Over: Sinds 5 jaar pas ik op hondjes en katten in Den Haag met veel liefde, zorg en aandacht. Ik vind veiligheid van mijn oppas dieren heel belangrijk en zorg ik dat ze veilig zijn.Ik ontvang alleen een dier om volle aandacht en zorg kunnen geven.Vooral, ben ik ervaren met puppies, kleine en middelgrote honden en alle soort van katten. Ze kunnen ook bij mij thuis logeren.Ik geef veel kusjes en knuffelen als die hondje leuk vindt:) Ik werk part time vanuit thuis , dus heb ik veel tijd om mijn oppas dieren te verzorgen. Ik kan hondjes uitlaten of wandelingen maken met ze en met bal laten spelen. Ik woon in een apartement die veilig is voor dieren.Er is ook een grote balkon en grote park om ze te uitlaten. Verder heb ik geen kinderen of andere huisdieren.

I did my bachelor's in Art History at Leiden University and am now doing my master's in Museum Studies at the University of Amsterdam while working in collection management at the Zaans Museum. I love cold weather, the smell of coffee and cinnamon at 7am, vividly hallucinating with my books, smelling the spot behind the ears of a cat and solo traveling. I’ve been a cat owner for over ten years. In total, my parents and I have cared for three cats, and we’re lucky to still share our lives with two of them. Like many cat families, we have the full spectrum of personalities: a fluffy cuddle-lover and a more gothic, distant–yet-affectionate soul. What has always amazed me about cats is the way they teach us to see companionship differently. Being together while each doing our own thing feels like the purest form of company. Their smallest moments of joy or excitement genuinely make my day. I don’t catsit for the money—which is also why I ask for the minimum possible price on the app—but because after spending a few years without cats, I realised just how much I missed their presence. I never mind going the extra mile when it’s in their best interest. Your cats’ happiness, comfort, and health are always my top priorities. I’m currently on track to finish my MA thesis and work part time in exhibition & artist operations, so I get to spare at least one hour for each visit to your cats. I always ask for emergency vet information and pet passports as well as any special needs or circumstances to look out for that are special to your cat. In case of indoor cats I open doors attentively and don’t leave large open windows. I pay attention to your cat’s eating, drinking and litter box habits.

Over: I’ve always grown up and been around pets of all kinds. This really ignited my passion for dogs and I adopted my Nando, unfortunately he is still back home in the US and I miss him very much. That’s why I would love to take after your dog! My main goal is for your dog to feel safe, comfortable and enjoy their time with me. I will always provide updates, photos, and videos to keep you updated about your little one. I work from home and have full availability for boarding. Im usually not available on Saturdays, we can schedule in advance if need be. Im very flexible with times and availability! Safety is my top priority when caring for your furry friend. I will always ask about any allergies or restrictions before giving your pup any treats. I live in a studio and there’s no yard but there is a park within 2 min. walk from the building where your doggie can get the exercise they need. Also I won’t ever leave your pup off leash for their own safety. I always maintain counters free of food and the group picked up of anything dangerous.

Over: 🐾 Wij zijn Kelly en Jeroen, twee echte hondenliefhebbers die het leuk vinden om op honden te passen. Zo kunnen we onze liefde voor honden combineren met het sparen voor een mooie reis naar Azië. Ik, Kelly heb mijn hele leven honden gehad en diverse cursussen gevolgd. Mijn vriend Jeroen is opgegroeid met honden en is gek op dieren. Of het nu gaat om lange wandelingen, spelen, knuffelen op de bank of lekker samen op pad gaan, hij geniet er volop van. Om de week is ook Spriet bij ons, een lieve Italiaanse windhond die goed met andere honden overweg kan. Voor haar vinden we het dan ook gezellig als er af en toe een hondenvriendje of -vriendinnetje komt logeren. We wonen vlak bij het Zuiderpark en het hondenstrand en hebben een auto om naar leuke losloopgebieden te gaan. Vooraf maken we graag even kennis, zodat we kunnen kijken of het een goede match is. 🐕❤️ Op dit moment zit ik (kelly) tot eind oktober tijdelijk thuis van werk. Het lijkt mij leuk om deze dagen op te kunnen vullen met oppas werk voor honden. Om deze reden is de dagopvang ook mogelijk. Voor mij is een kennismaking voor de dagopvang niet noodzakelijk. Ik heb zelf om de week (oneven weken) een Italiaans windhondje (Spriet). Dus gezelligheid voor jouw viervoeter (wel belangrijk om van te voren eerst kennis te maken). Verder wonen wij vlakbij het (honden)strand en wonen we aan het zuiderpark in den haag. We zijn in het bezit van een auto en rijden graag naar leuke plekjes toe waar de honden lekker kunnen rennen.

