I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, including a golden retriever, a british shorthair, and a papillon. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily life, from feeding and walking to playing and giving them attention. I also have experience dog-sitting for friends, making sure their pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while they’re away. Since moving to Amsterdam almost two years ago, I’ve really missed being around animals, which is why I’m excited to offer pet sitting and spend time doing something I truly enjoy.

Laura was the sweetest ever! I trusted her with my puppy for overnight boarding and picked him up in the mornings. My puppy was so happy to see her again by the end of the day!! She updated me with photos and even got her some tennis balls. Thank you Laura for everything, hope to see you soon!

We can’t recommend Laura highly enough! She looked after our dog for 5 hours in Amsterdam today and did an absolutely wonderful job. Ours is not an easy dog — a sensitive 35kg Labrador-Vizsla mix who can be very energetic and needs someone who really understands how to handle him. Laura managed all of this with real skill and confidence. She was calm, attentive, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. What stood out most was her warmth. Laura is genuinely loving and caring, with a charming, kind nature that put both us and our dog at ease right away. You can tell she truly loves dogs and treats them as if they were her own. If you’re looking for a dog sitter who is reliable, attentive, and wonderful with even the more challenging dogs, Laura is the perfect choice. We’d happily have her again anytime. Thank you, Laura!
Laura has looked after my dog multiple times for various durations and she is one of the best pet caregiver there is. She was very caring of her and was always available when I had questions or asked for pictures. She is obsessed with dogs herself as she grew up with them. She is very trustworthy and kind. I would ask her to petsit my dog again for sure.

Schedule
I’m currently a psychology student, which gives me a flexible schedule. I’m fully available on Thursdays and weekends and on Mondays and Fridays after 13:00. On other days, my availability can vary, so feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate. In my free time, I love walking around the neighbourhood and stopping by cafés, so it’s the perfect opportunity to bring your pup along for walks, fresh air and a change of scenery.

I live in a spacious apartment, so there’s plenty of room for your pet to feel comfortable and relaxed. I make sure every pet has a calm and safe environment, with lots of attention and care. I’m also happy to take dogs out for walks as often as needed, depending on their routine and energy level. Whether in my home or yours, I always aim to follow your pet’s usual schedule so they feel secure and well cared for.
