“Marta is swift in communication, not only during the day care but also before. She asked for a meet & greet before taking the job which I find very professional and attentive. She asked the dogs schedule regarding food, walks etc. During the day care Marta updated me with Teddy whereabouts and asked whether some behavior is irregular or not. Marta and Philip even rescheduled their evening since I need them till later than anticipated. Definitely recommend her!”

Over: I used to have an english sheepdog since I was a child and that was when my love for dogs started. I have also helped babysit a sausage dog in Amsterdam for the past year. I make sure they always feel cared for, comfortable , fed, and frequently taken on a walk. I am current a student at HvA but have plenty of time to pet sit since I have classes online. I have really flexible schedule throughout the whole week. I leave in a flat and there is nothing unsafe for a pet in my place. I always make sure the house is well cleaned and organised.

Over: I've been studying in the Netherlands for two years now, and during this time, I've had the joy of petsitting over 30 dogs and cats. I'm originally from China, where I had a Papillon named Sanbao and an American Shorthair tabby named Bawan, who's now seven years old. After moving to the Netherlands, I missed them so much that I decided to start petsitting—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Over the past two years, I've welcomed all kinds of dogs into my home, and through housesitting, I’ve also stayed at many lovely homes across Amsterdam. Each pet I've cared for holds a special place in my heart: from the giant poodle Floppy, to the sweet Shih Tzu Coco, the spirited Shiba Inu Ukemochi, and the mixed-breed duo Teto & Jaap... I love cuddles, I'm warm and enthusiastic, and I always spend quality time playing with the pets I look after. I don't think I'm helping them, they also help me with having a good time during my study here, and grow into a more responsible adult! I'm a student in college with only a few classes each week, and my schedule is quite flexible. If a dog needs walking, I usually come home right after a two-hour lecture. This means I have plenty of time to spend playing and bonding with pets. With summer coming up, I’ll have even more free time! I’m flexible on both weekdays and weekends, and I’m always happy to discuss and adjust to what works best for you. I live alone in a spacious 35m² studio. While I don't have a backyard, my neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, right next to the canal—a lovely area where many people walk their dogs. I always encourage a meet & greet before a booking, so we can make sure everything feels right for both you and your pet!

 I’m responsible, caring, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I often pet sit (both cats and dogs) for friends and family, and now I’m excited to extend that care to others in the neighbourhood. I welcome only vaccinated pets into my home, and I am also happy to make visits to yours. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just some quiet company, I’ll make sure they feel relaxed and loved while you’re away.
I can administer medication to pets, whether mixed in food or given directly in the mouth, ears, eyes, or via injection. I’m comfortable doing injections after we’ve done it together once, so I can see how your pet responds.
I also offer bathing and brushing services. If hosting, your pet will never be left alone for more than 3 hours. I currently work from home and can easily integrate pet care into my daily routine. If that changes and I’m not able to commit, I’ll be transparent and decline the booking. For dog walks, I take a maximum of two dogs per walk, but only after meeting them individually and assessing how they behave around other dogs.
Each walk lasts 30 minutes (tho I always tend to do more if we are enjoying and I have the time), though I’m happy to adjust for shorter or longer walks depending on your pet’s needs. When it comes to boarding, I only host one dog at a time in my home to ensure personalized care. They will not be left alone for more than 3 hrs.
