Over: I'm a 23-year-old Master’s student recently moved from Milan to Amsterdam. Animals have always been the center of my life. Back home, I’m a proud parent to two wonderful cats, aged 10 and 3, and a lovely 1-year-old rescue dog.
 🐶 Dog Care: I grew up around dogs all my life. My current dog was adopted from a shelter with past fears. Being his guide has taught me so much about dog body language, and the importance of positive reinforcement. Over: I have two dogs, one who is 13 years old and a younger one who is 4. I take care of them every day and truly see them as part of my family. My older dog has some hip problems, so I also have experience caring for senior dogs and helping them with their daily needs and mobility. A few years ago, she had a litter of puppies, and I took care of both her and the puppies every day. I was there during the delivery to support her and continued looking after the puppies until they were old enough to be adopted by loving families. Taking care of dogs has always been a big part of my life, so I am very comfortable around dogs of different ages and with different needs. I am currently doing an internship during the week, so I am mainly available on weekends. On weekdays, my availability may vary depending on my schedule, but I can sometimes be available in the evenings. I always make sure to organise my time carefully so that every pet gets the attention, walks and care they need. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and try to keep the pet’s normal routine as much as possible. I make sure they have fresh water, regular walks, playtime and plenty of attention. I am also comfortable caring for senior dogs or dogs that need a little extra help with mobility.

Over: I've been surrounded by animals all my life. I got my first dog when I was 6 years old; sadly, she passed away, but she was a beautiful and very gentle German Shepherd. I've also had a variety of other pets, such as rabbits and turtles, and know a Beagle named Kira. I'm a very patient person and an absolute animal lover. This is why I chose to join Rover! I go to the office from Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday and the rest I work from home. Normally I have availability all weekends. I'm also very flexible. I do my best to adapt to each dog's needs, taking the time to understand their desires, like whether they're in the mood for a walk. I make sure to follow any guidelines provided by the owner to ensure their pets receive the best care possible. Plus, I'll send photo updates during the stay, so owners can have peace of mind and feel more connected to their furry friend’s experience.

Over: I’ve had my samoyed Lumi for 6 years, who we adopted as a puppy and I’ve had all responsibilities of. I therefore have experience caring for puppies and middle-aged dogs, doing long and short walks, grooming her coat, administering oral medication, and doing basic training. Similarly, I grew up with cats my entire life as my family had cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve also done pet sitting for my friends’ cats and dogs. I’m currently doing my first research project (basically half a thesis) for my Master’s, so I’m doing data collection for a lab. I only have on average one session each day, which takes about two hours, where I need to be at the lab. Some days I have no sessions at all and a completely free schedule, so I could do multiple walks, play time and lots of pets and love with your furry friends! On the weekends my schedule is completely free, and I have many friends who also absolutely adore pets, so we would love to have your pets socialize (if they enjoy doing so!) and receive lots of love from them, take them to cafes, or just spend one on one time with them at home (whatever they prefer). I have a smaller studio (30m2) which is only a good fit for small dogs and cats. Here, I would love to take their beds that they already are comfortable with, their litter, feeding plates etc. as I have ample space to put them, but they would also be very welcome to sleep on my couch or in my bed! For bigger dogs or any other pet that prefers to stay at home, I would love to take care of them in their own space.

Over: My dog is five years old now, and I’ve been taking care of her since she was just two months old. I’d like to think I have a real knack for bonding with dogs. Before getting her, I spent a lot of time studying nutrition and training, so I even cook her meals and have taught her to follow every command perfectly. I’ve become so in tune with dogs that I can read their emotions just by looking at their expressions or tail movements. I’m a huge animal lover. Although I can’t have a cat at home because my mom is afraid of them, I’ve gained plenty of experience volunteering at a cat hospital. What I’m most proud of is how much animals seem to like me—whenever I’m at the park, dogs naturally gravitate toward me to play fetch. I truly cherish every moment I spend with animals. I'm currently studying Media at the University of Amsterdam. My schedule isn't very demanding, so I have plenty of free time each week to spend with pets. Don't worry about my grades—I'm doing exceptionally well. I'm available Monday through Friday, with ample time on Mondays and Tuesdays specifically. I can also offer boarding services, and I assure you I'll take excellent care of your pets. I love photographing animals and have professional-grade equipment, so I can share photos with you whenever you'd like. Spending time with animals is my greatest joy. I live in an apartment with a large lawn downstairs, where I can provide playtime companionship and boarding for pets. I'm available for any special requests, such as taking photos, making videos, or taking pets to larger parks.

I'm gentle while firm, and will help your little animal stick to the rules and training, while giving them so much love that they deserve. I also have experience taking care of rabbits, guinea pigs, and parakeets. I work from home fully, so very flexible with my schedule and open to adapting to the needs of your little one. A typical schedule - 08:00 - a morning leg stretch; 12:00 - a bit of running in the neighbourhood park; 18:00 - a digestive walk to the lush dog park; 22:00 - a chill evening stroll. I have a big enough apartment for 3~5 animals, and they'll have plenty of space to run around! Your little animal will be allowed on furniture and the whole apartment, but not on the bed
