I’ve also had experience with different personalities, from timid to extroverted - I love them all. Over: Sinds ik mijn hond Kaya uit Roemenië heb geadopteerd, heb ik veel trainingen en cursussen gevolgd om hondengedrag en lichaamstaal beter te begrijpen. Ik heb gewerkt als hondenuitlater in Amsterdam en ben gewend om met roedels van vijf honden te lopen. Ik vind het heerlijk om op honden te passen, omdat ze bij mij thuis echt tot rust kunnen komen, maar ook mee kunnen naar het bos voor lange wandelingen en om de natuur te verkennen. Het allerbelangrijkste voor mij is dat alle honden zich op hun gemak voelen. Ik werk momenteel parttime en zal binnenkort bijna fulltime thuis zijn, omdat ik op afstand ga werken, slechts een paar uur per dag. Dat betekent dat ik veel tijd heb om van de honden te genieten en samen naar buiten te gaan. Ik zorg er altijd voor dat de honden hun eigen bench of mand hebben om in te slapen wanneer we thuis zijn. Er zijn altijd snacks beschikbaar, en eventuele dieetwensen kunnen van tevoren aan mij worden doorgegeven. Buiten staat veiligheid voorop. Wanneer een hond voor het eerst bij mij verblijft, gebruik ik een lijn van 5 meter zodat de hond vrijheid heeft, maar we ook goed kunnen oefenen met terugroepen en een sterke band kunnen opbouwen. Het doel is om de honden in een roedelwandeling mee het bos in te nemen, zodat ze daarna thuis kunnen uitrusten en zich voldaan voelen.

Over: Ik ben een echte dierenliefhebber! Helaas kan ik momenteel zelf niet adopteren omdat ik te veel reis. Dat vind ik ontzettend jammer, dus daarom lijkt het me heel leuk om af en toe op iemand anders z’n hondje te passen! Van huis uit heb ik altijd dieren gehad, waaronder een Duitse herder, een rottweiler en een Maltezer. Daardoor ben ik gewend aan verschillende karakters en behoeften. Daarnaast pas ik regelmatig op de hond van mijn zus, een rescue uit Spanje. Ik werk voor mezelf vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel aanwezig ben. Dat maakt mijn huis ook geschikt voor hondjes die niet zo graag lang alleen zijn. Ik houd zowel van korte als lange wandelingen en neem honden, afhankelijk van hun karakter, graag mee op pad. Natuurlijk is er thuis ook genoeg tijd om te spelen, knuffelen of gewoon lekker te ontspannen. Daarnaast heb ik een fijn tuintje waar honden lekker kunnen relaxen als het mooi weer is. Mensen omschrijven mij als rustig, warm en zorgzaam. Wat je van mij kunt verwachten? Veel liefde en aandacht voor je hond, regelmatige updates en foto’s, en de geruststelling dat je hond in goede handen is. Ik plan vooraf altijd graag even een kennismaking in, zodat we kunnen kijken of er een goede match is. Ik woon op 40 m² met een tuin. Voor hele grote honden is mijn woning daardoor waarschijnlijk minder geschikt. Goed om te weten: omdat ik op de begane grond woon, hoor je soms geluiden uit het trappenhuis. Daarom is mijn woning minder geschikt voor honden die erg waaks zijn of snel aanslaan bij geluiden. Voor vragen mag je altijd contact opnemen! 🐾 Ik werk voor mezelf vanuit huis en ben daardoor veel aanwezig. Huisdieren zijn dus zelden lang alleen. Mijn planning is flexibel en ik ben over het algemeen veel thuis, waardoor er genoeg tijd is voor wandelingen, speeltijd, rustmomenten en verzorging. Overdag stuur ik ook graag af en toe een update of foto, zodat je weet hoe het met je dier gaat. Ik woon op de begane grond aan een rustige, autovrije straat en heb tevens een volledig omheind tuintje waar honden lekker kunnen relaxen. Ik heb zelf geen honden of katten, waardoor jouw dier alle aandacht krijgt. Daarnaast is er veel groen in de buurt en zijn er verschillende parken op loopafstand.

In the past years, I regularly sat with my friend's cats and dogs when they traveled, and helped with neighbors' pets too. I love and care deeply about pets and always take the best care of them, so you can be sure your pet will be in the best hands. I'm currently working part-time and working from home. My schedule is very flexible, and I am free on weekends. I can also stay overnight or on holidays if needed.
