Over: Hi! I’m Alena and I have been living in the Netherlands for the past 10 years. I’ve always absolutely loved animals and grew up surrounded by them (cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, turtles… even a rabbit at one point). Caring for animals has always been second nature to me. These days I live in the Hague with my sweet rescue cat, who I absolutely adore, she means the world to me. In my spare time I build her toys and playgrounds, and I’m always coming up with new ways to keep her happy and engaged (through puzzles, exercise, teaching her tricks, and lots of cuddles). I guess you could say I’m a bit obsessed... but I really do believe all animals deserve all the love, care, and a life full of enrichment and cuddles. :) Over the years, even before joining this platform, I’ve looked after many cats and dogs (of all ages) for friends and people in my community, and it brought me a lot of joy to share my love with so many animals. Now that I have more time, I’d love to offer that care to others too! If I’m looking after your pet, you can always expect daily updates and photos (I know how much it means to see that your furry family member is doing well while you're away). I’m flexible with availability, happy to meet beforehand, and I’ll care for your pet with the same love and attention I give my own. Really looking forward to meeting you and your lovely pet! :) My schedule is quite flexible at the moment, with occasional appointments throughout the week. This leaves me with a lot of time to look after your beloved pet and shower them with as much love and care as I give my own. Since I have a sweet cat at home, I do not offer services at my own home. Overview of what I offer: - Home visits + house sits (feed and give fresh water to your pet based on their routine, clean litter boxes, engage them both in mind and body through play and exercise, water your plants if requested, and spend some quality time with your pet making them feel loved and pampered - I want them to get the best treatment while you're away). - Walks (I will make sure your pet has a fun and fulfilling walk catered to their personal needs and routines) - Regardless of service, I provide lots of written and photographic updates, and would love to know what your pet's personality and individual preferences are so that I can tailor everything to their unique needs.

Over: I grew up as an only child in a town in northeastern France. As a kid, I always dreamed of having a pet to share moments with. I waited 15 years for my parents to finally agree to get a cat, and I’ve been living in absolute bliss ever since (and yes, I’ve officially become a total cat lady). My cat is named Oslo and he's 6 years old. I’ve always showered him with love and care, but I've also been used to looking after other animals, like family dogs and cats, since I was very young. I take care of dogs and cats! For other types of pets, feel free to contact me, and we can discuss whether I’m the right fit to care for them. Depending on your needs, I can visit your home 1 to 2 times a day and spend between 30 minutes and an hour with your pet to feed them, play, and share plenty of cuddles 🤍 Naturally, I am also available to take your dog for walks around your neighborhood. Please note that I do not host pets at my home; all visits and care will take place at yours! I am a student, so my availability may vary from week to week. Over: When I was a little girl my father brought me a village kitten and from that moment on I've always had cats in my life. So feeding them and looking after them was always my job, and caring for a cat has never felt like a task to me. It was just everyday life. For two years in Moscow I regularly boarded cats at my home. They were all different: pedigree cats with very particular habits, shy ones who needed a few days before they'd come out, and playful street cats who wanted attention from minute one. That experience taught me to read a cat's mood, notice when something is off, and adjust the routine to the cat instead of expecting the cat to adjust to me. I've also travelled to other cities to house sit and look after cats in their own homes, staying in someone else's houses and keeping their pet's routine exactly as it was. Every one of those owners trusted me with their keys and their cat, and I took that seriously. Now I live in The Hague with my partner, five minutes from HS station, and I work from home. That means your cat is not alone during the day. I'm there for feeding, playtime, litter box, and simply for company. A few things about how I work: – I only take one cat at a time. No other pets in the flat, no competition for space or attention. Your cat gets the whole home. – Every day I send you a photo report: how your cat is doing, what they got up to, how they're eating and sleeping. – You can video call any time you'd like to see your cat with your own eyes. I know how it feels to miss your pet while you're away. – Our apartment is very clean, and there are no restrictions for the cat. Sofa, bed, chairs, all of it is theirs. Before the stay I always ask about food, routine, favourite toys and any medication or health details, so the cat feels comfortable. I'm looking forward to hosting your cat! I work from home full time, so your cat is almost never alone. Morning (around 8:00): feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaned. During the day: I'm at my desk in the apartment. Your cat is free to sleep next to me, on the sofa, on the bed, or wherever they choose. I take short breaks for play sessions. Evening (around 18:00–19:00): my partner comes from work, we have dinner together, this is the second cat feeding, and the main play and cuddle time of the day, depending on what your cat is into. Before bed: last check, fresh water, litter box. I send your photo report every evening. I keep the feeding times and food your cat is used to at home. If your cat is on a different schedule or needs medication at set hours, tell me and I'll follow your routine exactly. Over: I grew up surrounded by animals — my family home was a lively mix of cats, dogs, and other pets, so I learned to read different personalities, routines, and needs firsthand over many years.

