Over: I am based in Amsterdam Noord and have a strong love for dogs. Having had dogs as pets in the past, I am confident in my ability to take great care of your pet. Although I’m unable to have my own dog at the moment, I enjoy spending playful time with them, which is why I’ve often dog-sat for friends. Now, I’d love to extend this care to others. I work hybrid from home, so I have plenty of time to take care of and supervise your dog. My home is just a few minutes from the Noorderpark metro station, making it convenient for drop-offs and an excellent area for walks and playtime. Additionally, the Vliegenbos forest is only a 10-minute walk away, providing another great option for longer walks. I only host one dog at a time to ensure they receive my full attention and care. The neighborhood is very pet-friendly, with many people walking their dogs and several neighbors owning pets. My schedule allows me to be constantly present with the dog, ensuring their daily routine is undisturbed. The dog will sleep either in the living room on the first floor or in a bedroom across from mine on the second floor if they require extra attention. My apartment also has a fully fenced balcony/terrace, which can be used for some playtime if the weather permits. When hosting a dog overnight, I provide at least three walks daily: two shorter ones of 10–15 minutes in the morning and evening and a longer one of 30–45 minutes in the afternoon. I am committed to creating a safe, loving, and playful environment for your pet while they’re with me. Working from home gives me this ability of being constantly with the dog without disrupting our daily routine. Apart from that there is always need for some exercise and walking with a dog at the park is the best one the balcony is fenced, so no risks there. During the stay/walk my attention will be on the pet always offering care and games. I have been taking care of dogs for many many years and i know how to understand them

“Isabella is heel lief voor haar hond (en ook voor haar paard). Ze houdt ervan om lekker met de hond te spelen en hem dingen te leren. En de hond luistert snel naar haar, omdat ze heel is. Ook spelletjes om te leren doet ze, zodat de hond zich niet verveeld. Ze ziet hoe de hond zich voelt. Met het uitlaten zoekt ze een plek op waar de hond lekker los kan en kan ravotten en daarna verdient hij natuurlijk een heerlijke douche. Ze verzorgd hem goed.”

Over: Wij hebben sinds 2022 onze eigen gezinshond, een dalmatiër reu met de naam Mylo. Mylo werd mijn 4e kind nadat mijn jongste naar groep 1 ging. Ik heb ervaring met puppytijd, heb talloze cursussen gevolgd, en kan her en der ook helpen bij het trainen van je hond. Ik ben natuurlijk geen officiële hondentrainer, maar vind het wel erg leuk! Ik werk vanuit huis, en ben hierdoor grotendeels van de dag thuis. Ik ben geduldig en liefdevol. Ik bied flexibiliteit en voldoende aandacht. Wij hebben een eigen bedrijf in meubelreiniging, mijn man is hiervoor buiten de deur aan het werk en ik zit thuis achter de schermen. Hierdoor ben ik grotendeels van de dag thuis, op kinderen halen en brengen van school na of een boodschapje oid. Wij hebben een dalmatiër van bijna 2 jaar, Mylo. Mylo is een gecastreerde vriendelijke reu. Doordat we zelf een hond hebben beschik ik over diverse lijnen, trektuigen, een bench, voerbakken, speelgoed, brain training tools etc. We hebben ook een kat, Zazu. Dit is een ragdoll die voornamelijk buiten is.

Over: I've been always in love with Dogs, and recently decided to get my own dog in the Netherlands. Enjoying this experience, I'd love to help other to find their pet's home away from home as I know how challenging is to find someone that treats your dog as good as you. I have always had a Dog with me at home since I'm a child, so now starting over with my puppy brings me so much joy. I work from home, so it gives me a lot of flexibility to take care of your dog during the day and we can also go for a nice walk. I will provided exceptional care for pets by following detailed instructions from owners, ensuring their specific needs and routines were met during their stay. I live in a spacious apartment with space for your dog to play and most important to also rest. The apartment has a big living room and an open kitchen. Few meters away there is a leash free area where dogs can play. If the dog needs a resting place to sleep. It can be displayed in one of the sleeping rooms. If the dog is crate trained. I'll follow up pawrents indications. Dogs are allowed in the sofa. But not in the sleeping bed. My dog is really friendly with other dogs. I ensure that pets in my home feel comfortable, safe and loved. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, and stick to their routines as much as possible. i also make sure they have a clean, quiet space to rest and access to fresh water and food. I treat every pet as if they were my own :)

