However, I am available in weekends and before and after my university timetable. I am totally open to pet sitting at my clients home and guarantee that I will bring love and attention to their pets. I will also love to enjoy long walks with their pets.

 I am Basma, a 27-year-old professional living and working in the Netherlands. I moved to the Netherlands back in 2019 for my master studies at Leiden University, and started working since 2021 upon graduation. My journey from the bustling streets of Shanghai to the serene parks of Den Haag to the charming canals of Amsterdam has been an exciting and amazing adventure. 

 My motivation to be a pet sitter stems from my deep love for dogs and my commitment to their well-being, and the fact that I cannot have my own doggy in the near future :-(((((. I genuinely desire to ensure that pets receive the best care and love that they deserve, even when their owners are away for holidays/busy with work. I always try my best to understand and empathize with the anxiety pet owners feel when they have to leave their furry family members behind, and I strive to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for every dog I care for. Luckily my work is super flexible and I can work from home at any time if I want, meaning I can be with dogs 24/7 if needed.

 In addition to the joy of spending time with animals, being a pet sitter allows me to meet wonderful pet owners and become a trusted part of their lives. It's a rewarding experience that combines my love for dogs with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the community especially now I'm trying to be more extroverted.

 Environment & Services
 I live in a quiet and comfortable apartment by myself near Den Haag Centraal Station, nearby which there is a gaint park where I can always see a lot of people walking their dogs. As a bonus, there is also a deer park. I prefer to walk our fluffy friends there in the park, or somewhere nearby if he/she has a 'go-to' place :-)  

Good to know 
- I can go for walks 1-3 times per day (morning & afternoon), at least 30 minutes each time, or longer if needed.  
- For day care & one-night boarding (1 dog only): I will be with the dog the whole day; For multiple-night boarding (1 dog only), I can be with the dog all the time except when I need to do grocery shopping (max. 1 hour). (My job doesn't require me to work from the office, so I can be with the dog as much as needed) 
- Dogs can stay in every corner of my apartment except my bed! 
 - Home visits take approx. 30 mins (can be longer if needed upon consultation), and I'm also willing to water plants :-)

Ik pas mijn zorg aan op de behoeften van de hond, of het nu gaat om een speelse pup of een rustige senior. Daarnaast ben ik zeer betrouwbaar en altijd op tijd, en houd ik de eigenaar graag op de hoogte met foto’s en berichten, zodat zij met een gerust hart weg kunnen. Momenteel werk ik parttime, waardoor ik doordeweeks de hele dag beschikbaar ben om met jouw hond te wandelen, te spelen of te knuffelen. Ook in het weekend ben ik beschikbaar. Zo krijgt je hond altijd de zorg en energie die hij verdient. Ik heb een veilige, omheinde tuin waar honden vrij kunnen spelen. Zelf heb ik twee vriendelijke honden die graag gezelschap bieden, zodat jouw hond zich meteen welkom voelt. Indien nodig kan ik een bench gebruiken voor rustmomenten of veiligheid. Ik zorg ervoor dat je hond altijd in een vertrouwde en zorgzame omgeving verblijft.

I have dog sitting experience in The Hague, and I have had dogs of my own back home in India and so am adept to take care of yours, ensure timely food, play, rest and love. I live near Central in a student accomodation room with ample space for dog boarding. The room is spacious and secure, all doors are lock protected and secure. The palaistuin gardens are nearby and i ensure ample walking, exercise and rest for your doggo. Cuddles guaranteed! I am available to take care of your dog full time jn the month of December. You can count on me to be trustworthy and reliable, and to take care of your dog as if my own. As it is a student accomodation, I will leave it to your discretion, however for me- all dogs, all breeds, all sizes are welcome. One dog will be boarded at a time. Vaccinations and neutering are required! Over: I grew up surrounded by many dogs and taking care of them. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk and host their dogs. I worked as a dogwalker and dogsitter for a company in Amsterdam for a couple of years alongside my studies, which gave me expertise on the field. I work remotely most days, giving me time to spend with my doggo, Uruz, and his friends staying over. We do at least 3 walks a day - morning before my work, at lunch time and a long one in the afternoon ! I also like to take ‘play-breaks’ - short breaks from work to play with the doggos :) I live in an apartment where they have access to the full house, but keeping them mostly in the living room where I work so I can always keep an eye on them. They are allowed on the sofa, except if you trained them not to, of course.