Over: Pets have always been a big part of my life. Growing up in the Philippines, I was surrounded by various pets: dogs, cats, and rabbits, and my love for them has only grown over the years. Since moving to the Netherlands in 2010, I have been caring for cats and dogs through house-sitting, dog walking, and cat-sitting. What makes my care special is that I truly treat every pet as if they were my own. When your furry friend stays with us, they become part of our family. My husband and I love spending time with pets, whether it’s taking them for lovely walks through the forest, along the nearby dykes, or to the beach for some fun and fresh air. At home, there is plenty of affection — cuddles on the sofa while we watch television are definitely part of the package! Since my husband and I work from home, your pet will have company and attention most of the day. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I’m happy to adapt to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Depending on their needs and coat, I can also bathe and gently comb them. For me, pet sitting is more than simply looking after them —it’s about giving them companionship, affection, exercise, and a home-away-from-home experience. Over: Since 10 years ago, I decided to have Sky. I went to puppy training and since then I trained my own dog. After that I got Bobby and rescued him from Romania, I trained him myself. I can also train young pets. I'm currently not working and I am all day home. I take my own dogs 4 times a day outside for a 15 minutes walk. Starting from 9:00, 14:00, 19:00 and before sleeping at 23:00. I have two friendly dogs who can accompany your dog. In the beginning every dog is nervous, I will give them courage to become friends with my dogs.

Over: When I was just 3 years old, I had a scary encounter with a Doberman, but thanks to my mother, a true animal lover at heart, that moment became the start of a lifelong passion. She believed that animals and children belong together, and she made it her mission to nurture that bond from the very beginning. It wasn't long before she and I made one of the best decisions of our lives: adopting a puppy from the streets. From his very first bath to healing his mange and watching his fur grow back healthy and full, every step of his transformation was pure magic. He came to us in need, and he gave us back so much more. Unconditional love, joy, and a home full of warmth. ♥ That little rescue dog didn't just become family. He opened my eyes to the incredible capacity dogs have to heal, connect, and love without conditions, and he planted in me a deep respect and tenderness for animals that has only grown stronger over the years. With time, our family grew again. A sweet Brittany-Cocker mix joined our home as a 3-month-old puppy, and one of the most beautiful things I've ever witnessed was watching our 8-year-old dog gently welcome her with such grace and tenderness. Dogs never stop teaching us. It's this journey, rooted in rescue, love, and transformation, that I bring to every furry friend I care for today. I am a freelance photographer, I can easily manage my schedules, I am available to take care of pets in the week and on the weekends. I can take care of the pets in your house without problem. Take them for a walk, and even do a special photo session for them :)

I’m a big dog lover and am offering dog sitting in the neighbourhood. ❤️ I had two little Dachshunds who were part of my life for 18 years, and over the years I’ve also looked after dogs of different sizes and personalities. I absolutely love having dogs around and, now that I no longer have my own, I really miss their company! I work from home a couple of days a week, so I’d be very happy to have a furry friend keep me company on those days. I can offer a calm, loving home, plenty of attention, walks and cuddles — and of course lots of care and patience. I have a flat with a balcony and the beach almost in front of me (10-15 min walk). Living in Bloemenbuurt, there is a lovely green area anyway.

Over: I have taken care of friends dogs on multiple occasions, with them staying over night. I also enjoy walking a dog for as long as they need. I also have experience with seniour dog care. I currently work 2 times a week from home and have weekends free, so I can keep your pet company full time during those 4 days. I have a protected balcony and access to 3 parks nearby my home, so I am happy to take your pet on a walk for as long as needed. To avoid hurting the dog, I have a preference to carrying them upstairs.

I'm patient, attentive, and comfortable with animals of all temperaments, from shy cats to energetic dogs to more unusual pets who need a little extra understanding.

I offer dog walking (typically 30–60 minutes, adjusted to your dog's energy level and needs), drop-in visits, house sitting, and overnight boarding, and I always stick to your pet's established routine, including feeding times, walks, and playtime. I'm comfortable giving oral medication (pills, tablets, or medicine mixed into food). In case of an emergency, I'll contact you immediately and take your pet to the nearest vet without delay.

