How do I start this review? We made this booking for us to enjoy a holiday that had been planned for more than a year. Decided to meet Yoan for a coffee, where my pup would have a moment to connect and see how things would turn out. Everything was lovely, and I made sure to share everything that defines Bruno, while also making sure we spent time with my pup for her to notice the experience (walking him, staying at the cafe, etc.) It was brought to me that Yoan wakes up very early and works in a different time zone, and even joked that now my pup will be the one who will be woken up, but never, like never, would've crossed my mind that this experience would've been a complete lack of care! Besides the fact that the schedule for walking was not respected in any way, even though it was repeated several times, my pup was also handed over to strangers - without my approval!!!!!!! - to be taken out. I was simply out of breath. Due to multiple red flags, I had already booked a flight earlier, as I was worried for my puppy that he would be safe and taken care of. Already flagged this further for an investigation, as I cannot imagine going through this ever again, and I wish no one would.

Tzuyu was an absolutely amazing dog sitter! She kept me updated with regular videos, which gave me so much peace of mind and made it clear how happy and well cared for my dog was. She spent quality time with her at the park, making sure she got plenty of exercise, play, and attention. What really stood out was how genuinely caring Tzuyu is. She treated my dog like she was her own, going above and beyond to make sure she felt loved, comfortable, and happy while I was away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would recommend Tzuyu to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and dedicated to caring for their pet.

Was my first time using a sitter from this app and couldn't be happier with the experience Sinto and I had with Tzuyu. She's been warm and welcoming and sent updates with photos throughout the day. Although the little one had been whining for a good while when I left, she handled it great. Also does me great joy to see herself having so much enjoyment from my dog. Would definitely recommend :)

Yoan is an incredibly responsible and loving pet caregiver. She has looked after my dog several times, and I was always impressed by her patience and attention to detail. She truly understands dog behavior and treats every pet like her own. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!