Over: Hello! My Name is Mina, I am working full time and do home office most days (in short: lots of time to give your baby the care and attention they deserve!!). I am a third culture kid myself - I am German, lived in Hamburg, Dubai, Reims, Amsterdam, Brussels and now The Hague - but one thing that stayed constant during my time in all these different cities was my love for animals. I grew up with two Rabbits (Lilly and Heinrich) and have had 5 cats (Mio, Eva, Patchi, Astrid and Carlo) and one adorable sock-stealing Golden Retriever (Nanuk). 
I have pet sitted before and am fully invested in the wellbeing of our little friends. I also volunteered at a shelter for dogs and cats and have worked at a cat shelter on a boathouse in Amsterdam. I interned at the Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic and the Royal Equine Veterinary Clinic in Dubai. Animals and their well-being are my passion and I am doing everything to make your little one as comfortable as possible whilst you can't be with them to accomodate all their needs and quirks (my cat Patchi only likes being pet when her head is underneath a blanket - knowing and respecting these little quirks is extremely important to me as a pet sitter to make your furry friend feel at ease and at home). I love all kinds of animals so it's a win-win-win situation: I am happy, the owner is happy, and most importantly, your pet is happy. 
PS: I am super into animal photography - so chances you will have a bunch of decorative pictures of your little friend at the end of the pet-sitting session are extremely I am working full time and do home office most days except for on Thursday (in short: lots of time to give your baby the care and attention they deserve!!). I can take them for walks multiple times a day and am flexible! your furry friends will be safe and comfortable in my home. I have a spacious one bedroom apartment, I have a fenced balcony, pet friendly furniture and lots of attentiveness to make sure your little one is comfortable.

Over: My life turns around dogs since I was a child 🫶🏼. I have two beautiful 14 years old chihuahuas and my family owns a dog hotel back in my home country (Mexico 🇲🇽). During the summers I used to work at the dog hotel with all kind of dogs, I usually took the dogs to hikes on the forest. I’m working in hybrid mode, therefore I have a quite flexible schedule where I can work from anywhere. For walks I am more free after 6 or before 10 I’m really careful with the doggies and make them feel like home while their owners are away. I take them for walks at least three times a day.

Over: Hi there! I’ve had animals around me my whole life: a cat, a Chow Chow, two Belgian Shepherds, a Border Collie mix, and a Swiss White Shepherd. Honestly, I can’t imagine life without them. Years ago, when I adopted my Border Collie mix as a senior, I found out she had strong anxiety around other dogs and would bark aggressively. It was tough at first, but after going through an intensive, specialised training course together, her behaviour completely turned around. That experience taught me one of the best lessons I’ve ever learned: dogs mirror our energy. When we’re calm and confident, they feel safe. It changed the way I work with every dog I meet. I’m caring, patient, and genuinely love snuggles, long walks, and playtime — but I also understand that some pets just need a peaceful space to relax. Since I live alone, I can easily adjust to either type: the playful extrovert or the quiet cuddler. My apartment in The Hague is bright and spacious (100m²). While there’s no garden or balcony, I’m surrounded by beautiful green spots like Haagse Bos and Scheveningse Bosjes, and the beach is only a 15-minute drive away! Perfect for a sniffing adventure or a sandy stroll. Your furry friend will be in loving, attentive hands. NB. I share my white shepherd with my parents. This means that he will not always be in my apartment. So if your dog or cat needs peace, I can totally accommodate them. I normally work two days away from home, but the coming months I'll be home mostly all the time. Plenty of time to spend with a furry companion! I have a 100m2 spacious apartment in The Hague. There's no garden or balcony, by there are lots of green spaces nearby as well as the beach. One thing worth mentioning is that I live on the first floor, and there is no lift, which means your dog must be able to get up one flight of stairs (or small enough to carry).
