Hi! My name is Michelle. I was born and raised in Ecuador; I moved to The Hague in 2018. Currently, I'm mainly working at home as a consultant on some projects in circular economy. I usually petsitting together with my partner, so if you book with me, you will have two fantastic dog sitters, or if I'm not available, Sergio can help me too; we love doggies and cats, and we have several loyal clients(friends) that we have created a special connection with their pets. In Ecuador, I used to own three cute dogs and a cat. A golden retriever, her name was Lola, and she was 11 years old. Unfortunately, she passed away; my family has a cocker baby spaniel named Sweetie Baby, and she used to have a boy called Lucas (he passed away this year). My mom's cat, Guatita, has four pets, all of whom were rescued. I miss my dogs and hope to share times with doggies and kitties in the Netherlands. We had a special connection with them. I have been pet sitting for almost six years here in The Hague, including regular walks, house sitting, boarding time and pet sitting. Usually, we listen to our clients, we have frequent contact with them, and we always try to give the best care for any dog (goldens, chihuahuas, Australian shepherds, san Bernardo, Turkish dogs, french bulldogs, cockers, among others) and cats. I thoroughly enjoy ensuring each pet in my care gets the attention I want for my dogs and cat when I travel. I love pets and would like to take care of and spend time with any of these beautiful souls. In my family, we consider our pets part of our family members, who also deserve lots of love and care. Michelle was amazing!! Buddy loved her and her partner Sergio - he returned to us a very content puppy and I could see that he was happy with them. Michelle was sweet, kind and knowledgeable about dogs - I was very comfortable to leave Buddy with her. Would definitely book again!

I didn't meet Michelle in person because my departure schedule was a bit fluctuating but she was very flexible and arranging about this. I met Sergio her partner to whom I could explain a few things about the house. I am not too controlling and i know that even if you re bombarded with pictures it doesn't mean that your pets are really cared for. I trust Michelle did a good job, took good care of my 2 furry ❤️ and the house.
Onze Luna was een blije hond toen we haar ophaalden bij Michelle. Luna vindt nieuwe dingen spannend, maar dankzij Michelle had ze snel haar rust gevonden. Er waren voldoende rust en actieve momenten. Wij hebben Luna met een goed gevoel bij Michelle achter gelaten.
My dog is an active and affectionate border collie, and Michelle took a good care of him and his needs by taking him on long walks and giving him all the attention he needed. I received daily updates and photos, and at the end of his stay I picked up a happy pup!

Planning
We had a routine, try to take them 3-4 times for walks and playtime. We are restricted with the food (usually, we follow the owner's instructions).

We own a beautiful apartment next to our home. We have three parks nearby, and the doggies are so happy to be at our place. We are close to doggies park and green areas, we usually stay with the dog full time, we send pics to the owner, and they are always free and safe.

We play with balls and toys. The doggies are allowed in the furniture, and also we take them to big walks and fun time together

- We are open to any instructions, always available by phone, and extra careful when we do house-sitting. We like to give some feedback and comments to the owners after the meeting.