These days, I live in a quiet studio in The Hague, which means your pet gets a calm, low-key environment — no other animals underfoot, just dedicated one-on-one attention focused entirely on them.

I'm patient, attentive, and comfortable with animals of all temperaments, from shy cats to energetic dogs to more unusual pets who need a little extra understanding.

I offer dog walking (typically 30–60 minutes, adjusted to your dog's energy level and needs), drop-in visits, house sitting, and overnight boarding, and I always stick to your pet's established routine, including feeding times, walks, and playtime. I'm comfortable giving oral medication (pills, tablets, or medicine mixed into food). In case of an emergency, I'll contact you immediately and take your pet to the nearest vet without delay.

I'm reliable, flexible with scheduling, and quick to respond to messages whenever you need an update or have a question. You'll get regular photo and video updates throughout our time together, so you can relax and truly enjoy your time away, knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and well looked after. J'habite dans un duplex spacieux avec ma famille et mes 3 chattes calmes, qui cohabitent sereinement avec les nouveaux venus. Je veille à une intégration en douceur, avec des espaces séparés si besoin le temps que tout le monde se sente à l'aise.

Over: I grew up with dogs and have two of my own, who aren’t with me right now and who I miss a lot. My first dog was a rescue; she took a lot of time to adapt. They've both also had times where they needed medical attention, so if there's anything you need me to know or any medication your pet needs to take, I will be more than happy to help! Also, my second dog ellie she used to be impossible to handle, always ripping everything from shoes to clothes, so we trained her, and now she's great, she doesn't rip anything, and she learned to pee only on walks instead of in the house! I’m 19 and originally from Brazil, and I’ve lived in a few different places. I’m currently a university student studying law, which means I have a structured schedule but also plenty of free time. I normally have Tuesday, Friday, Saturday’s and Sunday’s of and most of my classes are for around an hour or two. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, whether it’s keeping them company or taking them on walks. I’m responsible, easy-going, and happy to welcome all pets into my home. I have real experience caring for dogs as a pet owner myself, so I understand how important trust and consistency are. I’m responsible, patient, and attentive, and I take the time to make sure each pet feels safe and comfortable.

Over: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for family and friends for the past 10 years. I have a cat, and 2 dogs back home, and I miss them so much! I’d love to take care of your pet and treat them as my own! I work Tuesdays to Fridays. The rest of the week I am free and able to spend as much quality time as possible with your pet. I normally share the responsibility with my sister so based on our availability we’ll both be involved in the sitting. She works from home sometimes and has a background in veterinary studies. Normally I would walk the dog before leaving for work in the morning around 7am and again at 6pm when I am back from work. Normally I also would take them for a short walk before bed. If I am home or my sister is home, we add another walk midday. I live in an apartment that is perfectly safe for animals. There is one small flight of stairs that is carpeted to go to the rooms upstairs. Your pet is welcome in any of the rooms.

Over: I've had dogs since I was 6, always walking them, playing and giving them belly rubs. Since a few years now, I've been loving cats as well. I took care of my neighbours cats every time he went on vacation as well as my friend's cat. I recently adopted one myself! I'm currently working 3-4 days a week so I have the whole weekend plus Monday free to care for your paw friend. I love walking in nature, cuddling and playing with them and can do that at any time during the weekend while on Monday only until 17. I always check the environment for safety, although I'm sure you already have a perfectly safe home for them, so that mostly matters if there is any change in the environment (something breaking for example)

As my family is on holiday in home country presently, I have more time and space on this hobby so feel free to contact me if you want to catch up. Your fur baby will receive personalized attention, walks, and belly rubs. I have flexible work timings and some free week days so I can definitely fit in daily or weekly routine of your pet as needed. We don't have garden but dog park is next to our apartment so we can guarantee safe environment for your pet and also ensure big hall in our apartment for playing

Over: Hi! I'm Teresa, I'm from Spain and I've been living in the Netherlands for 7 years. I've always loved all kind of animals and nature. I'm currently taking a dog training course with the goal of making it my profession someday. I often look after my friends' dogs when they go on vacation. I'd love to take care of your furry friend and have some learning in the process! I usually work in the mornings until 14:30 and I am free on the weekends, which leaves plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! I also have a car and am willing to travel for pick up and drop off. I live in a comfortable large apartment with my partner and we have a beautiful off leash area 2 min away. I am happy to adapt the environment to guarantee the comfort and needs that your friend requires.