I'm reliable, flexible with scheduling, and quick to respond to messages whenever you need an update or have a question. You'll get regular photo and video updates throughout our time together, so you can relax and truly enjoy your time away, knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and well looked after. Over: Hello! My Name is Mina, I am working full time and do home office most days (in short: lots of time to give your baby the care and attention they deserve!!). I am a third culture kid myself - I am German, lived in Hamburg, Dubai, Reims, Amsterdam, Brussels and now The Hague - but one thing that stayed constant during my time in all these different cities was my love for animals. I grew up with two Rabbits (Lilly and Heinrich) and have had 5 cats (Mio, Eva, Patchi, Astrid and Carlo) and one adorable sock-stealing Golden Retriever (Nanuk). 
I have pet sitted before and am fully invested in the wellbeing of our little friends. I also volunteered at a shelter for dogs and cats and have worked at a cat shelter on a boathouse in Amsterdam. I interned at the Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic and the Royal Equine Veterinary Clinic in Dubai. Animals and their well-being are my passion and I am doing everything to make your little one as comfortable as possible whilst you can't be with them to accomodate all their needs and quirks (my cat Patchi only likes being pet when her head is underneath a blanket - knowing and respecting these little quirks is extremely important to me as a pet sitter to make your furry friend feel at ease and at home). I love all kinds of animals so it's a win-win-win situation: I am happy, the owner is happy, and most importantly, your pet is happy. 
PS: I am super into animal photography - so chances you will have a bunch of decorative pictures of your little friend at the end of the pet-sitting session are extremely I am working full time and do home office most days except for on Thursday (in short: lots of time to give your baby the care and attention they deserve!!). I can take them for walks multiple times a day and am flexible! your furry friends will be safe and comfortable in my home. I have a spacious one bedroom apartment, I have a fenced balcony, pet friendly furniture and lots of attentiveness to make sure your little one is comfortable.

Over: I’ve had a German Shepherd since I was 5 years old. I grew up with her and took care of her, including going on long walks, taking her to different trainings, and simply feeding her and loving her. I am experienced with taking care and showing love to different types of dogs. I am working full time, with flexible schedule allowing me to adjust and work from home if necessary. I also live with my partner, who is amazing with pets and loves to help me take care of them. Between us two, we can figure out a perfect schedule, where we have plenty of time to take care of your pets, go on walks and play with them. Overall, we make sure that your pets are never home alone and always looked after! I am available for boarding on the weekends and throughout the week. I live in a lovely family neighbourhood, which offers great variety of parks and playgrounds for pets. I would love to take your pet out on a play date and show them love and fun times.

 I am Basma, a 27-year-old professional living and working in the Netherlands. I moved to the Netherlands back in 2019 for my master studies at Leiden University, and started working since 2021 upon graduation. My journey from the bustling streets of Shanghai to the serene parks of Den Haag to the charming canals of Amsterdam has been an exciting and amazing adventure. 

 My motivation to be a pet sitter stems from my deep love for dogs and my commitment to their well-being, and the fact that I cannot have my own doggy in the near future :-(((((. I genuinely desire to ensure that pets receive the best care and love that they deserve, even when their owners are away for holidays/busy with work. I always try my best to understand and empathize with the anxiety pet owners feel when they have to leave their furry family members behind, and I strive to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for every dog I care for. Luckily my work is super flexible and I can work from home at any time if I want, meaning I can be with dogs 24/7 if needed.

 In addition to the joy of spending time with animals, being a pet sitter allows me to meet wonderful pet owners and become a trusted part of their lives. It's a rewarding experience that combines my love for dogs with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the community especially now I'm trying to be more extroverted.

 Environment & Services
 I live in a quiet and comfortable apartment by myself near Den Haag Centraal Station, nearby which there is a gaint park where I can always see a lot of people walking their dogs. As a bonus, there is also a deer park. I prefer to walk our fluffy friends there in the park, or somewhere nearby if he/she has a 'go-to' place :-)  

Good to know 
- I can go for walks 1-3 times per day (morning & afternoon), at least 30 minutes each time, or longer if needed.  
- For day care & one-night boarding (1 dog only): I will be with the dog the whole day; For multiple-night boarding (1 dog only), I can be with the dog all the time except when I need to do grocery shopping (max. 1 hour). (My job doesn't require me to work from the office, so I can be with the dog as much as needed) 
- Dogs can stay in every corner of my apartment except my bed! 
 - Home visits take approx. 30 mins (can be longer if needed upon consultation), and I'm also willing to water plants :-)

Over: I've lived with dogs most of my life, starting with a German Short-haired Pointer I grew up with, a mini Schnauzer as a teen & student, and most recently another Schnauzer who left us late in 2025. I've walked, played, trained and loved them all, and with our last one, nursed her through diabetes (including daily insulin injections), loss of sight and hearing. I'm currently a full time parent and job seeker, with a lot of flexibility within school hours and sometimes on weekends. Our children are also mature and used to dogs and their habits. At home, we have 2 fenced spaces: a moderately spacious deck area than can be open to the kitchen and a yard space in front that is enclosed from the street by a high greened fence. Our living area is open and light, and we have a medium-sized travel crate for any that might be used to using something like that. In the neighbourhood, we are a short walk from Nieuwe Scheveningse Bosjes (off-leash allowed) and the beach, and not too far from the section of the beach north of Zwarte Pad where dogs are allowed in summer.