Stephen is really friendly and kind, so we knew Juno would be in good hands. Stephen looked after Juno for a short day, sent some great photos and videos and was really easy about picking Juno up again late in the evening. We're quite sure Juno and Stephen will be seeing each other much often. :)”

Over: Ik heet Monique en ik woon met mijn man en twee dochters van vijf en negen jaar in Purmerend. Ik en mijn dochters houden enorm van honden daarom heb ik de fantastische “baan”” hondenoppas. Bij mijn thuis kan je je hond spelen, rennen, slapen, en heerlijk knuffelen met de allerbeste knuffelbare lieve kinderen en mij. We houden ook heel erg wandelen en op onderzoek uit gaan en natuurlijk ook heel veel spelen in onze ruime achtertuin. Inmiddels komen elke week drie vaste lieve honden als dagopvang. Naast dagopvang kan je hond ook bij mij logeren. Logeren is voor sommige honden heel spannend dat ik graag in de avond bij je viervoeter blijf zodat ie geen stress of bang is. Jou hond zal altijd en elke dag alle liefde en aandacht krijgen net als mijn eigen hond. We zoeken het liefst honden die kindvriendelijk zijn en gewend zijn aan kinderen. Dankzij Pawshake heb ik al op tientallen honden gepast van klein tot groot en het is altijd geweldig om te zien dat de honden genieten en dat de baasjes heel tevreden naar huis gaan. Daar doe ik het voor en natuurlijk voor de warme knuffels van uw hond!! We hebben ook een hondje Rosie en ze houdt ervan om met andere hondjes te spelen. Ik heb puppy's gehad tot oudere honden en ik kan daarnaast ook medicatie geven aan uw huisdier. Stuur mij een leuke berichtje via Rover. Heel veel liefs van ons. Extra dienst die ik erbij doe wat in de prijs inbegrepen is dat ik elke dag updates stuur over je hond en daarbij leuke foto’s/filmpjes van je hond. Door deze extra ben je altijd dicht bij je viervoeter. Ik ben een flexibele honden oppasser. Elke dag thuis en elke dag beschikbaar. Dagopvang start in de ochtend vanaf 7:00 tot 18:00. Logeren vanaf 14:00 tot de volgende ochtend om 12:00. Ik heb een grote afgesloten tuin en een lieve hond. Elke week heb drie vaste honden die langs komen voor dagopvang. Daarnaast heb ik twee dochters dus je hond heeft alle gezelschap en liefde.

Over: As a kid I was surrounded by cats and also by dogs when I grew up! I will take care of your pet like it’s my own. I have a Bernese mountain dog who is under 1 year old and together our dogs will have a lot of fun, play and walks! I work from home, so I’m almost always with your pet and with my dog. I would usually take my dog for 3-4 walks of 30 minutes in the day, one short walk in the morning when we wake up and before going to bed, and we have a play session or longer walk in the evening before or after dinner. I take care of your dog like my own. I know that it can be stressful to leave your pet to someone else. Therefore I will follow your indications (home rules, cage, food, education, schedule…). I can send you pictures during the day. Of course I’ll take allergies, fears or need of space from your dog into consideration.

Over: I’ve had dogs all the time growing up. I don’t have a dog myself, but the last few years I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family during their vacations. I work from home full time and only go to the office once a week. Dog sitting/dog walking fits perfectly in this lifestyle. Dog walking is perfect because it also gives me a required break from the temptation to sit behind my computer for too long. I live in an apartment. Dogs are free to roam the different rooms and find where is most comfortable for them. Most will find this is the living room where I get the most sunlight.
