Over: I’ve loved animals my whole life and have had several pets throughout my life. I’ve taken care of a variety of animals for family and friends: from fish, frogs, and hamsters, to dogs and cats of varying breeds. The animal’s comfort is the most important thing to me and I always try to make sure I’m listening to their needs. I have experience with bathing and grooming dogs specifically, dietary restrictions with dogs and cats, and caring for both senior and young pets. Additionally, I like to study animals in my free time to learn more about them, as an interest of mine. I’m home for most of the summer and am flexible with scheduling. Feel free to ask me any questions! I’m currently home from university for most of the summer and not working so I can spend plenty of time with your baby! I live close to Zuid so I can easily get to where you live. I don’t mind accommodating for different personalities of pets and I’m happy to play all day or give them alone time. We can also go on as many walks and bathroom breaks as they need- whatever schedule is best for them :) Having pets myself, I can understand the stress of leaving them with a sitter and I’m more than happy to accommodate to your pet’s individual needs. Whether they would like lots of playing or personal space, or if they need any special attention- like extra bathroom breaks or help moving around. I can’t stay overnight but I’m very happy to come early in the morning and leave late at night if that is better. My main priority is the comfort of your pet so I’m very flexible with any adjustments that will make them feel more at ease!

Over: My dog is five years old now, and I’ve been taking care of her since she was just two months old. I’d like to think I have a real knack for bonding with dogs. Before getting her, I spent a lot of time studying nutrition and training, so I even cook her meals and have taught her to follow every command perfectly. I’ve become so in tune with dogs that I can read their emotions just by looking at their expressions or tail movements. I’m a huge animal lover. Although I can’t have a cat at home because my mom is afraid of them, I’ve gained plenty of experience volunteering at a cat hospital. What I’m most proud of is how much animals seem to like me—whenever I’m at the park, dogs naturally gravitate toward me to play fetch. I truly cherish every moment I spend with animals. I'm currently studying Media at the University of Amsterdam. My schedule isn't very demanding, so I have plenty of free time each week to spend with pets. Over: I have taken care of dogs of all kind no matter the breed. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter in the US for two years, where I walked dogs, big and small, who were described as energetic, temperamental, calm, loving, feisty, and all the adjectives you can think of! My family and I used to have two dogs whom my mom saved from illegal dog sellers. Both of them unfortunately were diagnosed with highly fatal illnesses and passed away not long after. So I have experiences caring for dogs with illnesses, feeding medicines, or certain things that need extra attention. I'm currently a Master's student so I am have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends. I have a flexible working schedule since I am now doing fieldwork for my thesis. I am especially free for pet boarding during the weekends where I love to chill at home or have tea with friends. I am currently in a student housing room. I have a balcony where the pet can get fresh air. Even though not as spacious, my room is clean, neat, and has plenty of space for small pets, cats especially, to roam around and parkour.
